I loved the link with all the pictures and issues with my vehicle! Also the tech came and talked to me and explained everything, I really appreciated that. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I appreciate the little 5 minute vacuum of the front of my car at another place I've gone. The buy one get one free was great!! I did take note of the services offered WITH prices and I will be back!

I ve been using Midas for years. They always go above and beyond with the service they provide, never upselling me or pressuring me to do more than what was scheduled. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to make me aware of things on my vehicle that may need to be fixed in the near future, too. I would highly recommend this establishment.

A friend of mine and I were driving from Colorado back to school when the drive shaft on his truck blew. Two young adults stranded in the middle of Buffalo, WY, not quite sure what to do. After getting towed into town, we started calling nearby shops in the morning. With no availability in Buffalo, we tried the next town over, which happened to be Sheridan. Upon calling Mason Lube at Midas, we were immediately confident that Midas was going to be able to help us. Upon arriving at Midas, Mason greeted us with a smile. His sincerity and genuine character shocked my friend and I, and we were so grateful to have found Mason and Midas. Throughout the whole process, Midas and Mason were wonderful. They truly seemed to care about our situation and wanted to get us on the road in the most efficient way possible. I ve never felt tempted to leave a review for a store before, but I truly couldn t recommend this store more. So to Midas and Mason Lube, thank you so much. We are so beyond grateful our repair shop search led us to you.

The staff and service are excellent! They provide photos and other information of the condition of your vehicle. Friendly staff who seem sincere and honest in their evaluation of the vehicle. I will continue using and recommending to others!

This is a very clean and friendly professional place of business. They are very informative and helpful. Very personable staff who genuinely care about their customers especially Mason Lube he is so kind and patient with all his customers and works hard to make sure you are taken care of and understand everything. Thank you midas of sheridan for all the work you guys did to my car !

Joel is awesome! He was able to look at my vehicle even though it was technically after hours (after 4 on a Saturday), and got my vehicle in for repair Monday at 8 am. Didn t over sell me anything and got me up running quickly!

These guys were fantastic. My car broke down Saturday afternoon when I was in Sheridan for hockey they got me in fast and stayed late to make the repair. That just doesn t happen all the time.

Very good customer service. Everyone was kind and friendly, even gave my kids attention and made them feel appreciated. Service done was great, they let me know what they recommended to have done but nothing major and I didn't feel pressured at all. Recommend

I came from out of town and staying in Sheridan for a week and a half. I had coolant issues and leakage from under my car. Due to my work schedule and training, I was not able to call Midas until a Friday after 4pm. After explaining my travel situation and the issues of my car, they got in my on the next day- a Saturday. The staff was awesome and they took care of me. My radiator had to be replaced and they continued to work on it after hours! They even gave me and my mom a ride to the hotel and picked us back up when my car was done! Amazing customer service!!!

We broke down on a Saturday on the highway heading to FL from Billings. I called this shop at 3pm after the only other open shop said they couldn't fit us in until Tuesday. They were extremely nice and helpful. Got us back on the road within a couple hours. We made it to FL! Thank you so much for being so accommodating. Can't recommend them enough

Fantastic service!!!! Our van wouldn t start while on vacation. Had it towed to Midas as they came highly recommended. The Midas team worked it in right away (late afternoon July 3rd!) and diagnosed a bad fuel pump. They ordered the part and had it ready to go first thing on the 5th! I have no doubt that if the fourth wasn t the second most important holiday of the year they would ve had it done then.Great service and great folks!!!!!!

Great store. Always a positive experience every time we come in. Excellent service and communication. All of our vehicles are repaired and serviced at Midas. Our expedition broke down due to some tomfoolery from my bros in law. We re hours from home with hours more to go and no one else would see us. Sorry, this is a long one, but my experience was awesome. I was on the first leg of a cross crontry trip with my family to see family and friends on the east coast. Broke down outside of Sheridan, Wyoming. This was on a Friday night. Was told by the tow company that Midas was my best bet if I wanted to get on the road ASAP. After dropping off the truck, called them the next morning and explained my story to the gentleman running the front desk. Not only were they able to squeeze me in, but they replaced my water pump and serpentine belt and had me on the road by 1400 that day. I decided to call them when I got to my first destination to say thanks and get the name of the guy at the front desk and the mechanic who worked on my rig so I could send a message to Midas corporate, extolling them for their great work and really helping me and my family out. Come to find out that the guy at the front desk, was the son of the mechanic, the mechanic being the owner of the Midas! Mason and Matt (I hope I can put their names on here) were super awesome and smoothed out an early bump in a long journey that could have resulted in a catastrophe. If I could give more stars on this review, I would. 5 is not enough. There is never a good time to break down on a cross country trip, but if you are going to do it, do it near Sheridan, Wyoming and take your car or truck to to the Midas.Service: General repairs & maintenance
