Needed a part i was on I80 west bound called the parts department and spoke with Ben he was very helpful has the part waiting ready for me once i arrived and also helped me out big time with valuable info. Which got me back on the road in a very timely manner. Thank you Ben

Got us in, diagnosed, and all fixed up fast. They had to take my dash apart, and now it rattles and the USB ports is gone, just a hole, maybe that's what's rattling, I dunno, but I'm happy to be back on the road.

Had a simple CEL and brought the truck to these guys. They went above and beyond to get it fixed and helped me out in the meantime. Will definitely be giving them more of my business in the future.

THIS SHOP IS AMAZING! Remember when you could go to a shop, and actually get helped! We limped in with the TRUCK WILL DERATE IN 3 HOURS AND THE ENGINE LIGHT ON! The service manager Wade Wollman, met us at the gate, assessed the problem. Had the part we needed! And fixed our T680 in record time! This is the 3rd Shop in 2 weeks and our issue is finally fixed! The office staff was helpful and on top of all our warranty coverage, even our Dog was welcomed she loved them all! THANK YOU ROCK SPRINGS KENWORTH! You renewed our trust in Truck service! Professional all the way!

The service was top notch . Wade and Shelly were very knowledgeable and nice to work with. I was treated with respect by the Management and Mechanics I had a wheel seal done . I brought my truck In Friday Morning and I was back on the road later that afternoon thanks to the team effort at Sales Kenworth in Rock springs WY

In and out in less then 24hrs hotel near by with shuttle pickup from Kenworth and back nice restaurant near by great food and a couple drinks

Can t tell how great these guys were in resolving my issue, I had to tow my truck from little America due to the def sensor going bad. They had only one sensor left and after it getting replaced the truck would not go out of derate mode. They had to call engineers at the main office multiple times to get approval on resetting my truck, all in all it was a mess to get my truck running again. I have no words to say how well and professional they actually were. They went out and beyond to help me, and after two days and many hours spent on my truck they only charged me like 200 . Since then I must have put another 70k miles with zero issues. Thank you KW in Rock Springs!!

They got me in and back on the road in one day, even stayed late to finish the job which I truly appreciated. Cory Ackermann the service manager/ mechanic is knowledgeable and personable. If your going to get broke down in Wyoming you will be in good hands here. Every one was nice and were doing the best they could to get trucks taken care of and back on the road. Truly appreciate the professionalism and highly recommend them.

Outstanding service and efficiency. Staff and mechanics were knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure I was taken care of and helped me find parts for what I needed outside of the things I was in to get serviced. Hands down the best experience and affordable price I have had at service center.This is for sure the place to stop if you need anything.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! My 13sp grenaded sunday, and they got me in on Monday morning, swapped in a reman by Eaton 18 speed, new clutch, main seal, and out on Wednesday with a couple other things repaired, too.This is the 2nd time I've had major work done here and received fast service, great results, and treated very well by the entire crew.I'm bad with names but, I say a HUGE,THANK YOU SO MUCH!! to Cory Ackerman and his service team. I really appreciate everything y'all did and helping me when I was in Albuquerque, NM, too.

Cannot properly troubleshoot engine light.Our new truck had codes for bad DEF quality sensor we took it this dealer. They did squeeze it in on a busy day and told us it was the sensor and that they are on a back log and would take 4-6 weeks. So we decided to tow the truck to our home base in Boise,ID. The KW Dealer in Boise look at it and found it was a wiring and fuse issue. We contacted Wade the service manager and all he could offer was a refund on the diagnostic charge. If they had troubleshooted the problem better we could have save a huge tow bill. But a simple fuse issue cost us more than $10 grand that day.

Went in because my red splitter has an air leak. (on Thursday, April 21, 2022)They refused to even check my truck in. They said the soonest they could even look at it would be Monday.This is complete garbage. They couldn't even take 10 minutes to inspect it? Bogus!

Michael took awesome care of us and found the issues other dealers couldn't find. And with it being a holiday went above and beyond to get us rolling. Thank you Sara for all your help with finding a hotel and your kindness we will definitely tell all our friends that Rock Springs WY is a must stop for anything needed for your KW.

Service was poor at best and slow to fix stuff. They charge by the hour and they take a long time to fix so they can charge you the hours they do not fix your truck. Many times I watched them not working on truck but I was charged 150 a hour for the truck just sitting there and nobody working on it.A 32 hour job turned into a 8 day fix.

Most helpful staff I have ever met. After a nightmare day of blowing out a super single and airbag I had a service truck from another company forget to tighten the new airbag plug. I lost the threaded plug and pulled into kenworth with no time to spare on my logbook. They quickly grabbed a plug and wrench for me and I installed it in the parking lot. They said there was no charge and sent me on my way. I got to where I needed to be that night with 2 minutes to spare on my logbook. Any other shop would not have cared like they did. Thank you kenworth of rock springs. You are by far the most helpful shop I have ever been to.

Fast fast fast! I had a derate in 3 hours engine light. Cory wrote it up and Michael tracked down the bad sensor right away. 1 hour and on my way amazing! They saved us a lot of money by doing it so fast. It's really great to meet professionals who know what their doing and recognize the value of our time as drivers. Thanx guys!
