A huge THANK YOU to John and Christian at AZ-Sheridan WY location for helping my family get back on the road safely! For context, we have a big family and experienced electrical failure in Crow Res area (no businesses open, no help for miles) on our 2019 Tahoe while driving from Idaho to Texas. We made it to Sheridan and limped into Autozone. Christian was able to diagnose battery issue, John identified alternator issue and had 1 in stock. John is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to provide me with the right parts and loaned me one or 2 of his personal tools to allow us to swap everything and test. Upon testing, we were good to go. John then took a step further to make sure no breakdowns would happen and tested a few other items to ensure we were good. This attention to detail and above and beyond service level is rare today and these guys hung in there with us, even for a few minutes after closing time (it was a Saturday night) to ensure we were safe and good to go. Cant thank them enough, as a father and leader in my business, these guys went above and beyond. Thank you, John and Christian.

Being 76 years old and knowing nothing about cars I had a bulb go out. They asked me which one? I had no idea! They came out to my car and found the culprit and promptly replaced it for me! Keegan was wonderful and a tremendous help to my car illiteracy. I will be going to them for all my car needs and questions from now on. Thank you Keegan and the other gentleman who also helped. It s nice to know kindness is not dead in this town.

Here's a tip! TEACH your employees to at least greet the customer, especially if they are going to be standing right next to you.

We both over 70 years old and disabled. The clerks install our wipers and headlight. Prices great and so knowledgeable about vehicles you can ask them about vehicles and they either know or get you the answer.

Very nice employees, on our way to Colorado the alternator went out on our truck. It was late but they offered to stay open if we needed batteries and let us use a screw driver (the only tool we didn t have). We got back on the road no batteries needed.

Driving to Billings and back I noticed the gas mileage was really poor. My son suggested the air filter probably needed to be changed. Upon returning from Billings I stopped at Auto Zone. I purchased the filter, and Dillon offered to install it.My year and model necessitated removing screws and engine cover, so it wasn't an instant fix. Dillon was so courteous and his professional was outstanding. The filter indeed was filthy which means the shop changing my oil has not been also checking the air filter!Even though I've done business with this store numerous times in the past, I have used other auto parts stores, as well. Never have I received the same level of customer service as I have with this store! I am convinced that this is the auto store that I need to commit my patronage to. Thank you, Dillon! Super job!!

Came in on a volt and prayer for help buying and installing a battery in my family van. Bought battery, looking for help to install, and was told to kick rocks. The associate said the battery were too high in cranking for himself to help out. I guess his experience is with wiper blades.Went to Grease Monkey and had it installed FOR FREE!!!!! And had a nice laugh at the associated expense.

The guys here are awesome! I needed help with a thermostat issue on a Sunday and even though it was well below freezing outside, they lent me the tools I needed and Rex came outside for quite awhile to help get it figured out. Thanks auto zone!!

HORRIBLE customer service! Stood in line today for 25 minutes while the clerk helped someone look up and find a part. When it came my turn I got pointed to an isle. Planned on spending some money in the store if I had received proper help/guidance. This is the second time I ve been here and seemed to inconvenience staff looking for something that they carry.

The staff is always friendly and helpful! Their warranty and return policies are exemplary too!........ Good thing, because the corporate ordering system was all messed up and personally cost me a lot of time and hassle taking on and off strut mounts several times. They don't even have the right thing for my Toyota. The other companies ordering systems state that it is not available. Not AutoZone. I'll be back for oil, filters and tools, but not specific parts anymore. Again, the staff is very professional and helpful!

I bought a product from auto zone today. Mike was so helpful and friendly. He even helped me install it with tools borrowed from the store. I really will be recommending him and the store to everyone.

This is the latest automotive parts store to come to Sheridan. I am not to enamored with their rewards system, or is it points?I find the staff to be moderately helpful. I usually find better service elsewhere, but it could improve with time.

These guys were so awesome. We were out of town and came through to buy wiper blades in a cold af snow storm. They helped me put it on the wiper blade arm because I'm dumb. They were helping so many people the same day.

Just got off the phone with a guy, told me to go to Ford for mudflaps because I shouldn't put anything they sold on my 19 expedition. Groovy customer service (not) !!

They are always stocked with what I need and I appreciate the immediate and prompt customer service I recieve when I walk in the door. I really enjoy coming here even though I sometimes walk out with more than what I needed.

Last spring, I had gone to Autozone looking to get a windshield wiper motor. They referred an employee named Justin to install one for me. Trusting the company's referral, I gave Justin the keys and agreed to pay him after the job was done. He ordered the wrong part, lied about the price of the alternative part by $70 and did additional minor damage to my car. He never fixed my car, or gave me the part and has also refused to pay me back. Autozone is aware of all of this, and their was response was in short "It's not our problem, you can take us to court."I can't hear about people getting ripped off and not say anything anymore.
