Marie and Sam have always done a great job of taking care of me even on short notice. Being widow one really appreciates having someone to work on their car that they feel comfortable with and they know that it s going to treat them well.

These guys saved my bacon!I broke down in my Subaru Outback on a cross-country move, and called every mechanic in town trying to find someone who could fit me in. No one seemed interested in helping me out ... until I got ahold of Firestone. They were super friendly and super competent all around, and got me fixed up and back on the road within a day. It wasn't cheap (nor expensive, necessarily; just market rate, I would say), but I am extremely grateful that they were able to squeeze me in and work their magic all around to keep me moving. Would definitely recommend! Thank you :)

Was able to get me in same-day with a concerning issue, handled the inspection professionally and thoroughly, kept me well informed during the process and afterward, made sure my safety was a priority. Sam was the one who did the work. Very satisfied!!

Excellent customer service and quick turnaround on replacing a set of tires during challenging winter conditions. They were able to get me in right away and have me back on the road ASAP! Thanks to Marie and the team at the Sheridan, WY Firestone!

I agree with all the recent positive statements about the quality customer service. I own a 2022 F-250 7.3L gas and Firestone Complete Care Centers are my first choice for normal maintenance.

Sam and the tech working got me in first thing within 10 mins of opening. Ended up needing an extra part that got shipped from Billings and installed that day. Always makes car troubles better stopping in and talking with the guys here.

My family has been taking our vehicles to this shop for many years. We get our tires, parts, and services here because as a woman I can trust the managers, teams, and individual mechanics to be honest and straightforward with me.

I can t recommend this place more!!! They were my 3rd stop of the day to try to get my Suburban fixed. Dustin is an amazing tech and everybody there was super friendly. I m back on the road! Thank you!!!

1/29/2021Bought a used car & did not know it's history for $200.00 engine seemed strong. But for $21.00 Firestone Checked Tires, Brakes, Belts, Shocks/Struts/Steering etc.The front desk Lady's was Marie and she greets you and listens as to what needs to be done and writes it up. Dustin from the Mechanics section came over and told me again what they were going to do and later explained their findings. Marie typed it all up. Now most all places do this. I've been to several in Sheridan. In one Garage I was third in line, now that's it's my turn, I am out the counter, About to put my order in for tires when the front door facing Coffeen street opens, a friendly sounding man wearing a cowboy hat enters and gives a shout out to the man behind the counter whom I was about to give my order to. They knew each other!His order for tires for his Six wheel Truck he called 'Du'lee was now taken, leaving me waiting. I'd been waiting about 15 minutes as there were at that time three others ahead of me. His friend was ordering six tires, I did not want to stand for another 10-15 minutes for that order & take a chance he would skip me over should another of his friends come in, so I left. That happened twice. In that Garage & one other. Firestone was the Complete opposite. After taking may service order, later they both talked about local town events with me. Reminded me of the Andy Griffith Show from the 1960's. I felt like I was in "Mayberry" !

I've been frustrated with auto repair needs lately, I had tried to get some repairs done along with an oil change and needed it taken care of immediately.. on a Friday before a three day weekend, they went out of their way to get my truck repaired and not miss any work, all completed in one, Friday before a holiday weekend! Thank you Firestone, you went above and beyond what I was hoping for.You've EARNED MY BUSINESS

Great staff and service! I bring all my company trucks and trailers here for service, mainteneance and tires.It's hard to find a shop with integrity and knowledge these days and one that still cares about the customeris is rare, Sam and Marie set the standard. The techs seem to follow their lead from what I've seen during my visits. Definitely recommend.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I shredded a tire while driving from spokane to the east coast. The tires I had on were difficult to find. Staff at the store went out of his way to find a solution for the problem and got me back on the road quickly.Some of the best customer service I ve ever had, and will be trying to emulate yhis service at my own job

Open, but 1 week out for a flat repair.. while I'm sitting in thier parking lot with a flat. Unprofessional, unhelpful, unrecommended. And two employees standing by the door smoking cigarettes and drinking energy drinks. Wish I could post a picture if this. Terrible business!

I had to get tires for my Escalade and the manager was a real jerk. Absolutely terrible customer service. For the exact same tires at their store in Rapid City it s $200 cheaper, when I asked the manager why, he responded with next time you ask the price will be double . Me and my family and friends will NEVER buy tires from them again.

Outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable technicians. On a recent road trip from WA state to Deadwood South Dakota we were headed back from SD when we noticed our SUV leaking oil we stopped at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Livingston, MT, no heads up, no appt. They got us right in, found our oil filter was loose right away, tightened it properly, cleaned up the mess made from the leak. They saved the roadtrip and generously did it without a service charge. Thanks for all you do. My family and u thank you.

Had to make an emergency stop on our way to Denver. They were the only place open on the weekend and squeezed us right in. Sam and Dusten absolutely worked their behinds off for us and were such good humans, aside from their professional service. I appreciate Sam and the crew at Firestone taking quick care of my car. My car developed a shimmy half way through my trip, they were able to see me immediately and get me back on the road for under $100. Lower ball joint was shot on my Highlander. Highly recommended.Service: TiresService: Tires

Work done was done well. Only issue was that $73 they charged for a cabin air filter that I could buy anywhere for less than $30. With those kinds of markups I could see a $500. Oil change in someone's future.

Samuel and his team went above and beyond for service with my car. I was traveling from out of town and broke down in the lot across the street. Samuel was on the scene and assessed the issue very quickly and worked with my shop back home to make sure I was taken care of. They made a potentially horrible day into a terrific one and I was back on the road with a smile!

We were traveling through Sheridan and hit bad weather with very poor tires on our car. Nobody in town had snow tires in stock, but Marie saved the day by locating the tires we needed in their Casper store. Sam kindly offered to drive to Casper to get the tires for us, and left within minutes to ensure that we could safely get back on the road that day. He returned that afternoon, installed the tires, and we were back on our journey. We are so appreciative for this amazing group!!

So grateful to Sam and Marie for going above and beyond to help us get new tires as we were traveling through! Sam drove to Casper to get use the right size and Marie held down the fort. They had a great sense of humor and were genuine in their interactions with us. Would gladly recommend!

I needed some help with a tire as I was traveling through, I asked for quick help since I needed to catch a flight in billings, the guy sitting in a chair doing nothing said "quickly...no, I can't help you". Went to the dealership across the street they were very attentive. Don't go to Firestone for car work, go somewhere else. Especially if you want good customer service.

These guys are absolutely awesome! I pulled in with a totally wrecked tire on my rental car out of Denver. Oddball tire size, there wasn t a single one to be had in town. Marie called EVERYONE she could think of to find a replacement. After a quick call to a distributor, 2 hours away in Casper, she was able to find one. Perhaps the only tire of the correct size in the state!! Although my business plans needed to change a bit as a result, they offered to make the run to Casper first thing the next morning so that I could be on the road by 10ish and keep my appointments 4 hours away! Sam rolled in with the new tire right around 10am and they got that thing switched and ready to go in 10 mins! So grateful for this Firestone crew! They are awesome!

Always great service and usually a funny story or two!! Sam is very personable and professional! We ve had our cars serviced there for years and I wish I would ve beeN a google reviewer since we started going to them. They definitely would ve gotten a very consistent 5 stars from us!!
