Austin helped me out on our roadtrip when our ignition coil caused our motor to misfire. Helping us with nearby mechanics, parts and tools, he got us back on the road. The crew was kind, polite and helpful. And to boot, a beautiful view! Thank you so much!!

Helpfully staff. Clean store. I normally shop next door at O'Reilly auto parts due to the vetrins discount. The stores being equal in good service and general inventory I tend to go with the company that supports our veterans.

My daughter had a volleyball tryouts. We drove up from West Jordan, Ut. When I got in the car both my headlights were out. Shaun was so helpful and nice. He helped me change my headlight bulbs. So grateful for him. Thank you.

Good customer service but poor inter-staff communication regarding call-in (by-phone) orders. In fact, a less scrupulous person could have gotten the duplicate battery they ordered.

Austin was great. He immediately greeted us when we walked in and answered my husband s questions about different types of oil filters. He helped us get a large order together quickly and efficiently by getting boxes out of the back, putting everything on a cart, and helping us load it all into our vehicle.He is a hard worker and personable. Much appreciated.

Closed a 5+ minutes early. So we went to O'Reillys a few doors down. O'Reillys was about to lock their doors but allowed us to grab what we needed, thankfully, and be on our way. As we were leaving we see the little snitchbass Autozone employees walking out to their cars.

Last time I go there, the clerk stated I should take my truck to a mechanic and when I asked for the manager, he said he didn't hear the comment so couldn't do anything even though witness were available. He then checked and the three month old alternator was bad. Went to rock springs and got the part with no problem. Better than making multiple trips for the same part at a 70 mile round trip.

I was traveling Midwest to Oregon on hiway 80 and my check engine light went on. I stopped in at the autozone in Roxk Springs and Neil was SUPER helpful infusing the diagnosing tool and decoding it and he also helped look for local mechanics. Thank you!!!!

I went into this Auto Zone to get a battery for my car because it was completely dead. Shaun helped me out by finding the correct battery and then went above and beyond and stayed after close to help me install it in negative weather with the wind blowing colder still. I am extremely grateful and have found the store I feel most comfortable going to.

Hello I have been a shade tree mechanic for 25 years and I have never had to leave a bad review for a parts store. These people are rude, snippy, and were of no help. Go anywhere else because they will sell you the wrong part and then the old man will complain that it's your fault. I had this issue with this 65 year old drug addict burnout and tried talking to the manager but she was set on condoning his actions. Also the regional manager won't answer the phone. So I would highly suggest going anywhere else.

Absolute misogynists. I went there and said to the people at the front desk, "the brake light on my dash came on, would someone be able to show me how to check my brake fluid reservoir?" The man responded quite condescendingly with, "your brake lights have nothing to do with your brake fluid, you need a new bulb" and he asked for the make, model, and year of my vehicle. Told me the bulb I apparently needed was in aisle one. I responded with, "okay now what about the light ON MY DASH" I might not know a lot about vehicles but I'm not completely illiterate. The gentleman never apologized, but did come out and show me where my brake fluid was and said that I'm fine and that my sensor is probably going bad. I still had a 17 hour ride home at that point and that was not the kind of help I was looking for. I felt rushed (despite the store being practically empty) and that I was a burden to help. Poor customer service.

Can't say enough about this franchise. I'd thrown a check engine light while traveling I-80. They let me borrow the OBD code reader so I could diagnose. Special shout out to Hollie she was very helpful

I don t know what it is about Rock Springs, my wife and I had a stranded truck and we re having a bad day. Every single person we encountered today made us feel so much better about our situation and no one stood out more than Bob Dickman of AutoZone. He was so courteous, we only found half of what we were looking for at his store. What we couldn t find, he pointed us in the right direction and was an absolute genius in customer service. Thanks Bob, you made our day!

Young lady was fast friendly and at least partially knew what she was doing. I ordered multiple parts for a pick up i had just bought. As she should she put every part in the system. 1 didn't look right to her so instead of blindly trusting the computer she called a coworker to double check. Saved me from an annoying second visit to correct a mistakeThis was a good thing because I had an 8 hour drive the next morning to get myself amd y new truck back home to Nevada

Had a Check Charging System light come on during a 500 mile drive back to Denver. Stop by on a Sunday tested the system and provided a detailed explanation of the issue. Shawn also reassured me that I could most likely make my final destination and what to watch for if it was getting g worse. There is a reason I use Autozone ... and people like Shawn are it ... many thanks

I was very satisfied with the service at this location. I had a very small concern but they were very professional, helpful and they even gave me 10% off my bill. I walked out feeling 100% satisfied. Fyi: I've never given a 5 star review before and Ive been in Customer Satisfaction Mgmt for 40 years.

Needed a tire iron to tighten loose lug nuts. So figured AutoZone has tools you can use for free. Too bad the only way they would let us use one was to purchase it. Drove across the street to Napa and they let us use one right off the shelf.

I was broke down with a bad wheel bearing 60 miles north of Rock Springs . Called and they had the bearing and seal in stock. So I stuck out my thumb and in a couple hours I was headed back with the parts and all the tools I needed to get me back on the road. Along with the help of a very good person Brett. We where back on the road. Returned all the tools I did not use and thanked the staff for all their help ...
