Just went to 307 Auto for an oil change on my new vehicle. Everyone I dealt with, from the person who greeted me at the door, to the time I was done, was so friendly, courteous, informative, and helpful. And, I might add, the charge was far less than I had anticipated! Great staff, great service, great price! What more could you ask for? VERY SATISFIED!

So we purchased a 2013 Nissan rouge from them in November of 2023 they said it had a brand new transmission in it but we still purchased the best warranty they had just in case. First trip to Utah it started dumping cvt transmission fluid so I took it to there service department and asked about a rental in the mean time never got an answer from any of them called several times to ask about updates not once was I called back they had the vehicle in total 5 weeks I had to use all of my resources to make it to work everyday this exhausted my already small support circle I have only lived out here a year. After several calls and even texts to the owner Brent I just gave up they were flat out ignoring me at this point so I finally got it back and the plastic under the motor wasn t put back on correctly so now it flaps and makes the most irritating sound and there is a very bad metal on metal grinding you guessed it right under the drivers side where the transmission is located being dissatisfied is an understatement and with all of the positive reviews they have makes me wonder how they got them!

We were driving a Tesla model Y rental from Denver Airport and when stopping in Rock springs WY we had a problem with the front under panel. Hertz gave us several auto repair but only one shop would even look at our Tesla. I called and Trish answered and checked with their mechanic to see if he could help. Today is my birthday and 307 auto was able to repair our rental car so that we could continue our journey to Yellowstone National park. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this repair shop for auto services.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We highly recommend 307 Auto Plaza Service for all your service needs! My husband had his headlights restored and they look brand new. We ve also had them detail my car and we were absolutely blown away by how good they did!

We were stranded Friday night with dogs when our ball bearings went out on 1-80.and the kind person at our hotel recommended this location. At 7:30 at night we called and they responded and had a mechanic come in in Saturday for us! Wow so kind and got my husband back on the road on Saturday by 1:30! Really went out of their way and they could have easily charged us more but did great work for a very fair price too!!!Absolutely recommend!Service: Brakes

Halfway through a six hour road trip I noticed my car was leaking oil, so bad that it was all over the engine bay. We called 307 Auto Plaza and they told us to bring it in. Within 2 min of showing up they had already had my car in and trying to figure out the issue. Although they couldn't find the issue right away(which is understandable) they were very apologetic on how long it took. I am beyond greatful on how fast they got it and and the communication they had the entire time. I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here.

My truck had severe scratches from hunting last fall. I was worried it couldn't be fixed. 307 Auto Plaza worked a miracle on my truck by buffing out and removing all the scratches on the sides. They did a ceramic coating which made my truck look like I just purchased the vehicle new. They did an amazing job. Thank you 307 Auto Plaza!

This is a Rave and a shout out to 307 auto on Elk Street. Monica has been absolutely amazing. Great communication, skills, kind and understanding willing to work around your schedule. Anytime I need my car serviced or something taken care of, 307 is hands down the only place to go! They go above and beyond to make sure I m taken care of, every single time I give them business. They have the best prices in town and are honest, hardworking people! I ll never go anywhere else. Can t rave about them enough!

I have used 307 auto service for a variety of things since they opened. They are always upfront and honest of what needs done. Vehicles have always been done when they said they would be. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend them for all vehicle needs.

We're from our of town. Needed a repair on our RV and no one wanted to work on it. 307 auto service center took it in and had us going in about a day and a half. Carlos fixed it and did a great job . Thank you so much Carlos

307 auto plaza has been on point with their service. I ve had multiple issues with my car and they have fixed everything quick, and for a reasonable price. Earlier today I was getting ready to leave the state and I noticed my windshield wipers weren t working, I called 307 and explained the situation and they told me into being it in immediately. They got me back on the road with working wipers in under 30 minutes. They also replaced my clutch and serviced my transmission not too long ago and everything has been great.
