Best experience I have had in a long time. I'm a new customer and as I driving away I noticed a flower left on my dash. Ladies know that feeling of trusting a car care experience, that really was a great experience.I thought I'd need extra services, I did not. Darrell, (I think) went over all they checked, fluids free refill a month from now. Great service. Thanks much and even20 % discount.

Staff works hard to make sure your happy and safe! Used another local shop for 5 years, changed ownership at the last oil change outlet I used, and gone is the friendly attitude!The old koffeenn car care is nothing like it used to be! Grease Monkey,YOU got my business now!

In and out in 15 minutes. Oil changed, fluids topped off, tire pressure checked, floors vacuumed, and a flower on the dash. Even a deal on new wiper blades! All with professional attitude!! They rock!!

Staff is very courteous. They check everything on car and let you know what needs done. I have dealt with Grease Monkey since 2009 in Cheyenne, snd will continue here in Sheridan.

They did what I needed done but added to my windshield fluid but it doesn t even work and I didn t ask for them to fill it either and charged me for it.

Very capable young men. But did have an issue with vacuum hoses being accidentally unplugged after service. Also the need to raise rpm s to check for oil leaks was a little hard on a diesel engine. All and all a respectable service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Staff is friendly and works quickly. I like that they'll come chat with you and be honest about what does and does not need to be done/maintained/replaced at any particular time. Been coming here for years with several different makes and models of vehicles and plan to continue my patronage of this business.

I took my autos there for an oil change, I brought my own oil and filter. They charged me $35, less than a year later it went to $75.

Stopped here to get an oil change during my roadtrip and had such a great experience. Honest, friendly and helpful staff. Van was amazing and thorough, they checked everything to make sure that I would be safe on the rest of my travels. Thank you Van and the rest of the staff here! Absolutely the worst service ever on 2 vehicles!!!!!! The price was ridiculous& they didn't know how to change the filter on one car and broke a part and used a "makeshift" ..... then charged me for a filter they didn't even put it!!!!' Put oil in but did not change the filter!!!!! I will never take anything ever here again!!!!!!This is what my garage looks like this morning!!!! I am beyond furious!!!!! I have NEVER had an oil leak ever!!!!!!!! You guys are a joke!!!! I am going to take this to my dealership and you are going to pay for it!!!!!Service: Oil change

These guys swept out my car, changed my oil, checked my serpentine belt, cleaned my dashboard, checked my air filter, checked my brake fluid, checked my windshield washer fluid, and pit a carnation on my dash for my lady. Just needed a tire rotation and the team did a great job from the greeting, the time estimate, the speed of service, and the teamwork. I observed a very well run operation from the steering wheel cover, seat cover, and the floor mat to protect my car to the communication and respect amongst the team, to the neat and orderly shop, that they are well trained and well led.

We arrived 15 minutes before close time because we had a trip the next day and didn t have much time. They were very nice, took our car, and their bathroom was the cleanest one I ve ever been in at an oil change location!

Very pleasant experience at this location . Van was the employee we worked with most and he was very honest about the things he felt needed attention in the car vs. the things that were not so important . He was also a delight to chat with upon payment.

They said they could flush the transmission, flush the AC and rotate tires in an hour and 10 min. They took an hour and 30 min due to an employee leaving them at that moment...Paul and the others just kept stepping fwrd. Good Job!
