I was immediately greeted and treated like family as soon as I walked into the door. Brad was a huge help. I cannot thank Prime Rate enough for their amazing customer service and today I walked away with my brand new truck!

Brad, Jim, Joel and Kenny take pride in getting you on the road in tough trucks. They back their vehicles. Never been disappointed. Recommend them to anyone.

I have bought and looked at many vehicles here. I have worked with Brad and Kenny in the past and had good experiences with both. They keep nice inventory on the lot, but even better, they stand behind their vehicles and trailers. They don t throw used inventory on the lot if it needs a repair. They make sure everything is running how it should and well maintained, so you have the best chance at finding a good reliable solution for your situation. I d gladly come back to Prime Rate when I m in the market again.

Had just the Trailer I needed for my Wife to put her grass clippings. Nice Hyd. dump 10 x 5 in the color Gray. Deal took less than 20 minutes.

I recently purchased a truck from this lot and after having it a week it had a major mechanical issue. Brad had me take it to a mechanic and put me in a loaner until the repairs were complete, repairs that they paid for. I do feel that the went above and beyond what anyone would expect from a used vehicle lot and would highly recommend them as they seem to stand behind what they sell.

Came here on a recommendation from my uncle who purchased vehicles, and a cattle trailer from them before. Met with Brad, and he found me a truck that was perfect for me. He went above and beyond to help me get financing. Picked up the truck and a little while later it developed a problem with the motor. Long story short, Brad gave me a loner truck and they are fixing the problem with my motor. I have to say this is the best dealership I have EVER been to, and Brad is a wonderful person to deal with. DEFINITELY recommend going here!

Outstanding people, came into town for a rest stop from SD and noticed I had no trailer brakes. A line had broken. We called in the late afternoon and they got us in the next morning at 8A. It was a difficult part to find as I knew, but with diligence they got the part. The mechanic was outstanding, trailer brakes have never been this good. On the road before 11A. You guys are outstanding.

I just bought a Volvo V70 r with a bad central electronic module Wich the sales man never even mentioned on top of a loose parts on the turbo inlet including the turbo , clogged pcv system broken drive shaft and worn out brake pads and rotors.. so do your self a favor and look elsewhere for your next ride or you end up buying a money pit

Got an amazing deal on a 2016 Jeep. Jim was awesome, walked us thru everything and made it a super easy process. Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a quality used car, truck or suv at a fair price.

Just purchased a lightly used Ford pick up from Prime Rate. Brad was very helpful and gave me a fair price on both my purchase and trade in. Definitely will work with Prime Rate again. Highly recommended!
