Update - I did my review in late November after not hearing anything from the owner via the email I sent. Late January, received a text and response to email with a refund of half my rental. I would remove this review if it had been done a little more timely. Be accountable in the future....Disappointed. Suppose to have side by side for full day.Too much snow - should have never been out there. Too cold. And, ran out of fuel within 3 hours. Texted the company at 1:02. Waited around in Ten Sleep to see if we could get more fuel. Nothing until 7:36. At 9:28, he offered us a full day the next day and only a half day charge. No, snow too high; even though he assured us that he had checked it the day before.I emailed him and gave him an opportunity to response last week. Nothing. So, I'm not giving a good review. Too much money for less than 3 hours on a trail that was not fit to be on.

Big Trails Offroad is a must do while visiting ten sleep Wyoming. Rent any one of their many pieces of Machinery to get wherever you need to in the mountains of Wyoming, plenty of trails to ride. We rented the 6 seater side by side for 12 hours. Seeing things we were never able to see before including Wild Horses way up in the mountain range. Owner Jared is top-notch on his customer service he even gave us extra gas to ensure we had a wonderful experience! He's customer service is exceptional! Owners are local and super friendly Jarad even met me at the crack of dawn even though my rental was for 7am so that we could get an early start to the day. Machine was well maintained and ran smooth he even gave us new helmets and goggles for the kids at no additional charge! If your ever near Ten Sleep WY call Jarad and rent one of his machines you wont go wrong. You will have a fantastic adventure, memories that will last a life time, and incredible customer services you will not find anywhere else!! This is a great way to spend a day in the big horn mountains. Great machines and Jared is super friendly and great at giving directions! Our family had a blast. Thanks from southern Missouri!!
