They seem very good and friendly easy to work with. Have a decent drivers lounge. Even have some snacks there but you got to pay but it's more like they trust you to pay for them. All in all I was very happy with their service.

They came out to Little America at end of day and diagnosed us. We ended up be towed to their facility in Rock Springs where they had us fixed in two hours and rolling. Great service. I will be back here in the future. Honest and efficient shop!!

Back in December, I lost a injector on my series 60 Detroit, after calling multiple shops from Laramie to Rock Springs, this was the only shop with answers on when and how to get a injector (nobody had one in stock) They overnighted a injector from Salt Lake, and the next day they installed the injector, and I was back on the road. I appreciate the quick thinking of Bob having the injector overnighted. The price was very reasonable and I appreciate it.The waiting room could use some new couches and a TV that works though haha. Just called to see if they could work on my RV,. They asked what motor I had and did something unheard of in today's world. Actually recommended a competitive shop, and told me that would be a better move for me. That is honestly the type of people you want to deal with. Folks who look out for your needs, not just cash in their pockets.

Got in at 09:30am on December 23rd with a broken input shaft and subsequently a broken clutch with my 2006 Freightliner Classic. Wes's team started working on my truck 5 minutes later. The 2 mechanics worked relentlessly, where very knowledgeable, friendly and kept me updated along the way. The best thing: They kept the cost well under their rough quote I was given in the morning. $2300 for input shaft, install kit, brand new easy pedal clutch (not reman) and labor incl. ttl. The shop is clean and organized, the drivers lounge is comfortable and the shop is not like Fort Knox (if you know what I mean). The staff over here is friendly and compassionate towards a drivers needs. ...and did I say fast? I got rolling at 04:30pm same day!!Thank you Wes and your team for an all over excellent experience! Have a merry Christmas!

Although it took two visits, costing about $5000 in lost revenue, tbey replaced the fuel pump on my 2009 Freightliner Cascadia with DD 15 engine and did a good job. Left some tools on the truck but they are a little less than the Freightliner shop ($116.50/ hr straight Vs $124.00/ hr) and they are the factory shop for Detroit Diesel in Rock Springs. Marshall's is a better deal but they don't like to enter the engine unless they have to. Their rate is $95.00/hr. I go the four All general maintainence on tractor or trailer.

They are pricey but good. .ore they can get you in for a diag sooner than any other shop around.

You guys put the old nuts and bolts back on the yolks Almost lost my driveshaft Two months after I got new transmission noise started making do you guys put the old both back ondid they put them on the old one back on because I m different race???

Service manager Wes came in on sat had me rolling in less than hour granted it was only a sensor but he had it diagnosed and fixed and I was rolling did not rip me off either and like I said he had to leave home to come help meThank yall
