We had estimates done and they were the cheapest. Had them do the work. Well, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The kid doing the estimate told me they could buff the scratches out. I went to pick it up and there were still scratches left in it. They did offer to do another estimate to repaint the panel. But, I don't trust them to repaint a panel if that's the quality of work they do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Does a good job on new vehicles but don't bring a classic to them !! They put my car outside for at least a week when it never not been garged which I told him that then they killed my battery and fried my starter. So not the best care for classic cars or cars you have sentimental value for!!

We hit a deer and totaled my Van. While we were not able to repair it the staff was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. They were kind enough stay open late and help us retrieve the remainder of our personal possessions from the vehicle before it was impounded.Wonderful service wonderful people I would highly recommend taking your car here they will take care of you.

I was headed back to Utah in my 1993 Dodge Dakota and noticed something wasn t right so I called to see if they could take a look. They got me in really quick knowing I was headed home. When they found out what was wrong they broke it all down in terms I understood and was able to get the job done very quickly. They were also able to fix issues that other mechanics messed up.Rock Springs Auto was very professional and understanding of my situation. This shop was one of the best I ve been to and if I lived closer I would choose them as my shop!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great customer service. Had a windshield replaced. They install, then water test it, and then they wash your ride! How nice is that? Saw the body guys working - garage is pretty spotless & organized, which tells me they know what they're doing. I won't hesitate to go back to these guys for body work or another windshield.

My mom and I collided with a semi on an icy road on the way from Salt Lake City to Denver, and found ourselves at this body shop. The ladies in the office were very friendly and brought someone out to assess the damage right away. They ruled out the need for any immediate major repairs, then quickly fixed our headlight and turn signal, made the driver side door operable again, and patched up the loose pieces well enough to get us home to our regular mechanic in Washington...all completely free of charge. We can't thank them enough for their honesty and good will.

Mainly came in this morning for opinions and suggestions. Ryan took the first hour and a half of his day to exhaustively go over my options, get underneath my truck, and generally help me to understand what was going on with my vehicle. He provided outstanding customer service and was a genuinely a real nice guy. Thanks Ryan.

While I didn't have my car serviced here (therefore didn't work with the people at length) they did help me out when I was in need. A semi had kicked up a stone which got lodged in my open sun roof making it hard to shut. I stopped in here and a nice guy (whose name I didn't catch) came and popped the stone out with no trouble. They didn't charge me for the work and I was able to go along on my way. I really appreciated it!!!

In the middle of a 5,000 mile road trip, I was unfortunately rear-ended a very long way from home. The kind staff of Rock Springs Auto Body went above and beyond in helping me get road legal to be able to make it home! They immediately made time for me, and were so kind through the process! 5/5 would definitely recommend! Thank you!

I hit a semi truck tire on I-80 near Rock Springs, and Rock Springs Auto Body & Glass did the repairs for me. They did an awesome job and my car looks like new! Everyone was very friendly and super easy to work with!

I got an estimate TWO weeks ago for a minor trim repair and new windshield. I made the appointment at the time of the estimate. I dropped the vehicle off last night and borrowed a friends car for the day.I called to inquire about the progress a few minutes ago. They said they needed to special order some of those self-tapping fasteners for the trim and also the windshield.When I called I was told they had NOT touched it in anyway because the fasteners had not "been received". I asked not even the windshield? Nope!!I asked if the windshield had "been received" and I was told yes. But that they did not "touch it" because the fasteners had not been received.What does not receiving the fasteners for a body trim piece have to do with not replacing a friggin' windshield??I will not be going back and I do not recommend this business. They dropped the ball and would not take responsibility for having done so.

Unfortunatly, I have done business with them many times over the past years. I have ALWAYS be impressed with the quality of their finished product. I have an Audi with pretty tricky paint. They fixed a small ding in the urathane bumper cover to match perfectly! The place suggested by my Audi dealer wanted to replace the entire unit at five times the Rock Spring Autobody price. I trust them.

Over years of bringing my vehicles here I dont know why I even do. I wish there were better options. Be prepared to have trash in your vehicle, additional scratches or blemishes, poor quality of work repair and the list goes on. I hate to bash any local business but when they are nearly double the price of competitors and half the quality something should get better!

The absolute best not only are we are they warm and friendly but there a local owned business the folks down there I've had that business for a very long time and they've done nothing but the absolute best with people they give you Quality Service quality Parts and they are friendly to you not the phone anyway either there are sincere about their friendliness with you if they see something wrong with your vehicle other than the quote they gave you they just take it upon themselves and fix it for you anyway you could trust these folks and you'll know that when you get your car back it'll be done right so look no further cuz this is the right auto body shop for you
