Thank you for remaining open a couple minutes past closing to buy our DEF funnel. We appreciate you doing so, unlike the snitchbasses at Autozone a few doors down who closed early, then hid when we knocked on their doors, only to be seen walking out to their cars as we were leaving O'Reillys.

When I was pregnant their staff helped me carry a battery out to the car in the midst of the COVID pandemic. I was so thankful for their stellar customer service. I wish I remembered the gentleman who helped me. Now it has been an easy choice of who to repeat business with.

Went into o reilys a couple weeks ago and I went to try to find some wind shield wipers and a new battery for my car. I did not know what I was looking for them, Isaiah came around the corner and offered to help. He even put my windshield wipers on and my fluid in my car and helped with putting my new battery in. Car is working brand spanking new!

i blew a brake line on my 54 gooseneck trailer near Rock Springs Wyoming. After going to 5 or 6 different auto/truck repair shops no one could or would help me. I tried OReilly Auto parts as a last resort. Jessica answered the phone and was amazing and told me come rite down they would figure something out. When i got there Jeremy and Austin sprung into action trying to figure out a way to get me back on the road, and that they did. Austin called his friend Shane who is a technician at rock springs tire. Shane helped Austin put something together and got me up and running. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond what they were required to do. Love these guys and this OReilly's.

Am generally an auto zone customer for a number of reasons better to post on the auto zone page than here but since they did not have my seat covers to match some of my other previously purchased truck accessories we ran down the street just to see. We enter the store not really thinking about time and noticed right away that we were clearly being eyeballed by the 2 on staff that nite. Small store, nothing to hide so more power to them. However the man came at us and when we said we did not need help he literally just hung beside us....staying closer to my man and me than my 6 year old son did for the duration of our stay. Some space for conversation would have been appreciated. But went on with our purchase and it was here that it became apparent by the handling of cash in and cash out that their drawers had already been counted to the following days opening drawer totals and thus our purchase threw that off. Even that is whatever. It was when we left that we seen a gentleman approach the doors and we offered to hold it open as he entered - common courtesy move. He declined and had forgotten something in his truck. Parked right in front of doors beside us he grabbed the item from his unlocked cab and was back to the doors in no time. There was a female who had scowled at us our entire visit that blew me away.... it is impossible she did not see the man. It is impossible she did not see him as the front wall of store is glass. However the two of them locked eyes. They held the same door handle in the exact same moment as he went to pull and enter....she pulled and locked the door and closed for business for the day. I was blown away. I did not see his reaction. I did not need to. Had my husband not installed the covers that nite I would have done return. The whole situation still burns me up. The woman should be fired. My clock on phone and radio in vehicle and the time stamp on my receipt all support that she clearly closed down with at very least 2 minutes left for their customers. She clearly had no interest in the customers needs let alone the goal of the corporation that pays her. Sadly, she is there to represent them, and she could not care less. What's more is I believe auto zone does price match and that only sweetens any deal I might have gotten cheaper anywhere....that I can get it there....where I've never seen any service other than going above and beyond for their customers. Some reps recognize where a paycheck originates from. The customers. I hope for her sake she gets back the exact same energy and vibration she puts out into the world...she deserves it.

I got stuck in town while driving across the country. They didn't have a part in stock that I needed but ordered it at 6 pm and it was at the store by 730 the next morning. They helped get me back on my way quickly. Can't thank them enough.

Huge shout out to O'Reilly. I was in Rock Springs for work and my gas cap handle broke off while still attached. The gentleman working came out with tools to get the broken cap off (in the really cold wind no less) and then helped me find the correct new cap. Wonderful customer service!

Didn't have what I needed on hand but most curtainly had them their 7 am the next day. Granted it's for a 70 ELCamino too. So very pleasant and nice to talk to.

Traveling from SD to CA, check engine light came on, went into lip mode, arrived at O'Reilly, where we were greeted with happy and pleasant staff members, who were all well trained, they hooked up a scanner and was able to reset the computer all at no charge. Rock Springs O'Reilly you are simply the best. Thank you.

They are very helpful in this location. An employee let me just use tools in the parking lot,instead of using my credit card to rent them and waiting for the money to return to my card.

The lady with grey hair made my husband and I very uncomfortable. The second we walked in she watched us the whole time down every isle we went. She did not even ask if we needed help. So we left.

Only store I use to purchase parts. I'd rather wait for shipping then go anywhere else that might have a part I need in stock. Knowledgeable staff and folks are respectful.

I prefer Auto Zone but since there isn't one in Laramie, I have to settle for here. Oreilly is still better than advance auto parts

We were west bound, got off on Exit#107 and followed a rabbit warren of streets to O'Reilly Auto Parts as directed. Pulling a trailer, no less. Exit 102 was just down the main drag, approximately one mile, where we returned to #80 west. Exit #107 was a disservice to us. The directions were totally OFF!
