Unfortunately I used Honda to install OEM Acura brakes and rotors on my Acura MDX. I was visiting from out of town and my shop wasn t able to get me in before we hit Wyoming. So, I made an appt with Honda to do the job since we were in town for 10 days we didn t need the car. $1200 later I get my car and we go about our lives. 4 months later the brakes start failing and squealing. Unsure why this is happening I start contacting Honda and had my shop in Colorado inspect it. Come to find out Honda never even installed the OEM Acura parts that I requested. They used some aftermarket brand from Auto Zone. My car cannot function with aftermarket parts hence I specifically requested Acura OEM to avoid any future issues. Now that we found the root of all this Sheridan Honda is trying to point fingers and refusing to take any responsibility for installing the cheaper brand when I asked for OEM. I never thought I d have to question work from a Honda dealership not being done correctly. Unfortunately, Honda cut corners and used cheap parts and now I m out $1200 they refuse to make this right. Aside from the review I have also contacted the BBB and reported the charge on my credit card. Candace and Kayla were both very rude and I willing to take any responsibility in this matter. Claiming my recollection is different than theirs. I highly recommend not using this shop if you want honest reliable work done in your vehicle.

From Great Lakes to Great Mountains, thousands miles thanks!Early August, 2022, my family plan driving car crossing our great middle West Country, visiting a couple of national parks. We start from MI, and after visited The Rushmore national part, my old Honda Pilot had a engine overheating issue due to 105F hot day and mountain driving. Look like we have a scheduled issue for next phase vacation.I google and find the closest Honda dealer is Sheridan Honda, Sheridan, WY.I immediately call them, tell them my situation and to ask if they can check my vehicle next morning. Even the next day all shop works are booked, Sheridan Honda understand my satiation and will help and give me a check at next morning.Mr Christian Burke and his team find out issues, discuss with me, and the best option is: left and fix the car at Sheridan Honda, My family rental a car from local rental company and continues our vacation. After vacation, We will come back pick up our car and drive back to home.We were drove home safely after Christian and his team fixed my car at short time now. Sheridan Honda save my vacation and my car!Thanks again for Christian and his team hard work, thanks Sheridan Honda s big help!Our country is great not only because of our beautiful landmarks and national parks, but because we have so many people like Chriatian and his team, hard working, helpful, and living in this land!Wei from MI

EV Charging: We stopped at Sheridan Honda because it is one of the only EV chargers between Billings, MT and Gillette, WY. They have a level2 charger which is slow but gave us enough electrons to feel safer in our drive.The staff here was friendly and responsive. They quickly moved a vehicle blocking the charger and chatted about electric vehicles.It was a great place to stop for a break and there are some fun restaurants in town to grab breakfast or lunch.Thanks Sheridan Honda!!

I had my regular oil change, fluids, rotate tires, and general inspection. I like to go to the dealer because I feel confident in what they tell me about my car. I know I'll get the right service at the right time, with the right parts.

I told them I am collecting caps from all car dealers in Town. The gentleman walked way across the property to the other building to find me a Sheridan Honda hat!!!

They didn't get the hood closed and it was bouncing when I got on the interstate to go homeHad to stop and get it closed. Wasn't happy.
