We brought our truck in to get the power steering pump replaced. They replaced it and charged us about $800. (We could've done it ourselves but just don't have time) Less than a week later a hose on the pump they replaced was leaking. It just so happened that that hose in particular wasn't covered by the warranty. To replace that, we were charged about $200. During that visit, they found another issue that wasn't even an issue before they got their hands on it. And now a year later after not even driving the truck, the power steering pump is leaking again. Will not be going back. They didnt fix anything and charged us $1000 for nothing.

Needed an oil change before heading South and these guys were literally the ONLY people that had an opening that day and maybe I should be a tad more grateful but I'm not comfortable taking my car to a place where their using basic ramps, almost driving off them, using oil from a dirty looking container that is prolly drum oil, not changing my seat back and not even accurately putting the mileage for my next oil change as its smudge from them trying to correct it rather than just give me a new one. The two workers didn't seem very smooth or knowledgeable but when the boss finally came back when I was cashing out, he seemed quite knowledgeable and sincere.Service: Oil change

The upsales were unreaonable and completely unneeded. They misplaced the fuse cover. Based on the look of the bolts under the truck, I question if the fuel pump was really replaced or if they just replsced the fuse. They did mail the fuse cover once I went in person to get it back.

We came in to Riverton from a 1100 mile journey. These folks bent over backwards to help us. They dealt with our insurance and warranty company, found the parts and made repairs in a exceptional timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone, customer service was excellent, mechanic very helpful in all aspects.

I was traveling from back East when my car started giving me warning lights. They were so good to see me right away to check the issue and send me on my way. There are good people in this world!

I ALWAYS have my truck worked on at WRAD! They do terrific work, in a timely manner, and their rates are reasonable compared to the dealers. I have learned so much about how to take better care of my truck from them then I have from any other mechanic. They are on call 24/7, will come get you wherever you may be. They don't just work on trucks either, they work on ANYTHING! Have an RV that is broke down leaving Yellowstone of Jackson Hole? They will come get you, haul you to their property, hook you up and you can stay in your RV while they are fixing it. YEP! They have HOOK-UPS and a sewer dump site. water and electric is available too! ( won't find a dealer to take care of you like that). Located only 10 miles from the town of Riverton, Wy.

Great people and busy, upbeat atmosphere. Nice little family run Auto/Deisel business just a little bit from town. Heck, even their dogs are nice.
