Great options for car parts BUT if you don't know exactly what your looking for, go elsewhere! My daughter and I were in Cheyenne when her car suddenly died at a red stop light. Luckily it started right back up. After that it did a bunch of different things from shaking to sounding like a diesel. So we thought we'd have it scanned. The guy came out, told my daughter to start the car and he plugged it in and he said the nosie you are hearing is a exhaust clip not tight. A few codes came up, he wrote them down and gave then to us...perfect. Then we told him we needed some oil. So he proceeded to help us with that and said he could help put it in. So he came back out and proceeded to pour the oil into the running car. After about 3 attempts and oil all over his face and the windshield, my daughter says, shouldn't the car be off to add oil? He was like oh yeah. Then the car next to us leaves...come to find out the exhaust noise was coming from that car.

I use Torrington O Reilly s regularly. They ve had everything I ve needed each time I ve gone in. They are also the only parts house in town I ve found that is open Sundays.

O'Reilly Auto Parts has saved my family time and time again. My mom, my dog, and my two cats and I were driving from Omaha, Nebraska to Seattle, Washington. We reached a town called Torrington when we noticed our car was overheating. We stopped to take a break and let our car cool down when we noticed a leak and started to panic. Neither my mom or I knew much about cars, and we heard something under the hood gurgling. It was around 104�, our dog and our cats were panting and wouldn't move a lot. I had tried to rub water on them, but the water in our car wasn't cold so it didn't help much. It was now about 5:30pm and it's Friday night so all the auto repair shops were closed until Monday, and we knew nobody in the area considering we were so far away from the places we came from, but there was still one place open.. O'Reilly Auto Parts. At this point my black cat Vivian had half of her face in her water dish and wasn't moving. Her breaths were shorter and she wasn't looking good. My mom managed to drive us to the O'Reilly to grab some coolant and see if anyone knew any ways we could fix it, or help the situation. When she went inside she was greeted by a lady named Sharon who kindly and calmly helped my mom find what she needed and directed us to someone who could help us. She didn't have to go the extra mile to help my family, but she did. Thanks to her help, we made it to someone who saved our car and our family from getting stranded in an unfamiliar place. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts and Sharon for keeping my animals alive and cool as we make our way back home. You deserve the whole world.

The manager named Sharon really helped me out when I was passing through town and my check engine light came on. She went above and beyond and assisted me until the problem was resolved. Ken, a local citizen and store customer also helped me out a lot. I appreciate the both of them and I highly recommend this O reilly location to anyone local or just passing by!

Stopped in while traveling to have my check engine light diagnosed. Employee was fast, efficient and knowledgeable, giving me the easy fix to check while he diagnosed the less likely cause and solutions. Gave me a print out to use once i got back home to provide some additional information and confidence i could fix the problem quickly. Would come back again as needed and recommend to others.

I lost a serpentine belt in a blizzard between Lingle and Torrington at 0430 but managed to drive into town where I waited in the O'Reilly's parking lot until they opened. The opening staff were excellent! They had the belt in stock and loaned me tools to release the tensioner but the VW does not use standard American tools. They used the internet searching for details and even called a local mechanic who advised that a 15 mm open wrench over the top would also work. Then they helped me install it and got me back on the road. They were friendly, respectful, and professional, a true credit to the O'Reilly brand name. I would return here any time!

The car I was driving broke down and I got towed to Torrington to an automotive repair shop there. They could not get to my vehicle till Monday and I had to start looking for other options. That lead me to O Reilly, they helped find another shop in town that would have time to look at my car. After that the manager of the store helped me get my car over to the shop to look at it. I was taken back with the help and concern that they took with me just walking off the street. This store was a gift to me and the staff that saw the news and the person behind the problem . Thank you

This was OReilly Torrington, WY. Store was open what seemed late on a Saturday, thankfully. They had everything we needed in stock, prices were quite reasonable, especially with me living in CO, WY is always nice to get back to. Nice store good with nice people. I would give them five stars but a pet peeve of mine is when I walk through the door, don't mug me. Say hi, let me know you're available when I have a question but don't follow me around the store offering suggestions unless I ask for help or look entirely lost. I need my brain, sometime I know exactly what I need and maybe those times I'll have you guide me to the product, but other times I might be looking for ideas on a project I don't feel like explaining or many other reasons I don't want some kid in a red shirt shadowing me. Well, I was mugged, couldn't shake the kid now matter how much I indicated that my wife and I needed to converse. He was nice enough, especially for a Saturday night mugger.lol I still recommend O'REILLY!

The store called my son and accused them of stealing a few dollars worth of electrical supplies after they spent hundreds of dollars in auto parts and supplies. We will not be patronizing O'Reilly auto parts in Torrington from now on and suggest everyone else does the same. They are either incompetent or dishonest.

Cheap and quality parts, I feel car accessories are way to spendy, and some of the people there seem to not know what there talking about just trying to get by with basics knowledge.

I cannot thank the staff here enough. I had hit a deer on a Sunday (I m from Michigan) and these guys helped me to get my bumper back together so I can continue on my trip. Genuine compassion is not often seen like this these days. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!!!
