My wife and daughter were on a road trip and experienced car issues as they were passing through Rock Springs. Rumble literally came to the rescue--they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (at a very reasonable cost) and had my girls back on the road that same afternoon. They couldn't have been more kind. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend the auto shop and salon!!Joe, is an awesome mechanic! He will definitely be our mechanic from now on!After getting the run around from the local Ford service department one too many times, we decided to find a company who has integrity and excellent customer service; and we found that at Rumble's! The repair we needed this time was a simple fix, however he took the time to chat with me about the situations we have been in over the last 18 months with our vehicle. Never once did I feel like an inconvenience for asking so many questions, or feel like I was being fed a line of BS like I have been made to feel at our old "service department"; y'all know which one! He knows his stuff! He's very affordable, and our truck is running smooth again.The ladies in the salon are fantastic as well! My daughter got her hair cut by Jordan and she's super happy with it. Again, prices are affordable! They are also easy to chat with. Sometimes going into a new salon is awkward but we felt so comfortable there. They'll be our go to for haircuts as well! My 2014 Ram 3500 broke down on I-80. At first I thought I needed brake replacement on my truck. So I called around to get estimates, Mr Rumble was very professional, patient and understanding. He gave me an estimate base on what I needed which was competitive but more reasonable than the rest of shops I called. I had my truck towed there and I was impressed with their service. Mr Rumble diagnosed the problem which was more than brakes, my wheel bearings was gone. They were very courteous which is needed when you re about to get your vehicle worked on. I have to say I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the service from start to finish. I m from south Florida traveling to Ogden Utah and I felt blessed to know there are good people. Rumble is one of if not the friendliest places I've ever been, they do exactly what you want and are very affordable. I will always go there is I need a hair cut or a tune up

I took my truck here, and not only did they get my truck fixed, in a timely manner, it was almost 100.00 cheaper than what I was quoted and expecting to pay.
