I have asked Rick Marshall to diagnose and repair my trailer. My complaint was that my brakes wont hold while sliding tandems. I had asked Rick to check everything including the slack adjusters the brake chambers everything. I dropped the trailer off for multiple days. I came back to pick up my trailer. Marshall's Truck Repair had replaced 2 bearings. 4 slack adjusters. A seal and a gasket. I paid $1,350.43. The tandems were sliding as they were prior (with and empty trailer). But as soon as we loaded the trailer, brakes would not hold while sliding tandems. I immediately called Rick to complain that my complaint was not fixed! He said bring it back and we will look at it again. I could not bring it back as we only travel through Wyoming very very seldom. Then i took my trailer to a Utility dealership with the same complaint, "brakes wont hold while sliding tandems while loaded". Utility technicians found that the slack adjusters that were installed were not the right ones. They were not even lining up with the clevis when your braking, so the push rod is not allowing the slack adjuster to adjust my brakes causing bad brake wear or lack thereof. I also now need new brake chambers. Also an improper quantity of grease was used. The grease was sticking to the walls causing improper operation of the wheel end oil seal. My trailer was incorrectly diagnosed by Marshall's Truck Repair. Then they installed the incorrect parts. I called Rick and emailed him a detailed description of what is going on but he would not get back to me. Then i called again and he would finally speak with me over the phone. Rick says that i requested to replace the slack adjusters, which i did not, my request was to diagnose and repair "brakes wont hold while sliding tandems". Even with all the supporting documents photos and evidence Rick is not going to make it right for the customer. Instead Rick chooses to blame the customer for his shop's lack of professionalism. Rick Marshall is the owner, part of being the boss is accepting mistakes and making them right. Guys be aware of this shop, go somewhere else. Go some place you can trust with your equipment. This business is dirty. They will just throw unnecessary also INCORRECT parts at your equipment at YOUR expense and will not own up to anything done wrong. I lost out on $1,350.43 and more because now i have to pay a different shop to repair my trailer correctly with the correct parts.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP they are PREDATORY they will give you a headache and make you loose money.ZERO trust ZERO customer service, its a mom and pop shop, NOT DEPENDABLE at all.Also do NOT pay with a electronic check or cash, make sure to use a credit card so you can file a claim through your bank.

I was out in Rock Springs on a job that went down for half a day and was in need of an oil change and lube on my Pete. Trailer snapped a leaf spring bracket on Sunday evening while passing through rock springs. Got it towed to Marshalls and they had it back on the road lunch time on Monday. Strong clean welds, great work. Made it 2,000 more miles to my destination with no problems. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Marshall s to anyone

Had a spindle replaced. Trailer has PSI system so they welded a plug inside the spindle to stop the air instead of just turning it off. Can't believe any shop has never seen any PSI systems before.

Never again will I go here. Was referred by a guy that these guys do great work. I brought my trailer in to retire the bottom marker lights and replace 8 of them. They Were supposed to replace 10. No while I have no issue with the work itself (at least yet) they charged me 26 hours to do the job. Excessive!! To make sure I wasn t being naive to what it should cost, I consulted different shops and friends. Their opinion was like mine. Very excessive charging. I m sick and tired of getting robbed blind by shops with semi repairs.

You can't go wrong at Marshall's. Twice in two years Rick, Tammy and crew have helped me out when running through Rock Springs. Nice people. Rick & mechanics will tackle anything. Their shop was full and they still fit me in and got me back on the road. Greatly appreciated. Reasonable,friendly & honest.Great BIG thank you,Tim Peterson

Good place with nice people who are dedicated to get the job done and get you back on the road. They take their time to get all the stuffs handy before starting the repair.Reasonable price and smiley face with customers means I ll give them business if I need anything get done passing down Wyoming.

I broke down 30 miles east of their shop, they came out with the wrecker and pulled my load of #186,000 pounds all the way to their shopRick was phenomenal and so were the ladies in the office and the mechanics. Trevor and espen were great mechanics , also Dave, the tow truck driver was phenomenal they have a great bunch of people working there and have my business anytime I'm coming through here

Great service, very kind and helpful people! They gave prompt attention to our needs and their fees were very reasonable and fair. They towed our RV out of a difficult spot and were more than accommodating during our stressful situation. I highly recommend their outstanding service and would give them 6 stars if I could!

These guys are great for big truck repair. They couldn't fix my injector and after a 2 hour diagnostic didn't charge me and sent me to the Detroit Diesel shop for definitive repair. Can't say enough good about them. The shop rate is $30.00/hour less than the Freightliner shop and I trust them. My living and life depend on my truck, they know that and treat problems accordingly. You won't get screwed here.

Had these boys tow my Peterbilt back to their shop. Have been in the trucking Bisness for 15+ years and these people were some of the very best I ever had the privilege to meet.They went out of their way to help me and get me back on the road fixed my problem.Treated me unbelievably fair when it came down to my bill. I would highly highly recommends this Business..

Stuck on the middle of nowhere, other tow companies were trying to charge more than double of this company. Very fair reasonable price for towing tractor trailer. Fast and friendly service.

Great and fair shop had my torsion bar snap at the Walmart in town and take out most of my suspension out on my w900 kw. They came out helped limp to there shop treated me great and gave me a good price

Very promt service in both tow and repair, courteous people, and they have a courtesy vehicle and knowledge of the town. Our truck shop Pratts recommended Marshall's also, based on the work being performed.John (Driver)

I would have gave no stars they thought extra parts on my floor board destroyed my hat and they put grease inside my coat they also found a Pepsi bottle that had a hole in it and put it inside my cab drugs or alcohol must be the owners problem cause people I would think dont act in such a manner!

Very rude when I ask if they could look at my truck . Said it would be 2 hrs even to ck it out n ask if they could fix it today n was very rude about even that. Wouldn't take my rig to them .
