Hands down the best business. Family of 8 traveling full time in our travel trailer and we ended up blowing 2 tires in 200 miles. We boondocked down the road since it was late when we got to town, stopped by in the morning and they blessed us with 4 tires. Thank you guys from our whole heart.

Great local institution. Was visiting my folks last week and found our rental car had a tire pressure warning as we left town. With no jack in the car (WTH Budget?), we drove back into town. Leon and the staff graciously fit us in, found no problem with the suspect tire, filled all four tires (they were all low! Again, WTH Budget?), and got us back on the road in an hour. Great team and service! Thank you.

Over the years, I've been here many times to buy tires, get flats repaired, etc. They're honest, reliable, and always great to deal with. Good folks!

I needed two flats fixed and a battery replaced. I also asked if I had enough tread to make it through the winter. They fixed the flats, replaces the battery and measured the tread. I have about half left. They didn't try to sell me new tires. I am taking all my vehicles here now.

Great road side service. Major flattened tire, no spare. ...after the six hour overnight rest in the middle of nowhere and no cell service Got the new tire mounted and I was good to go, it was a relief to be able to count on them.

always had good experience but not pleased, requested a fresh oil change using Mobile 1 synthetic (over the phone). I took the Jeep in and left my old quart of M1 synthetic on the seat. They changed brands to the cheaper Fram oil, without saying a word, as I waited in the store,,poor business tactic in my opinion.

WOW best customer service ever. We are in Torrington for and event and was able to get a new tire on in less than 30 mins. Super friendly and great prices!! Will definitely use them again!!

Was stranded on the side of the road. Called Olson s and someone showed up within 20 minutes. Leon put the spare tire on and I met him at the shop. I Thank God for sending good help. Leon was quick, professional customer service was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this shop. Reliable and Honest employees. Fixed the flat and I was back on the road in less than an hour. Keep up the amazing customer service and the good work Blessings your way.

We were passing through town and a low tire indicator came on. Luckily we were right by Olson's Tire Co. We pulled in and they got us situated and back on the road. Such awesome service

Olsen Tire did a great job!! We had a blow out on our RV and they were quick and reasonably priced. They got us back on the road in 45 mins. They were professional, detailed and quick!

Amazing people here. We were having a bad day and they did everything they could possibly do for us. Donny at the front desk was amazing and social with us. She did everything in a short time especially because she knew we were in a hurry. Again, very amazing and heart warming experience.

Had a blowout on the way to pick up a truck that also needed tire work. We went in hoping that we could get some help that day and they were able to get us in immediately and had some great prices and well. One of the shop guys even stopped his lunch break early to help us out we were in and out within 2 hours for 2 different vehicles and they had amazing customer service. I ever need to get something done that they can do while I am in the area I would definitely go to them again.

These guys rock. I had a flat drive tire on my Peterbilt and barely made it before they closed. They had me in and out with a new tire in 20 minutes. 100% recommended! I how I don't need then, but I will remember them when I'm in the area.

Great people!! A couple tires on our truck we're low. We stopped into a gas station to use the air and all that accomplished was letting more air out. We pulled into Olson's to see if they could air up the tires. Which they did! Very nice guys there! Thank you for the assistance! We really appreciate it!

These guys were fantastic! !! Had a blow out on our trailer 70 miles south, and called ahead. They had a new tire, and it was priced very competitively. When we arrived at their shop, they jumped on the repair and had us ready to go within 45 minutes. When I mentioned I had noticed another tire that appeared to have a very slow leak, they took a look at all of the tires, and found a huge nail in the leaking one. They repaired it, and we completed our 3400 mile road trip without further issues. They were friendly, knowledgeable, truly concerned for our well being, and have the cleanest shop area I've seen. Great representitves of what our country was built on!

We were making the drive from CO through WY to SD and MN. We awoke to a "low tire pressure" warning when we started up the truck at the nearby hotel and realized we had a nail or other object in the tire. We limped to Olson's, which was busy even at 830am. They immediately helped us, even had someone from one of the manager offices come out and bring the truck in. We were back on the road in maybe 30-45 minutes with a fixed tire that made it all the way to MN and back to CO. The charge? $15. Highly recommend these guys. Good, honest folks!

I had an 2002 Ford F-150 that the ford garage indicated I needed to have the thermostat replaced. I decided to take it to Olson Tire for a second opinion and the found that the line connecting one of the indicators to the computer had been left unplugged and that was causing the poor performance. They called me and told me then drove the truck to make sure it was running ok and called me back and said it was ready. I walked down to get it ready to pay and not charge which I could believe. They have my business from now on.

My sister went in to have her brakes repaired. There was a little hiccup with the repair. But needless to say they took care of it and I'm very grateful. I did not want to drive to Wyoming to take care of it. Thank you for being a stand up shop, that says a lot.

Jason was amazing at his job, we came up to Casper Wyoming and on the way home we started having some really bad noises coming from the right rear, we went to the Ford dealership at 10:30am but couldn't get us in till 1, which we still had a 10 hour drive back to Kansas, so we went to Olson's and Jason jumped right in and got to work!! It turned out the emergency brake got lock up and started to come apart which hints the noise!! Jason showed us what was left of the emergency brake and there was about 20 or so piece. We we're only there for about a hourish. Thanks for you help and getting us back on the road!! And thank you Jason for work hard!!!!

Being a parent hundreds miles away from a college student is hard. They have been wonderful helping my daughter when her car wasn't a 100%. I will.use them anytime. Thank you for all your help.!!

Was so happy to discover that Torrington had Goodyear/Olson Tire Co. I had been trying to find a mechanic to install my new brake pads and rotors. When I found Goodyear/Olson Tire Co I KNEW I found my trusted mechanics. I made an appt for the next day to have my brakes done. I also had my car rewinterized. AWESOME! They also checked my tires for slow leaks as I had requested ...and found NO LEAKS. In fact, all 4 tires was over-inflated. They corrected that problem with no charge. They didn't even suggest that I needed new tires. I truly appreciate their HONEST, EXCELLENT WORK. SO glad I found them!

I would not use Olson Tire. They quoted me a major amount of work that needed done, but two other shops said there was nothing wrong with my car. Not sure if they were being dishonest or the mechanic didn't know what he was doing, but in either case, I will not be returning to Olson Tire.

Good services computer diagnostics and all mechanic work is trusted. Good employees know what they are doing a very good job.Recommend best wheel alingment in Torrington Wyo.

Had a pick up tire air leak, and since I was going there had them switched out 2 rear trailer axle tires on my semi all at one and boom got there fast great customer service.
