I personally want to personally thank Dan the lead tech there. The took care of my husband very good on his truck and help you mount on understanding what he need to do to fix the problem that he was having it on his DEF system these guys are very professional and I recommend anybody out there that's looking for a good mechanic to go to this place in Rock springs. You will be treated highly respected and taking care of and your truck will get fixed the proper way. Thank you Dan again

Owner operator experience : shop opened up at 0700 was parked there Sunday afternoon great parking lots of parking and in the back you can park your trailer. I spoke to a woman named Crystal that works the service desk. Crystal was honest with me and told me that there was a couple of trucks ahead of me and they ll try to get me in as soon as possible. I sat Monday Tuesday morning I called the office again and the service manager answered. He was very polite and honest with me to he said he will get me in as soon as possible and he did as he promised great place to go to staff is great. Mechanics are very honest with you when it comes down to the situation with your truck, lots of food around restaurants walking areas McDonald s and there s a pilot right down the street thank you again Floyd Truck Center, Rocksprings Wy

The receptionist are friendly and nice places clean there s a lounge there s a TV there s coffee but mechanics here are slow. I had some DEF pump issue and all they had to do is diagnose it and replace it if there s issue with a def pump. They had everything in stock and still took them 24 hours. I was there at 9 AM. And I left at 12 noon the next day.Thanks to the lazy mechanics here. My delivery load is delayed now and my return load also got canceled. Deliver a load which normally takes three days now it s gonna take me six days. All thanks to this place.

Talked to Ashley from Service DPWe had a situation that my truck broke downI called service department and I was able to reach Ashley from service she immediately explain to me everting regarding rates and how we will precede with the repairs and scheduling the repair.She was very very professional and very educated !!This place its very professionalWe are very happy with there serviceThank you again Floyd's Truck centerMLC Carrier IncNick

Absolutely outstanding service. We are in a Newmar Dutchstar motorhome, traveling through town. We had a fault code, was able to get to Floyd s Sunday night. We spent the night in the parking lot. They got to us Monday morning, diagnosed the problem, had parts on hand, and worked with our warranty company. It s Tuesday and we are on the road to Salt Lake City already. Their customer care and service was outstanding. Highly recommended!! Ashley D. Is our service writer, she is professional. Kept us informed, and just very nice. They do have a drivers lounge with nice chairs, and clean bathrooms as well.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The price this guy gave me over the phone on a simple fuel rail? I almost fell out of the truck. Considering the one that was on the truck started leaking where it had been machine beveled when built at factory. I guess it happens to these DD fuel rails.

Best repair shop in Rock Springs, WY. I know they open 7 to 5 only on weekdays but if you stay patient, they will fix your semi truck and they will let you stay in your semi truck overnight. I'm a respectful person. I didn t say anything bad but RACISM still alive there.No vulgar attack. My voice is always low and respectful. They saying always lie. They wasted my many days. I didn't say nothing, I've been always respectful.Please check other 1 star comments!They wasted my 5 days. Ashly and Cristal have a bad soul. Always lie. Lie is the their soul. today , this morning, noon, tomorrow, bla bla. They never touched the truck!We towed to truck an other repair shop. don t come here. don t call them!!Shame on you! I never seen that much lie at the same time. Shame on you!

I was coming from Idaho and a hour and a half from rock springs I lost ac and 10 minutes later I had a exhaust leak. I brought my 24 westernstar 49x to Floyd s truck center. I waited 2 days to get my truck in the shop, on the third day they got my truck in and replaced the ac compressor and found a sensor tube broken. They didn t have the part in sock but found a way to get be back on the road. I had my truck by the end of the third day.

Poor excuse for a service writer. Leaving truckers stranded for days because they don t know how to schedule technicians properly. Telling someone it will be done today means you get it done that day unless something that can t be prevented comes up. It is not an excuse to push repairs back on someone that you promised a timeline too just because parts came in for another rig. Fire who ever this chick is!

I was in Jackson Wy with a new 2023 Renegade Motorhome with Freightliner Cascadia. I had a check engine light. Called that morning to see if they could help. She told me they could diagnose. Drove 177 miles got there and Chrystal and another lady very friendly and caring kept promise. There tech Eddy very nice guy quickly diagnosed. Sent Freightliner a ticket and he resolved the problem. What a great friendly dealership and customer experience! I was in the finance business for 38 years and knew the owner. Great guy so not surprised. Thank you for making my day!

This place is the worst they take forever I mean weeks they lie straight to your face. tell you it will be done soon but don t fall for it it will takes week and weeks mess up your whole week and money and time wouldn t consider it don t come please.

Was coming West through Wyoming early this morning and I started having issues with my Jake Brakes. I called Floyds right when they opened and they told me to come on by and they would take a look at my truck while I stopped here on my 10 hour break. Towards the end of the day, they got me in the shop and they were able to resolve my issue within an hour. I also had them adjust my clutch since I was here anyway, and I picked myself up a gallon of coolant to keep in the truck. Great people and awesome parts store/shop!I will definitely keep Floyd s in mind for my future trips through this area!!

I lost my AC in Utah and realized my a/c compressor clutch had blown up. I stopped at every service location and Floyd's in Cheyanne was the first place to have actually have a compressor from between there and UT.I was expecting to simply buy the part and head down the road. After speaking with Seth i decided to wait for a shift split and Seth the service writer was able to line up a mechanic and fix the issue within the Elite service time frame. I was also actually able to talk to the mechanic and show the issue which saved diagnostic time. Needless to say this is a five star review days later when it's 90 degrees driving through Chicago with my windows rolled up.Very impressed with the professionalism. I found the parking and location dog friendly. Great service ( seth) writer team that actually follows through and repays your patience without promising the sky.

Place was great, with the exception of them not being open on the weekends. I was treated with respect and all of the personnel were very courteous.

Had a U joint failure a couple of miles before the exit where Floyd s is located. Spoke with the service writer, Ashley Davis who assisted me. Very courteous, polite and super knowledgeable. She was very attentive and able to get me in the shop immediately to start the diagnostics/repairs. I would highly recommend this shop for any repairs that you may need. Excellent staff. Thank you Floyd s for getting me back on the road with minimal downtime.

What a fabulous experience. I checked in at 11pm, did my 10 and they had me out by 9am. There s an excellent restaurant in the lounge that opens at 0730. Also have showers. Very friendly staff. Wish all Freightliner shops were like this

Ashley and the Service Dept were Great, Found the problem right away, 2 places in Salt Lake couldn't find anything wrong, Found parts in town and got it fixed ahead of schedule,Did a great job on th repair, couldn't even tell they were in our Vehicle, Communicated with us , Would Absolutely recommend r100%

Very nice service center. The building is clean, the staff knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this business. FYI: We have a Motorhome on a Freightliner Chassis and they were very prompt and thorough.

I want to thank Ashley and the whole team at Floyd s Truck Center for a great experience under horrible conditions. Breakdowns are never fun but the team at Floyd s seems to understands it s your lively hood that s on pause and their professionalism and compassion was constantly on display. Great job, guys. Ive been to Floyds several times over the past years and they never disappoint. Ashley at the service counter is great! I turned in my truck on a Monday, had it seen on Wed/Thurs, had parts overnighted and truck back to me on Monday with enough time to deliver my load and make it home for Thanksgiving! The only downside to a lot of companies is they are not open on the weekends. If so, I coulsld have had my truck back two days sooner but this was a good way to spend my bday and anniversary, in a hotel with my husband! If you ever break down in WY, you'll be lucky to spend a few days in Rock Springs, WY. Everyone is very nice!

They are only open Monday - Friday until 5pm no weekends. The mechanic had the weekend off then he took a personal day on Monday and they either didn't or wouldn't put another mechanic on it. I was told this by a staff member, "Oh he's not sick, just took a personal day, really. I was there for 5 days. Out in the middle of no where Wyoming they did a good job, they fixed what they could and band aided the rest. The front desk person isn't that nice and the drivers lounge is really hot and stuffy.

Had my front end rebuilt at a Portland Oregon shop.By the time I got to little America, my shock bolt backed out and bent.Needless to say , I wasn t moving and further.Little America didn t have a shock in stock or a bolt I needed.I waiting till morning and the parts dept was open at 7:00. They had the bolt and shocks I needed.More then fairly priced and the best part was they brought the parts to me for free since they had a truck heading that way.I couldn t of asked for a better experience.This is not the first time these folks did me right.The store in Cheyenne helped me out when my alternator went down. They had the part in stock.Then a few months later, I lost an air bag in the same area.Sure enough Floyd s had the parts I needed to keep me going and not miss my delivery.These folks are good starlight up people.I appreciate their hard work in keeping the place supplied with parts and competent staff who is also friendly.They will always get my business when I m in the are.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I came in with 2 codes on my SD122. Called the day before to let them know I would stop by. With my short notice they still got me in by the end of the day. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. They got my repairs done and answered all of my questions. If I'm ever here again and need work done I will definitely be back.
