They are amazing! I'm a stickler for customer service and they are above and beyond. They did a great job on remote start and a new stereo for my hubby's vehicle and new stereo for mine. I hate to admit it but I didn't remember all the info for my new stereo. I came in, they showed me what I missed. They found damaged wires and, remembering I was talking about my airbag system, showed me the problem, saving me money down the road. When I had an issue that was not my forgetfulness, they spent time researching the problem so they could fix the problem. (It was not them, it was a second hand cord problem). When I waited for speaker install, one gentleman sat and chatted with me so I wasn't bored. Every person there is fantastic!

Sound Decision Audio has installed two stereos and 4 speakers for me in the last two weeks. Joe and Gary were both extremely helpful and took the extra time needed to correct several issues from a former stereo installation. Their rates are incredibly good and the service is second to none! They are very knowledgeable and do good, timely work. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them!

Horrible experience! These guys are nice but super out dated. I ordered a leer topper from them! Told me it would take an hour to put on and hook up. Took them three hours, and I also left without it working properly. Back hatch wouldn't lock and had no power to back LED light. I paid good money for my leer topper and expected good service which I didn't receive. They said they would fix it if I came back. Needless to say I took my truck and topper somewhere else to have it finished right.

We have had several remote starts installed, full stereo system, dash cameras and other miscellaneous electronics installed by Sound Decision Audio. They have exceeded our expectations each and every time. They have very reasonable prices.

About 2 years ago I had sound decisions install a stereo and it has given me nothing but issues. When I took it O-brien audio he had sent me a picture of the work Sound Decisions had done and they did a BAD job, they twisted the wires and put caps on, some were barley even on there... they didn t even sauter the wires, like come on how hard is that? Very unsatisfied

Great service, I just went in today to get my stereo updated at no charge and the guy that works there is super helpful and nice. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town.

Shady work. After some time things start to fall apart that they installed. Not worth is. Go to Denver or SLC for a professional to install your gear.
