Like they say early bird gets the worm wrong i was here second in line before opening and I had talk to one of the technicians and asked him to please go in order as we got here. The older lady didn't ask questions just took the gentleman that was infront of the cash register instead of asking who got here first in line even when I had parked in the auto center in spot 1. I would suggest to employees to ask customers who got here first instead of jumping into assumptions would be great. Going on a road trip so I planned my time accordingly....

Beings I didn't even use walmart auto , and normally would know better to do sooooo, but I'll tell u this. Real people scanning back there for product and grocery. So I say this. Would have gotten five stars except the Tire Tech parked my truck out back and didn't lock my door when I got hundreds of dollars of stuff in my vehicle if it had got stolen let's just say I think I'd be upset crisis averted four stars is all you get

They do not know how to prioritize their customers. 1 hrs 30 plus minutes just for a tire swap on a spare tire. Horrible service and very slow mechanics. Will never come back AddisonAgainService: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

I was very upset to see that my side mirror was broken. Not a single person talked to me about it. They all just hid and pretended that nothing had happened. Grow up and act like an adult, take responsibility for your doings.

The lady at the front desk has a serious attitude problem and should probably get a different job if she doesn t like working with people. Lazy, rude and disrespectful. I go to Walmart all the time for tires and oil changes. I encountered a man named Bert this time. I had a small bead leak at 610 pm and he let me know how angry he was that I showed up so close to closing time which is 7pm. He handed me a paper and said down your info and I said I always give my number and they pull it up. He proceeded to tell me not today. Then he was very upset about how big our tires were. He never stopped letting us know we were a huge burden to him. I don t remember the other workers name but he was fantastic and I let him know it! I need 4 new tires on our truck and I highly doubt I ll be getting them here.Service: Tires

Horrible customer service. I ended up not going here just because the lady on the phone was so rude, and went to Castrol premium lube express instead - much nicer folks there

Lately, the tire department has been slacking. I recently brought my car in to get the tires rotated and had an estimated time of 30-40 minutes. It took 2 hours. Today, we brought in our truck to get tires mounted, time estimated was 30-40 minutes. It took 3 hours. When we got into our truck, it smelled like a pack of cigarettes. We do not smoke, nor appreciate the smell of cigarettes.

Was traveling through and check engine light came on. They were able to get me right in do services, give recommendations and get me back on the road quick. Bonus they were super inexpensive and even sell a gadget for less than 30 that gives the codes for the check engine light and stuff! Awesome service, super quick!

This would be my second time writing a review for them. I wouldn't recommend going here no matter how cheap they are. I went to get my car's headlights sanded since they were really foggy and when we got the vehicle, I noticed that the paint around the headlights was also scratched. They either didn't put any tape, or didn't put enough tape so the sander doesn't scratch the actually paint of the car. I went and complained to them they were acting like if they didn't do it.

Great people. Always have my car serviced there. I would have given them five stars but last time I was in there they needed help. They were backed up and overwhelmed. I will go back there to have car serviced.

Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They tell me I have a nail in my tire and it can't be patched and have to buy a new one and quickly offered their brand. The tire hadn't been flat or leaking air so I wanted a second opinion and had them put the tire back on. I took my car to another tire store and they didn't find any nail, only a little piece of metal embedded in the rubber by the stem. No puncture at all and they looked for 45 min. Nothing.

Normally I don't give 1 star but this was redicilous. I am completely understanding of most situations. But this was super irritating. After checking the vehicle in for an oil change they informed me that it would be an hour. No big deal. Now 2 hours later I am still waiting.

Took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change watching the mechanic throw a fit literally punching my vehicle because he couldn't get the air filter cover off then he threw tools across the bays. He tried to leave me a quart low on oil until he saw us watching him. Manager didn't even give us a discount when it should have been free! Horrible service!

Wow. Arrived at 6:20 they don't close til 7 but will not take anymore customers after 6. 2 other dissatisfied customers also. These guys need a manager down here or something to help them organize or hire or train or whatever they need to fix this. What's the point in offering a service of you can't deliver.

Always courteous and professional I have never had a problem here. The prices are fair. The service may be a little slow, but it's worth it when you save some money.

99% of the time I enter walmart thru the tire center to do my shopping and checkout there for covienence factors.They're pleasant and courteous even on occasions when i have too many items to fit on the counter shopping trip.

Needed a tire for my camper in a hurry I knew more than a salesperson could have found the tires $25 cheaper online but then again I didn't have to wait for shipping so you're basically paying for the convenience and it was well worth it

Went to get tires on my vehicle, and when we arrived the lady at the desk said it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. We did all of our shopping and still had to sit for 2 hours. They are so slow, and we were there for about 3 and a half hours while their employees were out front of Walmart smoking.

Got me out of a pinch when I lost two tires on a Sunday. Fast isn't the fundamental found in the shop but when in a bind you take what you can get.
