I wish I could say this is a good place to go to, but I can't. I've had my car brought here more than 3 times because of issues starting in the winter. They would get my car running (said the engine was flooding), but they never actually fixed what was causing it. Not only that, my mother has brought her truck and car here as well, and we have had to take both to other mechanics to fix what they did not, but they sure charged for. One issue once we picked my mother's car up (brought in for new brakes and any needed services) was something with the suspension. She had great tread on her tires but the car was super touchy steering wise, drifted to the right badly, and if there were ice on one side it would jerk really hard in that direction even while driving super slow. Super dangerous. For as much was paid to get all 3 vehicles up and running properly, it was a total waste of time and money.

They told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly and the price was amazing. Always kept me in the loop would highly recommend to everyone in the valley

Now Able Auto, but Dave from Able has always been great. They repaired three tires for me so I could get my plow truck going, even though they were obviously pretty swamped. Nothing but praise for these guys .

Took my car here for an oil change. I was able to get an appointment right away over the phone.The service I received here was excellent, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The waiting room was toasty warm with a nice wood burning stove, and there was comfortable seating.The oil change was quick and the price was reasonable for our area. They did not try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, nor try to pull anything over on me because I am a woman.Very happy and will return here for oil changes and other car services I may need in the future. Highly recommend.

People there are great! Only complaint I would have is that they don't call with an update on your vehicle. Happened to both me and my husband. In the grand scheme does that really matter if they do good work ;-)

Not my first visit to them and won't be my last. I've come to trust them, they're fast & professional, and they've never let me down. What else do you want in a mechanic? They find the issue, address it, and don't oversell or complicate matters with any fuss.

I am new to the area and found Master tech and tire. I was able to find the facility very easily, Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff was very professional and helpful. Took days to even look at the car. Extremely unfriendly, and you have to drag out of them to tell you what is wrong with your car. The communication doesn't go far beyond yup, hmm, yeah, I mean tell me what is wrong with my car. Rude at times and the car came back a couple of times with noises it never had before. The issue with the valley you are limited on services to pick from.

Friendly service, prices are on par with other shops in the area. The technicians are what make a shop and so far I only have good things to say about the ones at Master Tech & Tire.They even went above and beyond to scrub corrosion off of the wheels on a jeep that I had just bought for my daughter while mounting new tires.

You won't regret taking your vehicle here. Father/son ran business with the friendliest and most helpful mechanics I've ever worked with. I highly recommend and plan to use their business for all my mechanic needs. Wish every mechanic shop was this good.

Rob & Robbie Sanderson are honest, diligent and friendly. They do great work and I give them my highest recommendation. I encourage anyone needing auto service in Star Valley, Wyoming to call or visit their shop.

Took my car in because it was leaking air. I hit a pothole on my way to visit my parents Took him six hours to get to me. He found two holes. Saif he plugged them. Finally got a phone call saying it was ready. Went, paid, and started driving home. Noticed that my tire was still losing air. Filled it up and drove home. Air was super low by the time I got home. Took my car in to Wal-Mart's auto center. They found two punctures in my tire. No patches or plugs in sight. (This was only a couple hours after Master Tech supposedly fixed my tire.) They took less than an hour to fix the tire, charged me half the price, and actually fixed the problem. Something is wrong is Wal-Mart has better service.

Had a horse shoe nail ruin my morning, these guys were awesome and fixed me right up on a Friday. All staff was friendly and helpful, lots of tires in stock too.
