We had a great experience when purchasing our vehicle from Waring Chevrolet! We drove from out of town and the whole team went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed quickly. They even met us after store hours and were all still very accommodating and helpful through the whole buying process. They also have a snack and coffee bar set up that is top notch. We will definitely be returning to Waring Chevrolet!

We were traveling from Montana to Colorado when our truck broke down! A friend recommended Wareing Chevrolet. They were so helpful! They figured out the problem and fixed it in a couple of hours and we were on our way! THANK YOU! ! They were the nicest people!

Well, I was helping my mother buy a brand new vehicle. She wanted to shop local, so we went down to talk to this company. She wanted a brand new 2023 suburban. They gave her an estimate for her old tahoe, and came back with 2 grand under the lowest blue book value. So, she decided to wait a week or so. She gets a call back from the lady asking if she changed her mind. My mother said no, because they undervalued her trade in and wouldn't take any off the new car. She said she wanted a better deal and would buy the new car with cash even. The lady said "sorry we don't do business like that"!!! What?!?! Seriously you don't want to budge at all on a deal? Not a way to run a business. I guess the old hammers are dead.

I had a small but confusing issue with my Toyota, and brought it in right before a long road trip. They got me in quickly, and because it was resolved so easily, they generously considered it a favor. I usually avoid taking my car anywhere because it can be risky, but if I lived near a place this trustworthy and helpful, I'd take it in every chance I got and stop doing things myself. I'm very grateful.

Stranded in Wyoming with my daughter in 45 below weather and Chris and his team fixed our truck and got us back on the road. They were very quick in getting us in and the other team members made our wait enjoyable with their hospitality and for conversation. Thank you guys!

Chris Hayden and the Service Department took us in off the road on a Monday morning and had us back driving home before noon! it was not a simple fix! We were stranded 13 hours from home. Chris and the Hammer Chevrolet Team did everything above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Chris Hayden(Service), Shane Parker (Sales), and Everyone at Hammer Chevrolet. If anyone is ever in the the Sheridan Wyoming area, This is where you go for your Sales and Service needs.

The staff in the Hammer Chevrolet service department always greets us in a courteous manner. When we asked for an appointment time, they worked hard to get us in quickly and called us promptly when the service was completed. We have always been very happy with their service and recommend them to all.We purchased our company vehicle at Hammer Chevrolet and they worked tirelessly to make us the best deal possible. Everyone from the salesmen to the financing agent were pleasant and very helpful. We recommend doing everything in house, if possible; they made it a very painless process.

These folks rocked it today! They don't know this, and it was probably an easy repair. However, I have had my 2021 GMC Yukon for less than 7 months, less than a month ago it was in a different shop for 4 weeks. Before that it was taken in because of in-house upgrades. I have never gotten my car back same day at the other place and the fact I did get it back in my driveway hours after the scheduled appointment is absolutely amazing. Im a Mother with 4 kids, being without our full size SUV makes life difficult, today my life was made a little easier with Hammers!

I had probably the best car buying experience I have ever had, with Patrick at Hammer's. He was easy to work with, and answered all questions. If he was not sure of something he would take the time to find out and get back with me. He and Leah just made the whole process actually enjoyable and very stress-free. The service department is excellent, as well. They are stuck with me for life now, I think! LOL! Thank you, Hammer's!

Definitely lost a customer. My husband was scheduled to come over from Gillette to test drive a vehicle. He called to confirm his appointment and was told the truck he was supposed to be coming to see was actually on hold for a friend of the salesman and that he wouldn t have been able to buy the vehicle anyway since the sales manager wouldn t be in. Extremely unprofessional, we will make sure to look elsewhere.

Again the service department was exceptional. They allowed me to drop off the car at my convenience and because I was away, they delivered it to my home after the repairs. The friendly and helpful group is unmatched.

I really liked the online appointment because it allowed me to pick a time and date that worked with my schedule. The guys at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The maintenance I had done on my care was speedy!Will definitely come back!Dee

We got a flat tire just north of Ft. Collins on I25. Called the dealership and said we would be coming into town later that afternoon. They fixed the tire and had it back to us by 5pm. So thankful for the wonderful service!

While driving south on I90 my front U Joint seized and I blew my drive shaft. I called Hammer's to get their recommendation for towing. After getting to the shop, Jason came out to take a look and gave some recommendations. I worked with John, Chris and Mike to get in worked in between scheduled work. This is top notch customer service and Hammer's has my business going forward. This is yet another reason I'm very proud to be from Sheridan!!!

It was time for a family vehicle upgrade and I couldn t be happier with the service at Hammer Chevrolet. Shane Parker is one heck of a guy and an awesome salesman. Customer service shined through when dealing with Patrick Cossel. He went the extra mile in working with us. He was kind and considerate. If he was unsure about any of our questions, he found out the answer and got back to us immediately. Marcia walked us through the purchasing process explaining everything in an efficient manner. She also answered any questions we had....very knowledgeable.

They were very professional and did a great job on my oil change & tire rotation and gave me a ride home so I I didn t have to hang around at dealership waiting for it to be done. I really appreciate that and I will definitely go back to have my truck serviced there.

I was on my way across the country and had some vehicle issues about 45 minutes outside of town. I called and asked if I would be able to have my car checked out and they said come on in! . They had my car in the shop, diagnosed and parts ordered within an hour. Top notch service department!

My 95 Suburban wasn't heating very well and upon checking the coolant I noticed it was pretty dirty, They were able to get me in right away and flush the cooling system before it created any further issues! Always fast , courteous service!!

Chris does an amazing job! He had a new app that they were trying out and he also oversaw that app because he knows I trust him more than anyone I know no matter what he knows what my Tahoe needs.

Buying a car from here will change your opinion of car dealerships. I drove clear from Casper, Wyoming because I believe in their commitment to a win/win relationship with their customers. The service department is efficient, reliable, and extremely professional. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are not only satisfied but safe. That's what you call top notch service.

We tried going to billings for a new car and I ended up wanting to strangle the salesman, came home and went to hammers who were absolutely the best dealership I have ever been to. I'm a ford truck person but the sales staff may change that. It was a great experience getting my wife a special ordered car, all I can say is if it's a chevy or GMC you want go to Hammers they really are the best around.

Really friendly staff, top notch service department. Parts department is well stocked with parts and they can get it if they don't have it. This location also offers a body shop if you happen to harvest a deer with your hood. Business has been operating here since dirt was invented, it seems like.

A huge shout out to Hammer Ed Hammer-Chevrolet!!!I was a little leary of buying a used car after a couple of experiences around town, but my daughter suggested I try Hammer. I worked with a gentleman named Patrick and, wow, what a salesman. He asked me what I wanted, what I needed, what I wanted to spend and actually listened to what I said. He called me when something came in close to what I wanted and even brought them to me at work.When I did find what I wanted Nolan (Sales Manager) came over and we dotted all the I's and crossed all the T's. He made sure there were no surprises waiting for me when all was said and done!Thank you guys for all you did for me!
