Absolutely over the top outstanding, honest shop. My Rrig went down right before Xmas. These guys treated me like family, got right to work on my truck, worked late, came in on a day off, trying to get me back to family for the holidays. Stood behind their work. Type of people you wish you run into a little closer to home. I cannot recommend enough, going anywhere else would be a disservice.

An easy 5 stars! Our Ford pickup was overheating and leaking coolant, so we called in to have it looked over and were able to get it in same day. He was extremely thorough, identified the problem, and brought to light upcoming maintenance. We were able to watch the entire process, during which he showed us where the problems were, what was causing them, and gave us options on how to proceed. Definitely my best experience with a mechanic. There was no salesman-like pressure, just honest and helpful conversation with an extremely knowledgeable mechanic. If you have any type of diesel powered engine and you re in search for the right mechanic, I would absolutely recommend Bighorn Diesel!

Stranded in Sheridan because of the blizzard, and I developed a not small air leak on the truck. I came to the shop and Dave said that they were too full to bring me inside but offered to put some alcohol through the air lines and did not charge for it. He said merry Christmas.

Cannot say enough good about the quality of the work and the quality of the people at Big Horn diesel. Excellent craftsmanship and honest work. These people go above and beyond to help.Will definitely be back here with any of the machines that we own which need attention. Dave and the crew are first class.

First class shop. Dave (owner) is an absolute legend. Very friendly, helpful, honest, and talented. These guys can tackle any mechanic job -diesel or gas.

Best mechanics in town .helped me to fix my two broken air lines from air dryer in my truck less than an hour. Everyone was polite and well man-nerd.loved their service

Great people to work with, Have all updated equipment, and recently have done a DOT inspection on my truck, and it was run through WYDOT recently and got a sticker for the truck how it pass their inspection.Also great people to work with on heavy equipment has on-site services capability.
