Our 5th wheel trailer broke down at the Mt Rushmore Pslmer Gulch KOA on the 4th ofJuly weekend. There is no cell phone or WiFi coverage. So, communications were very difficult. When we finally got arrangements made, a crew from Plains Towing rescued us. They were fantastic! They knew just what to do, and got the trailer ready to be towed to Rapid City. They quite literally saved our vacation. Thank you!!

they towing truck and trailer, their drivers missed truck part during towing, after they got the payment they are saying not responsible for lost. Very rude and unprofessional towing company.
