We had a great experience with Sheridan Honda! We are out of state, and Melissa worked with us to purchase electronically and pick up was smooth and easy!! The vehicle is extremely clean and we couldn t be happier with our purchase from Sheridan Honda!

Brady at Sheridan is a savior. My motorcycle desperately needed a new rear tire to make it to the sturgis rally. Without the help of him and his crew the trip would be ruined.

Blew a fuse while visiting Sheridan from out of town, late in the afternoon on July 3rd. One shop was closed, another couldn't fit me in, and my savior, Kayla at Sheridan Honda, fit me in immediately. The vehicle was fixed cheaply and quickly, and washed immediately. When I left and noticed another issue, they took the vehicle back and reexamined and fixed it immediately, for free. I was out before 5pm, the day before a holiday, for less than $200, with a full list of suggested maintenance to take home to my mechanic.Kind, helpful, and quick, I'm so grateful for Kayla and co!

Jr at Sheridan Honda did a great job letting me know when a new car arrived. There was no high pressure sale from him or anyone else. The staff did a great job getting me a great trade in value and financing rate. I had a great experience working with them and look forward to seeing them when I take my new car in for routine maintenance.

I brought my van into Honda after I noticed an oil leak. They were quick and very accommodating with my concerns. They addressed every issue and question I had with respect and diligence. Their service was prompt and affordable and I couldn t be happier with the treatment I received. Brady and his crew were amazing to work with and I recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic.

We bought a new side by side from Noel Rader last month at Valley Motor Honda. It was one of THE MOST pleasant purchasing experiences we have had. We tend to buy vehicles frequently and I ve never had a sales person who was that patient and willing to answer questions while never once pushing us into a deal. We first test drove two models when we first started our search. At that time he had both of them out of the showroom and allowed us to take them for a drive, get them told us to come back anytime if we had questions or wanted to drive them again. He gave me his contact info but never harassed me for mine. We returned a few weeks later and the one we were interested in was still there. We agreed on a price in no time without playing any games and he hunted down great financing while my wife and I went to lunch. I can t say enough good things about Noel and the business he is doing down there.Thanks for your time and effort Noel! I m glad we were able to buy our side by side locally with you!

Such an amazing experience. Was leaving for a trip and called last-minute. They fit my car in right away and were super efficient with getting everything checked and up-to-date (and safe). Christian was wonderful to work with- 10/10 recommend!

HUGE RECOMMENDATION for Junior at Sheridan Honda. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive home today in the car of my dreams. Not only was the vehicle priced fairly (under NADA) but also gave me a very fair price for my trade in. I never would ve thought purchasing a vehicle would ve been as easy as Junior made it today. Looking for something in particular? Reach out to him and he will not let you down. He may not have something immediately but he will reach out to you as soon as he does and make your time worth it!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. My fianc� and I were on our way to Colorado for our wedding and our Honda Fit started making weird noises. They were able to get us in right as we got into town, and fixed our problem quickly and inexpensively!! Thank you so much! You saved our wedding weekend! (They also let our dog wait inside with us which was super nice!) 10 stars!

Even in a really crazy car market, Sheridan Honda doesn't add a single markup on their prices. The staff were nothing but courteous, I never felt pressured I really appreciated the experience of working with them.

After coming off a 12 hour night shift my husband and I drove up to Sheridan from Gillette to get some new keys programmed to our van. Even though the key fob hadn t arrived yet, they went and picked it up from the delivery service and had our keys and fob programmed into our van in less then two hours. (Took less then that to actually cut and program the keys, but our whole visit was about that long.) Great service! Everyone was so helpful, friendly and personable! I highly recommend this store with great customer service!

Our Honda would not turn off in Sheridan. The service department was prompt, courteous, and quickly fixed our (user error caused) problem free of charge. Outstanding service!!

Valley Motor Honda is the only place I will go for service and new vehicles. I recently had a string of bad luck (car accidents) and they took care of me even when the vehicle I wanted wasn t on their lot. They went out of their way to make me happy. I won t take my car anywhere else. Junior Craig is amazing to deal with. I could go on and on with how amazing he is, but when you meet him, you ll know! Please consider utilizing their services. You won t be disappointed.

I came back to Valley Motor Honda because they give great service and they have worked with me. I have had some issues with my car last year and this year. They gave great service. They are honest and went above and beyond. I didn't have to get my car towed and they came twice to get it. Fixed the problems with it. I give kudos to all the service dept. Especially Brady Legerski.

Our car broke down on the interstate and we were able to get towed to Valley Motors, getting there within 5 minutes of closing on a Friday night. They we're quick to get us checked in. First thing the next morning, they looked at our car, fixed the problem, and even took a video to make sure the problem was not because of us. They took great care of us and made sure we were able to hit the road as soon as possible!

This review is for the shop and not the sales department. I took my Subaru in a few times for service. The staff are generally quick and communicate well, but my last encounter had some setbacks. I had to take my vehicle back 3 times in a matter of weeks because of faulty parts, and faulty installation. To their credit, the head guy was good about working quickly and even sent some guys to tow my car to the shop for free. They made good on fixing the problem for free, which I appreciate, even though it was a frustrating time for me.I will update this review as a continue to do business there.

Junior was our salesman, felt like things were not fully disclosed to us on the car. When we went back less than 24 hours of getting the car, that sales managers was extremely rude and became extremely defensive. She talked very inappropriately in front of children, and working in the sales department, I did not feel like this was customer service based. Extremely disappointed in this business, but lesson learned. Will take my business to a more family oriented dealership next time.

They were able to get out vehicle in, when we had a problem while traveling from Colorado to Montana. Completed the work quickly so we could be on our way. Everything is running smooth again. Thanks!

The Service Department here is great!Junior and Brady are great guys, and Joel is a rock star. When I dropped off my van for a 105k mile service, I told them I wished I could get the timing belt changed as part of the visit. They only had 7 hours, and they knocked it out! I picked up the car at 5pm expecting to wait longer, and they were washing it.This is the only place I'll bring my Honda vehicles, and I have my Acura serviced here, too!

Awesome customer service. I'm on a road trip on my Harley Road Glide and started to have a failure in my front tire. I was intending on putting new rubber on the bike sometime in the near future, but I had to act fast. I thought that because of that I wouldn't be able to get the Michelin Commander II tires that I wanted, but Valley Motor was able to find a set of that exact tire for my bike. The customer service was fantastic. When I returned to pick-up my bike, the guys were washing it up. They made it shine!Thanks very much!Jim VaughanOmaha, Nebraska

What a great team! I stopped by on my vacation, hundreds of miles from home, with a nail in my tire. With no appointment it was looked at, removed and patched, and I was able to continue my vacation and make it home with no issues - terrific customer service, thank you!

If anyone wants to get a vehicle, Valley Motor Honda will treat you fair and square. They go above and beyond to make sure you get an excellent deal. I couldn't be more happy with my Subaru and the wonderful service that I received. Thank you to all that work at Valley Motor Honda!
