We were passing through Sheridan, WY, needed an oil change, found Fremont Toyota service on line, called based on their 5 star review and easily made an appt. This is definitely a 5 star service. Emily greeted us, looked up our VIN to see if we had a service plan, let us know up front the cost for planned service and communicated with us when her technician found an issue. The technician was very thorough with the multi-point inspection. Emily explained well the results of this inspection. We were in and out and were extremely satisfied with Emily and the whole team!

This is the best Toyota Service Center I ve ever been. Emily was very helpful helping me when I was there. I was on a road trip from North Carolina. Not only Emily but I heard all their staff talking to their clients very politely and being very helpful. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for what you do. I m very impressed by Not only your service but your hospitality as well.
