Shannon gave us the most wonderful experience with buying our 2024 Toyota Grand highlander. I had my truck totalled in a car accident and Shannon helped us pick the most perfect car for our family. The car was not on the lot when we picked it out and Shannon never got annoyed with how many times I called a messaged asking for updates. She made the car buying experience amazing. The Toyota dealer was also full of smiling faces and helpfulness. I won't take business anywhere every again.

Michael and JR were absolutely amazing to work with. So amazing in fact we walked out with 2 new cars instead of one! Would highly recommend Fremont Toyota in Sheridan! I drove up from Northern Utah to get my 2024 Hybrid Grand Highlander and Paul was super helpful in communicating with me weeks before I drove up. He answered all my questions very professionally and just an overall great guy! I definitely felt taken care of and the buying process was quick and easy. This was my first NEW car buying experience and it was great, thank you!

After 40 years of buying cars, I had my best experience ever purchasing a 2024 4Runner from Shannon Murphy at Fremont Toyota Sheridan. She helped me locate the car I wanted, worked within my travel schedule and put up with my due diligence of analyzing payment options. The trust level I have with her and the finance department was a breath of fresh air. As a Financial Advisor, I have learned not to trust car dealers because of past experiences of self serving sales tactics. I highly recommend traveling as far as you need to in order to buy a vehicle from Shannon.

My salesperson Shannon at the Fremont Toyota in Sheridan, Wyoming was amazing!! She kept me updated every step of the way with the delivery of my car, as well communicating ahead of time as to what we would anticipate with the purchase. Once we arrived at the dealership she literally made us feel like family. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with setting up the app and reviewing all of the functions of my car. I highly recommend her and will refer anyone I know in search of a car. Hands down a FIVE STAR SALESWOMAN!!

We have gotten 3 vehicles from Toyota. The last 2 have been through Shannon Murphy, with the first she was in their service department. We have always been taken great care of with any concerns. She is always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Jason has a great crew! Our latest was a 2023 Tacoma, Thank you Shannon!!

No one in our family will ever do business with this tore ever again. I have had bad experiences with the store in the past. We thought we would give them another shot and they did everything they could to screw our son. Go to Lithea, we just bought a Tundra from there for way less than what Freemont is asking and they were way easier to work with.

Wonderful buying experience! Staff were acomodating to our needs from the Salesman, Parts Department, Finance, Detail, all the way to the General Manager. Got us into the perfect vehicle for usCouldn't have been better in any way. Well worth the drive from Montana. Thanks Fremont Toyota. You've made a customer for life.

I love the service department. My dad and I had service the same day and they caught a nail in his tire, with a small leak he didn't know he had. So Thank you for taking care of us both!

I Visited Sheridan from Texas during Christmas break, service light came on my 2023 toyota sienna. The service department gave me a same day appointment and serviced my van. I had my 2 year old son with me, he played all over the dealership while I was waiting, the sales person, Paul, even blew him up a balloon . I much appreciated their hospitality and convenience. The service lady was very knowledgeable and my car was serviced timely and she was curtious and friendly. I much appreciated the team and the experience. Will definitely use them again.

My car broke down in the middle of a move. I was so stressed, as this was not something I was planning on doing. Michael worked through everything with me, and I ended up getting a 2022 Toyota Corolla. He is very personable and not like all the salesman out there. Very happy despite the reasons for being there.

"I highly recommend Paul Lutz from Fremont Toyota of Sheridan. My wife was looking for a new Highlander in a specific color and interior, but due to the shortage of new cars, it took us six months to find one. Most salespeople forgot what we were looking for and offered other options daily. Surprisingly, we found what we wanted within our home state. Paul and the dealership were different from what we had experienced with big corporate dealerships. Paul gave my wife a thorough explanation of the car; being older, we're not tech-savvy. He even gave her his cell phone number, so she can call him anytime if she has any questions or needs product support. He was accommodating and informative. I highly recommend Paul for all your Toyota needs. Ted."

I have to say, this has been the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had in my 39 years of buying cars.. Shannon Bradish from Fremont Toyota of Sheridan was 100% straight fwd, no games, excellent communication and very proactive in this sale. Any questons were quickly answered, the paperpwork was seemless and delivery was flawless. The whole team there was great, I will for sure buy from them again. Keep up the great work.

Repeat customer for a reason! You can t beat the no high pressure sale environment when making a big purchase, same people there when I first decided to switch to Toyota years ago (love that I m not dealing with a new person every time I go in, even in the service department), and their customer service is top notch. Shannon and J.R. were once again wonderful to work with. I have been on a waiting list for my Sienna and Shannon kept me up to date. J.R. made financing quick and painless. It will be awhile before I purchase a new vehicle but I know I will go back to Fremont for the next Toyota.
