My fianc� and I have dealt with alot of turn downs from other dealerships in town or the change in the down payments on a vehicle every time I went in or when I said I would have the money that was mentioned by a certain day when I went back with the money in hand it was already sold to someone else, but when I got to wyoming trucks I felt very welcomed as if I was family and not a paycheck.They are amazing people and didn't judge me from my past mistakes this is the first time I wasn't judged from someone!!All I got to say is I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP..Johnny, Sarah, Tracy you 3 are amazing and I appreciate you..Wyoming trucks does NOT get enough credit for the things they do for there customers they go above and beyond..I highly recommend Wyoming Trucks to anyone looking for a vehicle..!

Got my 2018 Nissan rogue through them,(about 4 years ago) they've taken care of me, and I've had no problems from my car. Took my car to them for detailing, and let me tell you... I've got a purebred Siberian husky, if that doesn't explain enough I've also got two small children (2 & 5). I'm a very busy woman with my job and home life, and unfortunately I had a food spill and other things that had my car needing some tlc. I took my car to Betty at Wyoming trucks and cars and WOW! My car looks brand new again, smells good, feels good, the seats are fresh and bright again and hair is vanished! They even delivered it to me when it was done because I was stuck at work! I wanted to cry...Everything is so shiny and beautiful! Thank you again to Betty and Wyoming Trucks and Cars. You guys are amazing!

Went in today (12/15) and was greeted by the most polite Woman! She helped me get the car I REALLY wanted at the price point I was comfortable with. Tracy made the sale experience great! Walked out with my 2021 Camry at an amazing price and I couldn't be happier

The process was simple, the people were kind and absolutely awesome to work with. I could t be happier with my purchase and with the experience. Went in just to see if I'd be able to get a newer vehicle, and I've never qualified for one. But the folks here worked with me and within 3 hours they got me into an awesome vehicle. I recommend anyone I hear looking into a new vehicle to check these people out. The process was seamless and enjoyable. They have good coffee too!

Bought a new to me blue 2017 F150 here at Wyoming trucks. Everyone was great to work with and even got a decent trade in for our broken car. Great price, excellent customer service, superb condition. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new truck or car in Rock Springs!

These people went above and beyond for me. I bought my car from them in June, and not long after my power train warranty ran out my transmission leaked everywhere. They took it in and reassured me to not worry. Two days later they called me to come pick it up. I couldn't be happier, I was incredibly stressed about it since my job is reliant on transportation.Thank you all for helping me when I really really needed it

This dealership has given me the go around for two weeks now. I went to buy a car, and every car I liked or was interested in purchasing, we would find out days later that it couldn t be sold, it needed different parts, which is fine in a sense, but they would tell me the part would be in the next day, then it wouldn t. I was in a situation where I needed a car so I would decide to find something else. This cycle repeated and it took over a week to buy a car. I finally pick one, they tell me it just needs a quick spring for the horn and to bring the vehicle back on the following Tuesday, it would be a quick fix that should only take an hour maybe a little longer. They told me they would make sure I had a car while mine was being fixed. The sales lady even went as far to say even if I have to give you my personal truck I ll make sure you have a vehicle . I bought the car on the previous Tuesday,, throughout the week I drove it to and from work. On that Saturday I took the vehicle on the highway for the first time and the transmission stopped working. I called on Monday to explain what happened, they said since they were putting the spring in the next morning they would also take a look at the transmission. I bring my vehicle in, drop it off and they tell me they are unable to provide me with the car they promised. Fine, I figure the spring would take a few hours no big deal I figure something out. Call for a ride. I don t hear back from them the rest of the day, I call the service department before they close and they tell me the part they initially needed never came in and they were unable to look at the transmission but promised the part would be here tomorrow and they would be able to look it over. They kept repeating the tomorrow thing until Friday. He then tells me he still has not gotten the part in and has not had a chance to drive it to see what going on with the transmission, but promises I will hear from him on Monday. I call Monday afternoon he tells me they finally figure out what the issue is with the transmission and he just needs to order the part and I should have my car in the next few days. That didn t happen. I call again, there s no parts, that goes on for a few days as well. Finally he calls me yesterday and tells me I will have my car today by the afternoon. Today, I don t hear from anyone so I call at 1. He tells me he got the parts for the transmission but says they forgot to ship the part they needed for the horn. Then I find out it s not for the horn, it s actually for the airbag, and is a safety issue. I ask how long will it take to fix the transmission, he doesn t know says he will ask the technician and call me right back, calls back and tells me he will call at three. So, I bought a car that has been sitting at the dealership for two weeks and has gotten no work done to it at all yet. My husband had a similar experience. Needless to say I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Bought this truck the last week of April 2022. Paid $32000 for it. On May 10th, 2022 it broke down. Turns out cams were bad in the motor. Took 2 weeks for everything to be repaired. When my truck was completed, it took 38 hours before the motor seized. The Hispanic guy that claims to be the owner of this company, was rude towards me today June 15th! Last Friday he stated he would call the repair shop that towed my truck off. He states he called but it was after hours then neglected to call them Monday thru today! To get this planned out with the repair shop.Also last Friday he said he would check into a loaner truck for me to use while I waited for the motor to be replaced. I did fail to call him the next day, partially my fault, but Larry in the service department told me today that they do not do loaner vehicles for anything over 100 miles away. Which contradicts the owners words.I paid $32,000 for a truck that had less then 100k miles on it, and it broke in under 30 days from the date of the purchase. This should be warrantied under a purchase law I believe.Thank god I paid for the lifetime warranty!!!To the owner of Wyoming trucks, learn better customer service and make phone calls as you said you would!

Tracy was the best at helping me find a great vehicle for the kids and myself. She had a lot of good information and really looked after me. She just didn't sell me any car. To be honest, she could have sold me on just about anything, in fact she kept talking me out of vehicles, I really wouldn't know. I have one with low miles runs great and did really well on my road trip up to Washington State.

Incredible staff available. Our car broke down (in their parking lot oddly enough) and one of the salesman (Shawn) helped us find a vehicle that worked with our budget. We were even able to trade in our vehicle to help lower the cost!They were also honest and upfront with us on the costs, with NO hidden fees. So grateful for everything they did. They are honest and good folk.They go to great lengths to make sure that every used car they sell is in great working order (basically like new). They have all fluid systems checked, and ensure that they meet all the safety requirements. Once again, incredible!

Shawn was very helpful. This is the first time in years that we have bought a vehicle from a local dealership. Had a good experience. The only thing I didn't like was they don't offer a carfax without asking for one. I think that should be offered before finishing the offer.

My boyfriend recently bought a 2016 used Ford. He had it for LESS than 30 days before it threw a critical engine failure code. Difficult to get ahold of the parts dept. Had exact codes to provide and they offered to take a look if truck was brought in but advised it was not covered under the basic warranty. Even upgrading the warranty would still not be covered. Live outside of RS, not driving a truck with a critical engine failure all the way to the dealership so they can take a look. Okay whatever, will fix on own. The fact that this issue appeared so quickly after purchase makes me think they don t do any maintenance, and definitely do not do any preventive maintenance. They don t care about the quality they sell. $30k truck is sitting broken down with less than 60 miles put on it by us. Buyer beware. Go down the road and work with First Choice Ford if you want a well serviced used vehicle.

I went to Wyoming trucks and cars because the ad said all credit types approved. The salesman I went to (Chris P. ) was very helpful and also the manager John got me into a vehicle that was beyond what I thought was possible. The staff was so helpful and kind and I will always be going to this dealership. Thanks again for taking good care of me. I appreciate you guys more than you know.

By far the best car buying experience I've had. The customer service from Sarah was amazing. She was very attentive and had all the right answers for the questions I had. The vehicle I now have is the perfect one for my children and I and it is all thanks to this wonderful place.
