UPDATE. I contacted the police where their business address is located. They are one of many known fraudulent business scams that use that address but are not physically there. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.I contacted them at the end of November about a rear end for my truck. They sent me pictures and verified with the dealership it was the right part. On December 7th they charged my card 690$ for the part. It is now January 4th and not only do I not have my part, none of the phone numbers I have for them are working. I can't even contact them. I'm heading to the bank today to see if I have an recourse to recoup my money. I wish I had looked at the reviews first. But they seemed like a big company and decent enough as there was great communication prior to them taking my money.

My 2009 Hybrid Sierra needed a new engine. I called and Neil, one of the phone salesmen called and said they had seven engines, the one with the lowest mileage, about 71,000. The price was right so, even though reviews of the company were less than flattering, I purchased the engine. I was promised photos of the engine and paperwork. Neither ever materialized. The good thing was that the engine was purchased on 11/12, shipped on 11/16, and delivered on 11/22. When delivered the engine was not crated as described, just saran wrapped and shipped. The engine was installed by the shop and acts like an engine with about 71,000 miles but without paperwork of any kind, who knows. Had they followed up as promised with photos and paperwork, I would have given them five stars.

Purchased a part 3/29/22 which they had "in stock". They double charged me Virginia state income tax, refused to provide an itemized receipt. Several calls claimed part shipping from Virginia, Ohio and finally on 4/11 they bought a part on eBay and it shipped from another company in MA. The part is defective. Their "partner warehouse" refuses to honor the warranty since I am not the purchaser, Mainland refuses to refund the money they collected almost a month ago. Derrick, Alex, April, Melina, all gave false information on multiple occasions, these are scam artists. There are reputable part suppliers out there that have parts in inventory, unlike this bunch of frauds who source the lowest cost parts on eBay after they have your money. This company doesn't even exist at the corporate address. The same street address and suite ( suite 1200) are shared by 6 other companies. Please save yourself time ( 3 weeks in my case), headache and the trouble of going back and finding another part, stay away from these frauds. I attempted to buy a seat belt, a piece of safety equipment. Don't trust your health or your loved ones to this bunch.

We ordered a transfer case from the Texas location and spent close to $4000 and never received the part and tried to have it refunded and have gotten nothing but false promises and lies and still have not received our money this is fraud!!! We requested our money and were told the credit would be processed 2 weeks ago. We have yet to receive the credit and were offered a direct wire transfer and asked for bank information? You guys know exactly what case I am talking about as this has been going on for over a month now!

Paid $550 for replacement door for pickup truck. It arrived damaged. Will cost $1000 to repair to bring door back to as sold condition. Basically told me "oh well"... went reported to BBB. Then the offered $200 to try to close the claim as resolved but I rejected as the issue is not resolved. Either way I am going to have to pay out of pocket to fix their mistake. And this started back in March '22.Terrible experience and dishonest company.***BUYER BEWARE***

We bought a transmission from this company. The first one shipped and it was defective with metal in the pan. We shipped the first one back and the 2nd and took 4 weeks to ship the 2nd one. Customer canceled and we paid to ship the transmission back and it was delivered to the address and now the phone number is disconnected.Can someone answer for this?

I was searching for a Toyota Truck body. Within minutes I received a phone call from Justin and then within a half hour I had pictures of a body on the frame. We discussed the process and I provided a credit card which initiated an order for the body to be removed from the frame. The body turned out to not be in good condition and I was informed that they were looking for another body. My son-in-law called the next day to say he had found a body for me and I called Mainland and canceled my order. I have been promised a full refund. This is the first time that I have used Mainland Auto. April and Justin were very helpful. I would order from Mainland again in the future.

Took a month to deliver the wrong engine. And took two months and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and other with the Attorney General for Mainland Auto Parts to send a shipping company to pick up the engine and return the money. Will never use this company again or recommend. The Wyoming Better Bussiness Bureau told us the address has nothing there. They don't know where Mainland Auto Parts is located because it's not in Wyoming.

My 1988 Chevy Celebrity needed a new drivers door, and I was having a great deal of trouble finding a replacement. Victor Gallagher @ Mainland Auto Parts, LLC found a door quickly, was pleasant and professional, and my door arrived, in good condition, within a couple of weeks. Not only WOULD I use Victor's able assistance again, I AM presently working with him to find another part for the same car.

Ordered a Front seat bracket Assembly, They charged me more than was agreed upon But they returned the difference, Great! BUT it took 2 weeks of trying to get me my part BOTH where never sent to me, because when they got them they were both bad.... Why do business with part dealers that don't supply you with quality parts!!! ALL my time was WASTED! A complete FAILURE Mainland Auto Parts

HORRIBLE!!! $1,200 for a Geo transmission. They said it was warrantied. When my mechanic got it it had water in it and makes horrendous noises, I sent them my mechanic s findings and all of a sudden I can t get through to them, no one responds to my emails and their phone numbers no longer work! DO NOT BUY FRoM this Company you will lose $$$

Mainland Auto Parts took care of me as quickly as the shipping constraints allowed. The first part I received, I checked it and called them regarding some scratches and they sent me a second part which was just fine. Thank you, Mainland.Malina was very very helpful. Thank you Malina.

This company takes your money and doesn't return your calls. They have almost a $1000.00 of my money for a rear differential and they will not return numerous voicemails. Maybe I need to file a complaint with the AG in Wyoming and Texas.

They did a great job of shipping the right part, cost was a little high but they called to let me know that the part was delayed because they had to get another part sourced, due to the 1st part not good enough to send. Not a lot of Compaines would call to let me know the status. Part work great and was in great shape. Save money with this part OME price was double the price.

Completely lousy company I ordered a part over 15 days ago they kept on telling me all it'll be out it'll be there Thursday it'll be there Thursday this is the 4th Thursday that they told me the part would be here and it's not here this company is not reliable at anything I'm hoping to God they're smart enough to send me the right freaking part do not order parts from this company

ORDERED A DIFFERENTIAL THE FIRST OF NOVEMBER PAID MORE THEN ORIGINAL QUOTE DUE TO THEM SAYING THEY LOOKED WRONG PART 6 WEEKS LATER STILL NO PART AND WONT ANSWER PHONE HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR FOUR DAYS NEXT CALL GOING TO TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL AND LAWYERS
