Brake light bulb burnt out while driving across the country. There's an AutoZone right across the street but I went with O'Reilly. Very courteous, respectful and professional staff. Good guys who treated me without prejudice even though I am Asian and was wearing a mask. Found what I needed at a reasonable price. They even let me use the restroom. Thank you! I went in to buy blinker bulbs for my Toyota 4-Runner and the very kind fella named Darrin went out and replaced them for me without me even asking! No that s fantastic customer service!

A huge thank you to Will and Ryan and another lady working on his shift last night, I broke down and needed answers and I called o Reilly s and will stayed on the phone with me til I could figure out wants was wrong, my friends towed my car there and helped me out and they brought my friends tools to help him with my car and they even stayed pass closing time, let me tell you I have never experienced this much amazing customer service and just over all friendly help. I couldn t of done it without all of them! thank you guys very much!

I broke down on I-90 about 30 miles away from Sheridan Wyoming on a Friday about 6pm, I had the tools to fix it but needed the parts. They had the parts, I asked if they knew anyone who could bring them to me, she asked if she could call me back.. I said yes, within ten minutes she called and said yes she did... I paid for the parts over the phone and she sent the people my way! I fixed the truck and was able to drive to Sheridan. Thank you to the two girls who work for them! They are a true credit to your store! I am very grateful for the help!!

Super nice folks! I went in to get new wiper blades, already knowing what sizes I needed. As a woman, I really appreciated that they didn t offer to check that I got the right size since they saw me walk in, go to the wiper blades, find the size and go straight to the counter. That s called reading your customers right. Had I looked around puzzled, offering to check the right size for me would have been appropriate. Secondly, watching a YouTube video does not make one competent so I asked them to show me how to put them on. No problem.

Manager Scott was really great! He is very helpful and does everything to take care of the customer. This is by far the best O'Reilly Auto Parts store in the region. We never get such good service at our home stores in Billings. Better to drive to Sheridan for Auto Parts from someone who knows what to stock and sell.

Michael was very helpful.. a little to much so. I needed plugs for my truck, never gave me any options, he just chose ones for me. He also had a packet of lube there and the way he put it with the plugs I thought it came with them. Nope.. it was only $1.49 but that s not the point. The plugs he chose are good plugs and I m not complaining about that but I feel like he was a little pushy because I am a women.

Just had a great experience here. Found my '96 Cherokee had a belt continuing to run after the engine was turned off. Chatted with Candace who identified that it was a Relay misbehaving. She helped me out by identifying the potential parts and going above and beyond to find me one in town that was in stock calling around town. Great customer service and will come here in the future for my auto part needs.

This is one of the most helpful and friendliest automotive parts store in Sheridan. They offer a decent selection and probably have an affordable O'Reilly's generic alternative part for anything you are looking at.I had employees volunteer to help me install a head light and wiper blades. Great place!

We had a rental SUV we've never been in before and thought we had problems but the guy working there told us that we were ok and how the newer vehicles work with stuff.great staff.

Personally worked there in the past and have been a customer many times friendly and helpful staff and mangers who will do what it takes and who treat everyone like a professional customer

This chain is just like the rest. If you want to over pay for parts this is the place! For an example: My bearing center support went out on my driveshaft. Easy fix, parts are abundant for Hondas. $38 on ebay. $52 on amazon. $48 at numerous stores on the west coast. $152 in Sheridan Wyoming, coming from Billings Mt. Good job screwing your community!
