I found and purchased at what I consider to be a fair price, a used 2007 Honda Foreman 4 wheeler that I will be using on an almost daily basis. Their employee, Grace, assisted me with my purchase in a very professional manner.

I was on a motorcycle trip and needed a rear tire before I could continue traveling. Googled and found this place. I called, and Lee (the owner!) answered. I explained my situation and what size tire I needed. He said he had it in stock and to come by. I showed up in about 10 mins, and he put one of his mechanics on it right away. Lee and I chatted about bikes and the weather and how long he had owned the store. He said... on average, he helps bikers traveling about once a day and keeps a good stock of Harley and Goldwing tires. In short order, I was back on the road and continuing my trip. Kudos to you, Lee!

I was on the Wyoming BDR and started to have a slow leak in my rear tubeless tire as soon as I passed the gas plant near the road into Riverton. I couldn't find anything that was in the tire, but could hear a slow hiss, and knew I needed to get some help.I was able to make it to Riverton, and was informed about this shop by a few acquaintances that were also on the WYBDR.The shop was fully booked for the day, but squeezed me in because I was on the road. They made quick work of it, and had me back on the road in about an hour, for a reasonable price too!I wouldn't hesitate to come here for any of your ATV/motorcycle needs while in/around the Riverton area.

Just talked to them to schedule my drop off on my 700xx I must say! amazingly professional on the phone!Looking forward to doing a lot of business with them!* review updates- this place is beyond fantastic! They did a wonderful job on my 700xx rebuild and I just had my first service since and clean bill of health and in and out same day! Amazing! This establishment is fantastic I will continue to do a lot of business with them!Ty one happy customer here!

I called them to see if they had an oil filter and oil for my 2016 Victory Hammer S, they took the time to look it up and find the right filter and oil for me. Very friendly and great service.

No longer a respectful place!!!!!!!! Very disappointed . Today I had my Rincon service done by Dubois Honda and the tech there showed me how my intake to throttle body was messed with and how he corrected it and the only people who was doing valves last was wild west . Thanks too Dubois Honda my machine is running like it should. Ever since Wild West did the valves last year It has never ran right . Now it does run correctly, so never take anything to wild West.

I called regarding a new motorcycle today and the gentleman I spoke to actually hung up on me! Not sure if he was having a bad day or is just that unprofessional, but that was a rather sad reflection of the staff at Wild West Powersports.. I have been riding and racing for over 30 years, I buy a new bike every other year. My wife and kids ride too so this isn t my first go round buying a machine. But this was the first time I have ever been hung up on.. I really try to support our local dealers as I understand the critical role they play in the dirt bike industry. Being self employed, I don t expect something for nothing and understand the dealers need to make a profit. That being said I also understand also there is wiggle room on the list price of a machine. I made an offer and rather than explain they couldn t do that and come back with what they needed out of a machine I was told quite rudely to go somewhere else then they hung up. Well aaaaaalrighty then. Hopefully the dude has a better day but as for me as my money, we will be going elsewhere.

I took my Harley to their shop because it was dying out and having starting issues. They called me up and told me my battery wire was loose! They have a honest shop!

I am so impressed with my experience at Wild West Powersports! I have been scouring the internet all day for a very specific helmet and have been unable to locate it anywhere. I was advised to call WW and Grace answered the phone. She seemed just as happy as I was to find out that they were one of the only dealerships to have that helmet in stock! She got it boxed up and is shipping it to me. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Wild West Powersports! Thank you!

Yeah I called to just get a simple master link was told they didn't have then in stock which is crazy since that's like the most common thing bought from motorbike dealer but was ok ace hardware had one which is crazy if you need parts your better off calling ace before any place around riverton
