Super friendly store!! Fast and fun, evie was great she was helpful and explained every single detail . She just made the all around experience of us renting a vehicle while ours is in the shop easy ! Thanks we will for sure be back and recommend our friends and family .

This would've been a little lower due to a lack of inventory had the people in the office did not work so hard to juggle cars to get everyone into what they needed. These ladies worked very hard on this and were super patient, making it a great experience.

Amazing service! Fernando was incredibly helpful. He got us the perfect car, paid for a full tank of gas before we left, and upgraded our insurance package for free. When our trip took longer than expected and we needed the car for an extra day, it was easy to reach him to let him know and he was very understanding. Overall, an excellent experience and we will be using Enterprise again!

We recently reserved a car to do a day's traveling with, and it went amazing. The gentleman who helped us was very professional and the service was excellent and fast. It was our first time renting a car and he was able to explain everything clearly for us and made the whole process very enjoyable. The vehicle we rented was in excellent condition and we really enjoyed using it for the day. We will definitely be using their service again in the future! Thank you, Sheridan Enterprise!

They forgot to pick me up. The car was great, and the service, after walking to their location was great, but I had to literally do all the leg work to get the vehicle. I get that Mondays are busy, but I was late to work by 3 hours do to a bad case of the "Mondays". Next time if you can't fulfill your promise, tell me ahead of time rather than taking my insurance companies money without due regard for your customer.

Everything was great as usual with the rental. My only concern is that some of the turn-over in staff recently has left me feeling somewhat like a stranger. I've been used to all the staff knowing me by name and knowing exactly what I want when I show up. Thank goodness that Kyle is still an employee at Enterprise and recognizes my requests and always follows through.

After hours staff (Jewels) is rude and inconsiderate, I called at 7 PM May 1, 2021 to reserve a vehicle for Monday. Every time I tried to ask Jewels a question she rudely interrupted me and talk over the top of me so much so that I could not get my questions answered or complete my transaction. After several minutes of this inappropriate behavior I told her to let me know when I could talk as she kept interrupting me, she rudely told me that she was just trying to explain things to me and I pointed out that she had already explained everything and she was just merely repeating herself at which point she told me that she was going to forward me to somebody else and promptly disconnected me. I've used enterprise in the past but after this experience I don't think I ever will again. PS I saved $100.00 by booking my car online through Avis at the airport.

I had a great experience with the Sheridan Enterprise! When Avis could not help me, Kate at Enterprise went above and beyond to get things right. And was extremely pleasant about it. I would recommend them without reservations

Reserved a car 3 weeks ago. Contacted 3 days prior to rental date to confirm. Everything was set in their system and we were good to go. Show up for the rental and they have NO cars to rent. Staff was not concerned or even tried to solve the situation. Just made excuses and said they weren't sure when they would even get any cars in. We will never do business with Enterprise again. However, Avis car rental in Sheridan WY has been awesome!

Great experience. Needed a rental while I got hail damage repaired on my truck. They followed up with me multiple times to make sure what time they needed to pick me up and arrived right on time. Drop off was fast and easy as well.

Mesi was wonderfully helpful today, she was very professional and helped us find a car at a reasonable price after a unexpected accident last night that left two of us stranded outside of buffalo Wyoming. Mesi gives great customer service, offers advice and will help you find the best rental to fit your needs.

Should not even get a star honestly. Went to go pick up a car for a buddy and we went outside for 5 minutes to figure out a money situation and the girl gave away the car. He had a reservation 3 weeks in advance! Even said she would hold the car for him! What crappy service. Never ever gonna use this place when I do need a rental car myself! Really unprofessional

This is for Meseret. You are a wonderful, magical being who was somehow- despite all odds- able to get me a car Rodeo weekend. But this car wasn t just for fun. She helped me not only pick up my husband in another city built also to see my grandfather. He fell quite ill and I was devastated. I came in on an emergency flight and now because of Mesi I m able to see him. My words can t express the greatfulness I feel. It s grandiose and Mesi saved me and helped me say goodbye.Thank you Mesi for everything.

Friendly, professional staff very helpful as far as they could be. They were out of vehicles because of deer strikes and repair part waits.

That's always nice to rent from a good company when you travel abroad and then when you land Rent-A-Car but you make it reservations ahead of time it's always nice to have a reliable rental company
