Austin in the service department was amazing he spoke with me regularly regarding my car that they were working on. He was very nice understanding and I would recommend taking your vehicle to Whistler. we have two husky/shepherd girls who shed a LOT. My carpet was matted with their hair. After a detail at Whisler, you can t even tell we HAVE dogs!!! Highly recommend for all levels of service, from a simple oil change to more complex repairs and obviously a truck detail! Super friendly service dept, too.

Whisler went above and beyond to make our buying experience fantastic and easy! I had to travel 2 hours after work to sign paperwork they stayed open to make this happen. Dev is a great sales associate who went above and beyond for my husband and I. Troy also stayed late to do our paperwork with us, he made it fun and not stressful !Thank you

Tre & the entire staff were absolutely incredible to work with. I had just gotten out of surgery when my truck broke down. I called them in a panic and they assured me they would do everything they possibly could to help me. They went well above and beyond to accommodate me and my friend and got my truck fixed in just a couple days! Highly recommended and will ALWAYS continue my business with them.

I travel around the country for work so I don t have a particular mechanic or shop to take my truck to. I had a trouble code come up and I had heard some good things about Whisker Chevrolet so I called them. I talked to Barb at the service desk, told her the issues I was having and to my surprise I would have been able to get my truck into the shop the next day but decided to wait until the day I wasn t working so Barb made me an appointment for the day most convenient for me. I took my truck in at my appointment moment time, I was planning on just hanging out there because I didn t have any other transportation and was surprised again when they offered to give me a ride home and then come pick me up when my truck was ready. Everything went according to plan, Whisler Chevrolet service department made my problem much easier to deal with and the technician did a great job analyzing the problem with my truck. I will definitely be going back with any other issues I have with my truck! Thanks for the great service, guys!

The deal I received was amazing. I was looking for a specific vehicle at a specific price, and instead of trying to push me into something I wasn t looking for, they got me into exactly what I was looking for. Mason seemed to really care about what the customer wanted rather than just hitting that bottom line. I appreciate everything guys!

It's always great and very attentive to our needs. We travel for work so our truck very rarely make it to the same dealer twice. This is one of the best we have been too.

Got my brakes done, they charged 1500 dollars and didn't replace rear rotors. Truck now shakes when braking. Do not reccomend.Edit: They brought my truck back in and got the brakes taken care of. No shake. They did a much better job the second time. I would reccomend this work.

My vehicle broke down half way between Rock Springs and Laramie, on my way home to Iowa. I had it towed to Whisler Chevy and so thankful for it! Whisler had it in their service bay first thing Monday morning and by early afternoon I knew the prognosis and was able to get a rental and hit the road. Whisler s staff (especially Starr) are fantastic, they kept me informed while dealing with my warranty and understood my predicament of being from out of state! Drove my vehicle home a few days ago, good as new! I would highly recommended Whisler to anyone.

So I bought a replacement key from your parts department and I set up to have them program it and the lady Barb told me to drop it off Thursday morning and leave it for half a day if I could which was acceptable I understand people are busy I understand things take time I called about 2:00 p.m. after dropping my car off at 8:45 a.m. and she said that she would go check she came back and said that the tech said he was almost done 2 hours later I went to check on it it was still not done they told me it would be done at 6:00 so I talked to Austin went and talked to the tech I left got a call about 45 minutes later saying my car was finally done about 5:00 very irritating to have to wait all day long for something that took about 20 minutes to do and being told it was only going to take half a day and then being told they were almost done when they weren't even working on it yet so I was not very happy with the customer service other than when I talked to Austin he seemed to finally get it done

The service department was fast, straightforward and honest about what needed to be done, and about what were the priorities on a long list of issues on an older vehicle. We stuck to the most urgent problems, and the bill came out less than they had quoted. Barb at the service counter knows her stuff, and can talk about the vehicles and what needs to be done - she doesn t rely on the mechanics to be able to explain.

We have used other shops in the area in the past, with service being poor to fair. Whisler has been good to me and now my husband has moved his maintenance and repairs to them as well. I recommend them, they are quick to get things done.

The actual service was great; however I had to reduce it by one star because of the girls working at the counter. They let my car sit out (it was done) and running for 15 minutes. Finally I went to the counter and told them my car was ready and had been for 15 minutes. They apologized and told me how busy they were ... I know how busy they weren't because I could see customers coming in. I've always given them top ratings before, but can't this time.

We got there at 10 to 8 in the morning and started looking around, Tre the sales Mgr came out and said hi, asked us a few questions then started showing us the cars that fit with in the parameters we gave him. He was patient, and worked with us all day. The financial guy Troy made a lot of calls and got us the payments we wanted. They got the car cleaned up and detailed and we drove out with it after closing time. We would recommend Whistler Chevrolet to everyone, no pressure, friendly, professional, and very polite.

Horrible, my mechanic at rumble needed some codes read that only Chevrolet could read. I brought my car into Whistler Chevrolet. I talked to Autom believe told her l needed codes read. I even had the code written down.. She acted like don t worry about it. They will check it out. I m like ok. They never called when it was ready. I called them. Oh yeah it s ready. They listed everything but the codes l wanted checked charged me 178 dollars. I talked to the service manager and he is rechecking the codes. Today. Ok update. The service manager or was it assistant sales manager. Have been great in making it wright.

A wonderful experience. Everything was laid out before me, options were fully explained, no pressure to buy any addons. The truck was spotless, and the gas tank was full. Operation of systems were fully explained. I'd recommend Whisler Chevrolet.Clif Harper

I had a very good experience, with the service department. The individual that I want to compliment was the person at the desk, her name was Barb. She was very professional ,very courteous, and also very helpful. I would say she's a great asset to the service department. Thank you for letting me have my say.

I was happily with the person that sold me the truck. He was a great person and had a great attitude. I was not happy with their trade-in policy. That s just my opinion. I m very happy with the truck

Overall pretty good experience. All the staff were great to work with. We got the vehicle we wanted at a great price. Glad we could shop local. I would recommend this dealership to amyone. The only complaint I have is the amount of time it took to get pricing. We spent pretty much all day there.

I always take my 2015 GMC 2500 for service at Whistlers. They do an amazing job and always go above and beyond, special thanks to Starr,Dustin. I have been going to whisler for a lot of years and they have always held up to most quality service for my vehicles and respect and honesty with me .I m impressed with there knowledge of the service for my vehicles. Friendly service. Very informative service rep. Worked with me and got me a quote for repairs that are needed quickly after the issue was diagnosed. While there an older couple that was passing through had a turbo on their diesel go out. The lady was visibly emotional with gratitude over how quickly they got their repairs done. Good job Whisler Chevrolet!
