Have always brought my vehicles here. Nothing but the best. Recently I needed my tires swapped and an oil change. They said they would get it done on Saturday. I dropped it off Friday evening. They stayed late Friday, and then came in early Saturday and had it done by 0930 Saturday morning. They go above and beyond, are honest and reasonably priced. You can t beat the service.

My sister paid to have her oil leak fixed. when she realized that it was still leaking oil we went into speak to them and were told to bring it in and they would fix it again for free since they didn't fix the problem. We took her car in to have it fixed again and they quoted her $1300 when my mom called up there to explain to them that they had originally told her it was fixed and said they would do it for free since they didn't actually fix it the lady on the phone was very rude and told her there's no way that they had even said that so she asked if they had cameras because it was said to us in the front office and she said no they do in fact not have cameras in the front office and would not be doing it. This place does not care about customer service and it's insane to me that they wouldn't want to stand by their work and fix the problem they originally never fixed.

Traveling from Ks to Mt, started having brake issues. Steve got us in and got my truck fixed. Gave me a loaner so I didn t have to sit there for 4 hrs. I highly recommend, they saved my trip!

This place is amazing. We were just passing through Sheridan, 1800 miles from home, and these guys worked us in same day to do a few things when the local Toyota dealer was booked out until the end of the month. Astounding service!. Brought my car in for an oil leak. We couldn't physically get to the oil filter and we thought maybe it had failed or was unseated. They not only quickly diagnosed my problem (bad gasket) they explained in detail in laymans terms and had me out of there quickly, fixed up at no charge since I take the car there for oil changes. I am relieved and grateful for the experience.

I went in Friday 9/1/2023 for an oil change, tire rotation and a an overall look in the condition of my car. An 18 point safety check I believe it was call. Not 10 minutes later the technician was done and gave me my keys said they were all done. It was awfully fast. I asked if they had done what I asked tire rotation, safety checkpoint oil change in under 10 minutes? I was assured, yes they had. Got home and my car was leaking. Didn t think much of it that stuff happens. The oil continue to leak more and more. Bottom line is they had stripped the oil pan so the bolt no longer fit. They didn t rotate my tires. They didn t fill any of the fluids or do the 18 points safety check (like I d requested). They strip the oil pan knew what they had done and sent me on my way and charged $ me anyway. Now I ve got to pay a mechanic to fix the damage that was done to the oil pan.

Great service. Will definitely return. I had a full service done on my diesel ram. I tried by email, text & phone to schedule service with the dealership in town. Never could get a response. Left 2 buddies at the base of Red Grade because I had to get something in town. Tire started going flat on the way. Barely rolled in to their place. Tire couldn't be fixed. But they got the spare on and a new one ordered for me in a jiffy so we could get back to our trip in the Big Horns. When we came back out, they had the new tire ready to put back on. My girlfriend and I were on our way back to MT from Denver and had to stop in and get our car checked out because the exhaust was really loud. They were able to squeeze us in and found a cracked exhaust manifold. They gave us peace of mind that we'd make it home. Highly recommend. Friendly and professional staff.

Even through all the name changes, this is still a primary place I go to for service. I've known Brent for several years, and he is one of the main reasons I keep going back. The new owners also seem to be good people.

Really great service! Very courteous, polite, information and you didn't have to wait for hours to get your oil changed done. It was a pleasure going there to get my oil change in a couple other things that they did. Great job there, Coffeen Car Care Center!

I set out on a 97 degree day with 30 minutes to pick up dry cleaning and get to an appointment. My car alerted of low tire pressure that was low enough that I knew I had a leak. I called my dealership where I normally go for service, but at 3:00PM on a Friday they were too swamped to help me so I called Coffeen Auto Care. From the moment my call was answered I was blown away by the customer service! I was told to come right over and they would fix my tire. I figured I d drop my car off and walk the 15 minutes or so to my appointment in the 97 degree heat and I d just have to deal with the dry cleaning later. Nope. The attendant was waiting for me in the drive in area and guided me to the garage. When I got out of my car I was offered a loaner vehicle for a simple flat tire repair! Considering the intense heat I took the offer of a loaner, picked up my dry cleaning and made it to my appointment on time. Upon my return I discovered that they not only repaired my flat, but they vacuumed my vehicle floors as well. My bill was less than $17! Are you kidding me?!! Coffeen Auto Care customer service is over the top! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I started my 03 Duramax this morning (-17 degrees) and the truck blew the seal out of the oil filter. I called down and they were able to get me in right away. I asked them about a coolant leak on my other pick up and they told me to bring it down whenever I could. I went home and swapped vehicles and they found the bad connection on my radiator and immediately fixed it. The whole staff was great and I d highly recommend giving them a shot.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

2 hours 45 minutes for an oil change. They broke the oil filter housing because they said the Toyota dealership had over tightened it. Extra cost to me.. Then they could not clear the "needs oil maintenance soon" light after the oil change was completed. Nice people but I wonder about the level of competence.

While everyone was looking for Brettt, he had a day off. I'm not sure if it was the owner, but he went the extra step to let me know my taillight was out. I happened to have it in my car and he installed it for me. Outstanding service.

I broke down right outside Sheridan in February and the guys here were some of the most helpful mechanics I've met while traveling. They made every effort to get my truck up and running quickly, were reasonably priced and stood by their work by letting me test drive the truck and addressing one more issue that I had with the same attitude. Solid guys, they saved me a lot of stress.

Excellent service, got me in almost immediately, did a wonderful job getting my old high mileage car ready for a long distance trip & prices were extremely reasonable for the area. Great place highly recommend can always fit you in & take care of your car quickly & efficiently.
