Highly recommended! We greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and technical service these folks provided. Helped us figure out our brake issues in our skoolie and transmission service and repaired our steering seal in just overnight. I'm definitely glad to have found them.

Absolutely Awesome Service ! Outstanding !!! I had a differential replaced, 2 axles replaced, 1 abs sensor installed. Greg was my Mechanic and was absolutely Top Quality work ! Super friendly people ! They even allowed me to hook up to their electric over night while I parked. I most definatly recommend this shop to everyone needing truck repair. Greg was very honest and honestly goes FAR with me ! If any of my future repairs can wait until I get to Sheridan, WY then thats where I will return again. I could never ask for better service. Highly Recommend!

My Dad started bringing his new Holiday Rambler Neptune Class-A diesel pusher on a Roadmaster chassis to Steve's for service in 2005. A few years later I inherited the motorhome and continued to bring it to Steve's.I traded in the diesel pusher for a new 2020 Class-C motorhome on a Ford E-450 chassis and still use Steve's for routine engine and chassis service.They are always polite, professional, fair priced, and helpful.Would recommend them for most of your RV engine and chassis maintenance and repairs, whether your a local or just passing through with an issue.Great folks at Steve's Truck Service!

My semi broke down on I90 in the middle of the construction. I reached out Steve s Truck Service. Sarah answered the phone and heard our problems. She elected to deliver us the crucial parts we needed to get back up and running. Total down time was 42 minutes. I cannot thank Sarah enough for going above and beyond to support us and ensure we could continue our journey.

Had an injector go out on my 98 peterbilt with the 3406E in it.. they got me in & out quickly.. Only place I want working on my truck if possible.. job done right the 1st time & they take pride in their work & stand behind it.

We stopped at a gas station in Sheridan and one of the guys from Steve s (sorry didn t get his name) noticed our bumper was loose on our tow vehicle and came over and inspected it. He saved a possible catastrophe. He was super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you from the Louisiana crew!

Rick and his people were outstanding. We blew out an airbag on our trailer transporting an oversize load across the country. Rick came to us and fixed it better than new! A life saver! Highly recommend!

A great service experience saved our entire trip!We were traveling back home to Georgia on a 6 week cross country trip to the West Coast with our Grandchildren.As we passed by Sheridan Wyoming, our alternator light came on. Anyone familiar with that area knows that Sheridan is an oasis surrounded by hundreds of square miles of open, endless and vacant country.We quickly exited and googled for RV repair. Only Steve s Truck Service came up.Despite it being closing time, Gary came right out and quickly assessed that our alternator had indeed failed.Noting our distance from home and our little ones on board, he graciously scheduled us for service first thing in the morning. Next, he ensured that we could safely make it to the nearby KOA (we got the last slot available) for the night.In the morning, Gary s team got right on it working thru the 100 degree day.They cautioned that until the alternator was removed, they wouldn t know exactly which one was needed. Gary said they may have a replacement in stock, as long as it isn t one of the weird ones. No worries though, the nearest supplier is in Billings, only 120 miles back up the road.Of course, it was a weird one.Thankfully, they did have one weird one that matched exactly what we needed. Due to the heat damage of the failed alternator, cables had to replaced and even spliced.By that afternoon, we were safely on our way home and completed the trip of the lifetime with our alternator running flawlessly.My wife and I own a Servpro franchise and are blessed with a team of 15 great service people. We know firsthand, the challenges of providing such great service to the public. Too many customers of our generation are quick to find fault, but slow to compliment.Let me praise the entire team at Steve s Truck Repair.Each person was compassionate to our needs and the emergency that we encountered. Every person was polite and courteous during our every interaction.They were competent and skilled in their work. The bill for service was comparable to what I would have paid at home.Within the first hour, I felt a confidence and trust for this team as I do with the mechanics that care for our fleet at home.Thanks again to Gary and the team at Steve s for such excellent customer service.

Professional mechanics. Other guys "Rebel Repair" screwd me up we vent to Steve's Truck Service and they fixed problems that Rebel Repair caused. Very happy that they are doing business. Don't even think to call some one else. Very happy that they are doing business

I blew a on Wyoming's amazingly well plowed highway, I called Steve's, they came right out but the correct size hose and coolant and got me up and running. I felt they treated me properly and the charges were fair.

Called for help with a simple air leak on a Freightliner coach chassis. Told me they don't work on motorhomes. I explained the problem was chassis related, said they'd check with the boss and call me back. Never received a response.

Website says they do trailer tires so I went there to have replacement tires put on and they tell me they don't do tires.
