My husband and I traveled from Montana to Sheridan over the Thanksgiving holiday in November of 2023.During our travels, a commercial diesel truck picked up a rock with its rear tire. The rock hit the front windshield of our BMW leaving a larger than quarter size rock chip.We called Novus glass of Sheridan the day before Thanksgiving hoping that they would be able to make time for the repair as weather was in the forecast and we were concerned that the windshield would certainly crack.I was so grateful that they said yes. They kept their shop open for us to do the repair.They were concerned about the size of the rock chip but went ahead with the repair. No charge because of the uncertainty that it would not work.We are now into 2024 and the repair is still holding!! We are beyond happy with the service we received from Novus and we highly recommend their services.Thank you Novus!!Troy and Michell from Montana

I had two vehicles that needed windsheilds. With one phone call, Cindy scheduled both and ordered the glass for the following week. They got to both far ahead of schedule. I would trust Cindy and her team with all my glass needs! I highly recommend NOVUS!

Wonderful peeps and a great job. Was traveling through and big truck dinged me. They answered phone an hour before opening and fit me in. Hint: don t rush. Downtown Sheridan is wonderful. Wish I had stayed for a meal or something. Ding all better.

Great glass shop. Excellent quality, I've used them for years for chips and complete glass replacement. Never a single issue with their quality. My wife use Safelite to replace her windshield, Safeline was only $80 cheaper than Novis and her windshield leaks around the seal anytime it rains.Update 3 years later: Still fantastic work, very responsive, my glass shop of choice

The tech was to repair a chip in the front windshield and when performing the work cracked the windshield. The tech advised that he fixed the crack and it should be ok, but if it cracked further, novus would replace the windshield at no charge due to their error. The windshield cracked a second time in the same area as the original chip. Again, the tech advised that they would repair the crack. Again advised if it cracked further would replace the windshield at no cost to me. Two days later another crack where the chip originally was. Novus called me in my travels advising that I needed a new windshield and asked if I wanted them to file it with my insurance. I reminded the representative that the technician advised that it was their error and would replace the windshield at no charge to me. The technician then told my husband they just could not do that. He further said it was going to break anyways. I would not recommend Novus due to their extremely poor care of the windshield or or their ethics. In Wyoming, your word is your word.

We had a very positive experience at this glass shop. We had a front windshield replaced and their customer service is outstanding! Josh, the manager, went "above and beyond" to make sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction. The technicians did a great job and were great to talk to. (They even took the time to point out some restaurants we could try out for lunch!) This shop is great and I highly recommend them!Service: Auto windshield replacement

They broke our old windshield into the cab of the truck while replacing it and didn't tell me. I got in to leave and cut my finger on tiny shards of glass that were on the seat, the vent fins, the floor and the dash. I understand that accidents happen, but they should have disclosed this hazard to me before I got back into the truck.UPDATED: The owner contacted me and apologized for how this was dealt with. He also let me know that some procedures will be reinstated to better handle situations like this when they occur in the future and offered me a gift certificate for future work. I appreciated his sincerity and honesty during our conversation.

Always do excellent work, courteous and knowledgeable, and guarantee their work or will make sure it's done right if for some reason something isn't perfect.

We had our truck windshield repaired several years ago and they did a FABULOUS job. So when we needed a U-haul to move offices, we used their U-haul service. I was on a limited time schedule and they had me in and out the door with the u-haul in 5 minutes. Top notch service!!
