Top notch company! After losing a wheel bearing on my boat trailer on a Saturday, Cassie was incredibly helpful and supportive. She let me leave the trailer at their facility over the weekend and the shop mechanics at Perry s got me back on the road first thing Monday. Their work is high quality as well. We had no more problems for last 2200 miles of our trip. I couldn t be happier and highly recommend this company!

We bought a new-to-us 3 horse slant trailer from Perry s. Cassie was so wonderful to work with! She was there every step of the way to ensure we got the trailer. AND they delivered it to us! Their driver, Josh was so nice and helpful. We will definitely go to Perry s first when we need another trailer.

Zach and the staff were fantastic! They were able to find a wheel hub replacement for my 1966 airstream when we lost a wheel on the interstate. They got us back on the road a day later. They were very responsive and good to work with!

Your warranty is only as good as the dealership you buy from . Thank you Cassie for all your help!! I bought a new hot shot trailer for Perry s last fall. Come to find out I had a bad axle. In no time Cassie took care of me and got me back on the road!! Best customer service around!!!

I had a gentleman pull up next to me and tell me the rear drivers side tire on my travel trailer was making a lot of noise when I passed him. He referred me to Midas in Sheridan. I walked in and spoke to the lady at the counter who was very rude and pretty much told me she was too busy to have 1 of her techs look at my trailer tire. So I went to another tire shop and they don't work on trailers. I was referred to Perry's by another gentleman who spoke very highly of them. I came here and spoke to Zach, the head mechanic who looked at my trailer. He stopped everything he was doing, pulled my tire off, and told me the brake was too tight. He adjusted the brake so it wasn't too tight and put grease on my bearing. I really appreciate him and his generosity. I would give him 10 stars all day if I could.Thanks again, Zack!

Top notch emergency service! Awesome staff and facility. Got us back on the road within a couple hours after being towed in for trailer, tire, rim, spring replacement, and repairs. You just can't find such amazing service anywhere else!

I m not one to give bad reviews but as I keep finding things wrong, I feel like I need to so someone else could possibly avoid the same issue. I purchased a trailer in June 2020. I had several people tell me how great they were and trust worthy. I saw one online from their Sheridan Wyoming sales lot and decided to reach out to them. They were wonderful at making a deal and communicating with me, they even told me they would deliver it for free since I lived 4 hours away. When we got the trailer we immediately noticed that it was filthy. There was still manure in the back that looked like it had been sitting in there for a long time. Spider webs all over and the living quarters was disgusting. It was covered in dust, dead bugs and mud. The first time I stayed in it I found it was COVERED in dog hair. We had to take apart the couch and take the mattress out of the trailer and took over 4 hours just to get the hair out. There was trimming on the slide out taped on, the table is broken so when you go to put any weight on it, it falls off the poles. The fridge and freezer smelled HORRIBLE and was also filthy. One of the shelves on the fridge is taped together. I scrubbed and scrubbed and I still can t get half of the stuff spilled in it out. One of the drawers in the kitchen doesn t stay shut so it flies open when you haul anywhere. None of the trailer lights worked, they kept trying to blame our pick up for them not working even though we haul our other trailers just fine (which I told them and they kept denying it) All the drains were plugged. The brackets that hold on your water tank in the back tack were broken. The sewer wasn t even emptied. All of the inside lights, exterior lights and radio didn t work. The tack room in the back leaked when it rained. I sent a picture to the sale person I worked with asking if it was supposed to be cleaned before shipping it to me, she said she was going to clean it but they were trying to get it to me in a hurry and didn t have time. However, they did send someone out to fix the radio, lights, and back tack so it didn t leak. They did replace the generator before purchasing and the water pump. I did learn my lesson on not going to the sales lot to check everything over, but I trusted them as some of my closest friends have purchased from them. I asked if I could put the trailer on their sales lot to resell(now that everything is fixed) and they said yes but they take a huge percentage out of what it sold for. But, Not what you would expect to get buying a $55,000 trailer. I am very disappointed.

My 72 year old mother was traveling cross country with her 5th wheel and lost her trailer brakes on a Saturday. She was getting ready to climb over the mountains to see me in Idaho. There were no mechanics there but the owner fixed it himself and refused to take $$ from my mom, the widow of a Vietnam soldier. My mom was in tears when she told me about the Angels in sheridan. I believe his name is Dale and front desk lady was Kassie. God bless you and ur business! You made the world a lil better today. Thank u so much!

I took my trailer from ND to these guys after a tire and a duck decided to mess up my trailer. They were wonderful to work with, even from such a distance. They were super helpful, upfront, honest, and their pricing was very fair. They even helped with a confusing insurance situation. Hands down recommend these guys!

It was a pleasure working with Tammy through the whole process of trading in our trailer on our new one. She voluntarily came in an hour early just to get me on the road sooner, absolutely thrilled with my new trailer and experience at Perrys. Well worth the trip from Colorado. Thanks Tammy!!!

This place was a heaven send to me. It was years ago. On a day he was closed bust still welcomed me in, got a new plug put on my trailer plug in(i may have drug it 100 miles on the road...)tested it and got us back on the road safely to South Dakota. I can't say thank you enough.
