Lost a carrier bearing on my truck. I had the truck towed there for repairs. 3 weeks later the nut backed off. Your supposed to put a new nut on there. They didn't. Lot of damage to my truck. Plus a tow bill. They refused to cover anything. They did a bad job. Now they don't want to warranty their own work. I would not recommend anyone to use them for anything.

Pure Awesomeness works here.Desiree, Alex, and Tylor are an awesome team working and getting things done. Not everyone can get in and get out, but they do their best to get your truck done right and as soon as it can be done.

Amazing customer service. Our truck was going into derrate we made it to this dealer on a Friday at noon and usually this is too late for dealer to check you out, but these guys took us in. Fixed the truck same day got us on our way. I'm very impressed with the customer service Desiree Martinez went above and beyond and even followed up the following Monday to make sure we made it to our destination. Very good service will make sure to stop by in the future. - Dan

This shop has been my go to the last year or so. They have always taken great care of my assigned rig. Even even better than the St. George location did. And they were pretty dang good. This crew have gone above and beyond to get me back on the road with ALL issues PROPERLY repaired the first time. Sometimes there is more than 1 reason for a problem but they get it figured out and corrected. They have been great at communicating with me about parts and times too. I m thankful to have them on my route so they can do the repairs our company shop doesn t have time to do. The service writer is always warm and welcoming, the mechanics are fantastic and great at their jobs and even though she s fairly new the parts gal is gettin her job dialed and does great at gettin the parts needed to repair my assigned truck. If there is a wait for parts, it s usually due to lack of parts availability and that s life nowadays. Not their fault in the least. They replaced my injectors earlier this year, they repaired my A/C a few weeks ago and this week they were able to get my DPF/Regeneration issues figured out and repaired. Thank you Des, Shawn, Tyler and Alex!

Fantastic group of people,from the receptionist,to parts manager to the mechanics working here I give them a 100 for getting on my truck and getting us. Back on the road,will definitely be back and I highly recommend.

Had to waste 3 days and $2500 for a different shop. Took us 2 hours and $300 here to have it fixed way faster. Shawn is the best <3

Pointless shop ever ! Scammers and very unprofessional.They charge 2 hours minimum even if they can't fix your equipment.Taylor / mechanic / doesn't know what he is doing and loose time as more as he can to gain extra money to his boss from people's troubles.Sat there for 3 hours to check my tires and breaks and charge me $550 labor for absolutely NOTHING..If you have any trouble with your truck Never go there , anywhere else will be better option for you

We had a break down here and arrived to the shop after hours on a Friday night. The new manager, Shawn, waited for us and worked many hours that night and the next day even though the shop was closed. Star, the parts gal came in on the weekend and late at night for us. The head mechanic, Rob, was amazing as well. They found several things wrong with our truck and we re able to get us fixed and back on the road with a short list for our home shop to do once we got home. Everything was explained well. We will most likely be back for maintenance checkups even though they are over 1000 miles from home. I highly recommend them. They were all very nice people too!

Little shop but they are good at what they do. Lives ripped my wheel speed sensor I came here and they replaced it for me and got me back rolling the same day even tho they had a few trucks they were already working on

You want professional, Knowledgeable, AWESOME men working on your rig, this us the place!! Rob, diagnosed my truck & was able to get it repaired quickly. He & I believe Tim, got at it even though it was close to closing time. Rob was patient & explained the issues. I had just had my truck on the road for 2 days after 3 weeks in the shop at Nextran Truck in AL!! I was a ball of stress & under a load!! These AMAZING men had me back on the road in no time & my rig is running great!!! A big THANK YOU to Rob, Tim? & Shawn!! You guys are 100% above the rest!!! The best Volvo in the country. These people will go out of their way to make you happy. When everybody was trying to charge me $3,000, I went to this place and they got me fixed up for $400. I go here and only here if I can. If my truck needs anything I try and get it from these guys. I highly recommend this place.

Had a break down around Rock Springs WY. Had an issue with our DEF system. We where very impressed with Shawn, Rob & Starr's professionalism. They took their time and out of there way to make sure we where taking care of, Rob found more issues that I wasn't aware of. Thank you guys for getting us out back on the road.

This is a great shop! They got my husband in right away, the mechanic identified the problem quickly, fixed it, and he was back on the road the same day! Very nice people. A little pricey, but not really any more expensive than any other shop that sits in the middle of nowhere. The people were as nice as can be. I highly recommend this shop!

Finally finally got the problem fixed,after 2 other shop tried to fix the problem,wishing I had came here at Try-State Shop instead of wasting my time going to the other shops!!!Fast professional service,thanks Matt truly appreciate you and your Team in the office hard work and effort getting me back on the road so quickly

This is by far the worst place you can bring truck to. If you do, don't say i have not worn you. They are bunch of lazy guys who don't know what they are doing . For a simple problem they wanted to replace the whole transmission. First they miss diagnose and then they charge me over 1200$ for things they did not even replace. Problem was never fixed. I had to send driver all the way from Chicago to recover the truck. This guys are thief's. STAY AWAY!!!!

if it were possible to put 0 I would put, they would repair my truck for 8 days. It was necessary to change only one gasket where the antifreeze leaked, as a result, half of the truck was changed. In the first days of the repair, it turns out that they don t have any spare parts at all, they order them from Reno Nevada. on the second day it turned out that the parts that they ordered did not come all. The driver from my company bought and brought the next day, but they had this weekend and they do not work. On Monday, they broke the bolt in the collector and at first they said that it was their fault, and then they began to say that it was rusty and it was not their fault that they broke the bolt and a new collector was needed. Another driver of my company brought a new collector and on the last day they said that they would finish after lunch, but they got another truck and they left my truck for later. As a result, everyone began to come up with excuses for everyone that it was not their fault, that it was a bad track and all kinds of nonsense. A very bad place, if there are options, then never get here.

Very happy with the service and/or repairs I received from this business. Everyone was very nice and professional. Received a timely estimate of repairs needed parts got ordered were in next day repairs completed same day picked me up from hotel done deal. Very satisfied

I m a company driver with NV Transport, Inc., based out of Troutdale, OR and I ve had the pleasure and good luck to have dealt with Tri-State in Rock Springs, WY on two separate occasions needing on-the-spot OTR repairs. Both times Robbie, their parts specialist, was invaluable locating the part and actually installing the part himself on the first visit since their shop had a 2 day back-up and could not get me in. Robbie got me on my way the same day. On the second occasion, Jessie, their lead mechanic, was invaluable explaining all the ins and outs of Volvo engines, re-building quotes and tips and performing various diagnostics. Dave was incredible and also invaluable installing a thermostat, adjusting my hood & brakes and overall good company. Labor rates are reasonable at $125.00 an hour for an authorized Volvo dealer/repair shop. All in all this shop was comfortable to do business with and very down-to-earth. I would like to thank Tri-State and all of the aforementioned employees for taking care of my issues and helping myself to be more knowledgeable regarding my equipment. BE AWARE, I have no words for the place, replacing injector for more than a week. They could not find my truck while it was the only unit in the shop. Promised it will be in shop Monday, took wed, promised by noon didn t finish, promised by 5pm, I called 4:45- it needed 5-10 min. At 4:52- it needs another 3-4 hours. Tow it or bring it somewhere or will be stock for a week, unless you want vocation in rock springs WYWe payed - 4000$ to replace 1 injector, downtime more then a week. Driver in hotel.

Best Volvo dealer in my book. Replaced water pump in 2 hrs! Not there fault it took fedex 4 days to send it from denver Volvo

These guys are problem solvers,like someone before me said,they fixed dpf muffler on my Volvo d13 in like 2 hours. This is not like others road pirates shops,these guys are honest and if someone need repair come here you won t regret it.

I have never up until my experience with Tri State in Rock Springs, found anything worthwhile enough to write a review about, however I feel compelled to share with as many ppl as possible about the men and women who work at this particular offic. I would like to say from the moment I stepped in the office, I can honestly say I felt like I was in good hands, the front office staff were kind, considerate and extremely patient and the mechanics ROCK!!! they made me privey to all of the challenges that were involved with the repair of my truck and kept me updated constantly on thier progress, they never stretched the truth and always made me aware of my options, they were timely, efficient and most of all sympathetic to my needs,I could rant and rave to no end about my experience with the professional men and women at Tri State and still not give them, their attitudes or their professionalism, justice,so to all of them,I say on the behalf of City Logistics, Thank You on a job well done, and I wish you all nothing but the best and success in the hopefully many years of service to come as you helpchange the industry one truck at a time.

Fixed my truck here and after I left the issues comes back and they won t give me warranty I have to pay another mechanic i wasn t satisfied.

I am here working out of town and me ac went out. We called that night and first thing in the morning they sent Jesse out he fixed my ac and one off my main track gear hose. Despite showering in the hydraulic that just poured out all over him he stay up beat and positive " I would have been pissed" thank you Jesse.
