We were headed back to Missouri from our trip to Oregon when our van broke down outside of Torrington. The water pump went out of it. Martin was so kind as to work us in and get us back on the road in a few hrs time so we weren't stranded for days . He went above and beyond. Fast, friendly and great service and work. Thank you so very much Martin.

Shawn and Brett got me in quickly, and fixed my car issue and gave a top notch oil change. Had my vehicle break down outside of torrington half way through a 13 hour drive. It was late at night and got towed into town to a place that was unable to get it in, was told about Orr's by my tow truck driver. When I called, he let me know it was my alternator and that the nearest part was in Nebraska a bit aways. I had explained my situation and was hoping to not have to stay anymore nights in a hotel and wanted to get home. He went above and beyond to get the part and install it as soon as it came in. I was also supprised by how reasonably priced it was since I was doing last minute in a tough situation. I was not taken advantage of and I could not be happier with everything from the communication to the work .
