WAY BEYOND EXCELLENT! Our blowing motor just went out- we couldn t heat vehicle up. After several attempts calling shops, someone recommend us to check this place out. We did!Mike was very helpful and made sure what we needed was met. big thanks to Connor for bringing me to hotel and back when vehicle was ready to pick up.Timeframe. Money. Communication. Transportation. Way beyond excellent!

I went to the store and found out it was after hours on a Saturday. As I walked away from the locked door Pete seen me and welcomed me in, gave me a solution to my problem, I went home with his advice and my problem with my 4 wheeler was solved. Fantastic customer service!!!

Pete and Jozett are great to work with. And are great people to be around . We bought several machines there. Grant is a weasel and is the reason I won t buy there anymore. My opinion is that you go talk to jozette or go straight to Pete and save yourself the headache with grant.

Let me tell you this. I rarely give 5 star ratings to places cause i think there is always room for improvement. But i can tell you that these guys deserve it. I went in looking for a tool that i needed for my bike. I was at a standstill with the engine without this tool. The mechanic there loaned me his with the promise of bringing out back. It took me 2 minutes to do what i needed and i ran his tool back to him. That right there is 5* service and that right there will have me returning in the future.

They were quick to not only get me a price but to also get the machines ready for me within a tight timeframe to help me out. I would highly recommend them.

Bought a new motorcycle from them, and they were very easy to deal with! Not pushy at all, unlike other dealerships I've dealt with, and very friendly and communicative.

Very helpful. They found an issue with a pump on my boat. When I asked if I could rebuild it myself or if I had to get a completely new pump the sales lady called the mechanic that found the leak up front and he gave me advice and informed me of exactly what it was that he found. They are timely and honest. Great place.

Dennis is awesome!! My car broke down 10 miles outside of Rock Springs so I had it towed to this shop. He convinced AAA to give us a ride into town, as they weren t going to. He sympathized with my situation and went out of his way to find someone to tow it back to SLC. Great prices, amazing service. Dennis is truly a good human and I m so glad I wasn t ripped off just because I was in a desperate situation. Don t hesitate to go here!!

I called yesterday for my husband about getting service done on his Commander. We are new to the area and are researching where to get it serviced. He had written me a list of questions to ask. The service lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I told her I had a few question and she immediately asked who I was with?? When I told her no one, she continued being snobby and would only tell me vague answers about the services. Needless to say, we will not be using this dealership and will drive to somewhere else.

So thankful for Dennis, Noah, and the Rocky Mountain Powersports team. My car unfortunately broke down about 20 mile outside of Rock Springs on my way to SLC. After speaking with Dennis, he recommended a towing company and got my car in the same day. By the next afternoon I was up and moving.Additionally, Dennis helped with my overnight accommodations and gave me a ride to the motel I stayed at. If you're looking for top notch customer service and an educated bunch, look no further!

"TOP PLACE AROUND FOR ATV'S." Rocky Mountain Power Sports is the best place all around to find a full line of Can-Am/SSR/Voyager/C&B Dealer, with a fully certified Repair Shop" Start by looking around for an ATV. Checked one place before Rocky Mountain Power Sports.I wont mention any Company names but we were looking for a vehicle with a lot of seats which they had outside. The staff are not people person's. The aren't outgoing at all and don't interact with you while you are looking at a vehicle. The vehicle we looked at was obviously away from the staff's safe place inside behind the counter. We had to go inside and out of our way to locate staff. So we left and continued to check around at a different location.We went to Rocky Mountain Power Sports. Be sure to ask for Grant. He's like a family member, right by your side shortly after you walk in the door. He is is the best salesman we have ever met. Very knowledgeable, friendly and right there to answer every little question you have about you're purchase. He is not over whelming in the least. He is extremely helpful. He truly wants to make sure you have the best experience you will ever have and tell everyone you know about it. We definitely have new family members to add to our close nit family and we will never search again for any vehicles. We will always stay loyal to Rocky Mountain Power Sports. We bought a 2019 CAN AM Defender 6 Seat ATV from Rocky Mountain Power Sports. Cheers to the fabulous "Best in Class" Service we have ever received! Way to truly empress so many people. Keep up the Awesome work you all do there.Be sure to check out all the photos and video of them in the local parade, and our Awesome kid in the CAN AM shirt. Our Defender is the vehicle with black and tan leather seats. They also have alot of other awesome things they sale on their website. Don't forget they can service any vehicle even the ones that aren't CAN AM.

Grant and the people I interacted with were all top notch. I came in with my Father who has been riding motorcycles his whole life. But the time has come that three wheels might be a better option for him to keep his head in the wind. But as any rider knows, he doesn t want to hear this.We came in to drop his KZP1000 off for a tune up and walked out with a CanAm F3S. Grant was the man that took care of my Dad from beginning to end and it was nothing but great service. He was patient while he showed my Dad the controls and the operation of the bike. Never once getting frustrated or short when my dad would ask questions again.The smile on his face on the way home was worth every penny. Now if they get the KZP done so my dad and I can hit the road before I leave. I ll let them keep the 5 stars.

What a joke, they are the biggest ripoff ever. We purchased a 2016 1000 commander from them and went for it's first service and was charged a arm and a leg. Was given a different quote over the phone then when we got there it was 3 times as much, NOT RIGHT So didn't even let them touch it. Will never go back...

Stopped in on my way through town, when a screw fell out some miles back. They set me up with a replacement in very little time and a smile, and didn't even charge me. That's friendly customer service.

KARRI......killed it....she completely educated me about the sea doo and the x3...even cared enough to explain child laws on the side by side I did not even know...spent all the time I needed to equip me to make a great decision ..Thanks!!.
