I had another Wyoming pot hole blowout on my trailer. Drove in and was immediately greeted by Vince who replaced all the tires as per my direction ( he didn t try to up sell me). We were in and out in less than 40 minutes. Vince was exceptional in his prompt and friendly service, getting us back on the road.

Vince and his entire staff are always going above and beyond for the customer. We take all of our vehicles to Les Schwab in Rock Springs. There service is unmatched and we truly can't thank them enough for the Amazing service and professionalism they exhibit. Highly appreciated and Highly recommend.

Stopped in for air and check tire prices. About 45 minutes before closing and ended up purchasing tires, battery, and wipers. All at my request. No pressure from the team to purchase anything. The team hustled to get the job done and was very helpful and friendly. Very good pricing as well. I will be back for future needs. Rock Springs team rocks!!!

Wow freindly fabulous service. I blew a tire on my LQ horse trailer, called them, limped down I80 for 4 miles. They met me in the parking lot, generously gave me water for my horses and had the tire on, fender straightened, by the time they finished drinking! Back on the road luckily split.

Took my truck in for an alignment, after changing the ball joints, they tried the sell me caster/camber adjusting sleeves, that had already been changed, I need an honest mechanic, I don't ask for anything free but and honest appraisal of work for my money, that I also work for, honestely., think twice about using them as your go to. the dealership is a better choice I would say.

I came in the other day to get tires and my driver's side lower ball joint came apart pulling into the parking lot. I immediately had help getting my truck into the parking spot. Vince came out and repaired my upper and lower ball joint as well as a tierod end that were damaged so to the drop. He did the work outside in 18� and freezing wind. Life savers. So glad to have these guys here.

Place was packed. So I'd set up an appointment. But great crew. Found a loose bolt on a suspension part. Fixed my problem and charged me nothing. Good lady's and gentleman.

I went in because of two flat tires, and both spares were used on my trailer.They spent extra effort to help me find out why.My tires were old, very old. They had the rite tires in stock.Moe was the woman who took care of our problems. My hats off to her. She made my wife and I very happy.. she was very fast and efficient. I did end up buying 4 tires , tandem axle. She was able to get 14 ply tires as my load was 15k pounds.Thank you.

Awesome service at this location! Traveling and got a flat. They fixed they flat and put it back on vehicle and remounted the spare tire where it goes all for free and within an hour.

I got a nail in the sidewall of my tire not too far from Rock Springs, during a long drive from Washington state to Colorado. Fortunately Les Schwab happened to have my tire size in stock and were able to get me back on the highway fairly quick. Being the only big tire shop for over a hundred miles helped get me back on the road significantly faster than if they weren't here. The customer service here was great as well. The store interior was nicer than others. Overall experience almost makes me want to switch to Les Schwab.

I had a tire blow out on the highway on my way to a vacation. The whole staff at this shop was so kind and helpful. One gal even gave us (myself and my 3 dogs!) a ride to a local hotel so we wouldn't have to walk in the heat with our bags. They ordered the tire and got it in as soon as they could, and I was on the road. Thanks so much to the staff!

This store made a loyal Les Schwab customer out of me!3 out of 5 lug studs snapped on my front passenger wheel and they were able to replace all five, locate and fix another failing stud, get me new lug nuts, then check and tighten all the other lug nuts.All within 1.5 hours, and for only $82.00!They were friendly, kind, and I had a wonderful experience! God bless and keep them!

Today I got a small nail in my tire on my way home from work. All week I have been waiting for my daughter to call me to let me know it s time she is pregnant. Just after I found out my tire was loosing air my daughter called it was time to drive 3 hours away I walked into les Schwab and they had me in and on the road in less than 20 min! I made it in time to see my grand son being born! Thank you so much for taking the time to make a Nannie get to be one of the first ones to welcome our sweet lil into the world!

I stopped because I had a vibration at 80 mph. A simple rotation and balance would have fixed the problem. I left with more problems than I started.First the technician finished my car in ten minutes. This should have taken a minimum of 40. When I questioned him he stated that he didn t read the balance request on the order. He took my car back out to the shop, about 20 minutes later he was finished. I questioned his speed and he reassured me everything was fine. But when I got back on the interstate, upon acceleration and slow down I now have a severe vibration. I took the car to Les Schwab in my home town, I hope they make it right. I will never stop in Les Schwab of Rocks Springs again.

I was passing through the great nothing on 80E on my way from SLC when my vehicle began to act as if it had a flat tire. I was able to limp into Les Schwab where they fit me in for an emergency inspection at the end of their day. The staff is honest and friendly and the service is fantastic. Thank you Les Schwab team, you are appreciated.

Very efficient tire shop!! Drove into the parking lot, attendant came out immediately to help. We had new tires mounted on the wheels within 30 minutes. Best experience ever and it was a holiday weekend!!!

Unbelievable. Just utterly unbelievably awesome business!!! 900 miles from home traveling in our RV we had a flat tire. Took the tire in and they told me 90 minutes.... Then in 5 minutes they told me they worked it in and it'll be done in 20 minutes. WOW awesome!They fixed the tire and removed the spare and put the repaired tire back on the RV, busted out the torque wrench to properly torque lug nuts. Can't say in my 50 years of livin' I've actually seen a torque wrench used on lug nuts, I know it should be done but who actually does it?? Before he would let me go he put the spare back where it belongs on the rear of the RV and buttoned everything up.I go into the shop to pay. The bill was, NOTHING! Zero, zip, zilch. Told me to just think of them when I needed a set of tires. I was completely blown away!! UNBELIEVABLE awesome service for someone 900 miles away from home. I left a tip and a heartfelt thank you.Please if anyone is in the area, please patronize Les Schwab Tire center. This Kansas traveler cannot praise them enough.

Had a blow out about 35 miles away, they came to me and fixed us up. There was a misunderstanding at first, but Tee made it right and got us back on the road in no time and after hours! Thanks guys! We will definitely use you guys again and again.

Stopped in today with a sudden tire noise and the vehicle pulling to one side drastically while passing through town on a road trip. The team was very friendly and attentive at my arrival but ultimately, just hammered off the surface ice and sent me to Tire Den to further diagnose the problem hinting that an alignment was needed that they didn t want to do on a Sprinter van. Tire Den said you probably don t need an alignment but a deep clean to start from driving on winter dirt roads upon arrival. They took off my wheels, cleaned all the ice and dirt from inside, and balanced my tires. It fixed the problem within 30 minutes thanks to their expert opinion on the issue. Les Schwab did not charge me for the 30 minutes they were knocking off ice however they did not exhibit the kind of problem solving attitude I have experienced in previous visits across their locations in different states.

I love this place! I always have a wonderful experience when I bring my vehicle in. I know that I can trust them to do an amazing job.Even if I just come in for an inspection, they go above and beyond my expectations and have never tried to get me to purchase services.I will always give then my business.

Walked out of the Doctor's office to a flat tire. I called Les Schwab, they immediately sent someone to air up my tire and ensure we made it down to the store so we could get it fixed. Excellent customer service, thank you so much!

Extraordinarily efficient, knowledgeable and courteous professionals. We had an issue arise with our Jeep's ABS on a long road trip, we were fortunate that this Les Schwab was within reasonable range. Our issue was quickly diagnosed/resolved, our vehicle carefully looked over for other issues, and our concerns put to rest. Thank you so much for such a fantastic experience

Had a blowout on I-80 west, we called into the shop for help. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding on how the new tire was to be mounted, but Tee was sure to clear up the issue and smooth everything over in a very professional manner. They swapped our spare and mounted a new tire on our rim after hours. Even though I interrupted a meeting, they were all very accommodating. They were all so nice and professional! I recommend this company for their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond to help someone in need.
