Navigating Walmart's oil change service is like entering a labyrinth of contradictory signs and poor service. The "enter here" lanes and "oil change" signs, coupled with orange cones, funnel customers into one bay adorned with a stark "no parking" sign, setting the stage for a perplexing ordeal. When I addressed the signage issues, a gruff technician met me with gaslighting tactics, further exacerbating my confusion and discomfort. While I was waiting, other customers parked in the same spot, so this is clearly an issue for Walmart s corporate signage department, not for this technician to come out and harass customers about.Despite some positive moments with the desk staff, the overall experience leaves much to be desired, with annoyance prevailing. It was cheap, took too long but I got some shopping done in the meantime. No, I definitely won t be back for an oil change or other auto services.

I had an amazing experience with the team here. They had the tires I wanted in stock and were able to put them on while I did the rest of my shopping - despite having a couple of their guys call in sick. And I got a good deal on the tires too.

Amazing service. Wonderful man running the place. Very kind and held a wonderful conversation. I took my same issues to Bailey Tire and they completely missed the nail in my tire.

Called before we made the 30 minute trip to Walmart to see if they could change my oil. We called at 3 pm, they do not close until 7pm. They told us they could get us in. Got there at 3:45. They turned us away because they were sending one tech home and then only taking tire service. We called before we wasted our time and gas. They told me they could get me in. Poor, poor, poor management. They were only taking tire service for the next 3 hours, until close with ONE TECH. That ONE TECH doesn't know how to change oil by himself? I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Called about getting a tire for my daughter's car. Told the salesman that I didn't get off til 5 and my daughter would be there the same time. He said that he could get the car in just couldn't do service orders after six. I said okay, asked if I could make appointment he told me no. I got there a couple minutes after 5 and had to wait as he waited on another. I told him I was the one who had called earlier. He told me he could sell me the tire but he couldn't put it on the car. Said it was first come first serve and they don't take vehicle service orders after 5pm. But they are open til 7. Why be open if you refuse to work past 5. Salesmen started to yell at me, I left and took my business else. Les Schwab got us in at closing, with a smile.Will not ever try to go to Walmart again for automotive needs. That place is a joke.

DO NOT TRUST WALMART WITH YOUR VEHICLE!! I brought my car in to get a tire and new battery, and they installed the battery on backwards. At first, they tried to blame me like something was wrong with my alternator, when in fact their worker put my battery on backward and fried my fuse link component. I DROVE MY CAR FINE TO THE AUTO CENTER ALONG WITH THEIR WORKER WHO DROVE MY CAR INTO THE GARAGE! The claims department called me 1 time, from a private number. Who answers those calls nowadays?? Then their Asset Protection Manager tried blaming me for not answering... They Must train their staff to quickly turn blame on the customer when in fact they are who to blame. They have not issued me a rental, fixed the car or compensated me for my time without my vehicle. It's been 8 days and counting. I've called their claims department everyday for 5 days with no response. I've been left on hold for hours and hours with no one available to answer. They have put me in such an uncomfortable situation with no resolution in sight. Apparently they ordered the part but cannot give me a timeline on when it will be delivered. I highly doubt their techs are certified. ALL IN ALL GO ANYWHERE BUT WALMART!! IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL BLAME YOU AND RUN THEIR FEET THROUGH THE MUD TO HELP, I WOULDNT EVEN CALL IT HELP, ID SAY TOLERATE THE SITUATION.Service: Battery

I originally came in because I didn t want to spend the money with Amazon. I priced tires and they were slightly higher than a tire shop closer to me. I instructed Sabrina to not order them that I may call later to order. Well Jeffrey called me a week later and informed me they were in the price difference was only 25 Dollars so I went in to pick them up. The sale of 4 tires took Valarie and another staff member 1 hour 45 minutes to complete as Val wasn t sure how to enter the tires serial numbers into the computer in effect Tying each tire to me for recall information that may come up later. I had to read Val the numbers off each tire as she couldn t see them. After WEEKS of never being able to get an appointment to have the tires mounted on my rims due to Staff/Covid-19 issues they say they don t believe I purchased my tires from them and my information is not in the system due to a change in their system there is no way to get updates on recalls and they have more than doubled the cost of mount and balance. The whole experience was awful. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If the techs are anything like the management it s for the best they never touched my Rims.Service: Tires

Tires were mounted and balanced right. Cost of tires and warranty were good. They are short staffed, which took more time to do the work, and customer lines were huge, not to mention the desk area had no employees to help customers about half the time I was waiting to pay for my tires and pick up my truck

Priced me for 5 tires got there to find out they only had 4 and it was going to be 400.00 more than I was told. Then we went to pay and 3 peoples cars were checked in with our name on the work orders. None of them were our car. They finally found our keys and switched the orders. I'm sure they didn't do the balincing even though we paid. The people who do the work are great but seriously the ones behind the counter need a refresher on how to wright up the orders and treat customers.

Went in for a tire rotation and they refused service of wich I had prepaid. The tire tech said my tires were too worn to rotate. Took the truck to a different tire shop they measured my tires and the were still within limits and even rotated them for free.The tire tech lied or didn't know how to use tools of the trade I went back to Wal-Mart to get a refund what a waste of time. Do not get tires from Wal-Mart.Service: Tires

The workers were not bad but Walmart policy is terrible.I bought new tires with warranty and cost me $56 dollars to replace it with road Hazzard.Tire cost $54 new and it was less than two months old.The tires don't come with rotation .I will never buy tires from Walmart again.If your traveling and need a tire fixed plan for a major 2 hour delay.

Well. The automotive center here is actually pretty busy so it takes a little while to get four tires changed. Fixed a tire sensor too so if you do any tire work better to make sure you have the time for the wait.

Shouldn't give this place a star. Tire service was horrible. Checked in at 9 am. And after watching several vehicals come and go and waiting 3 hours they informed us they didnt have the tires. After agreeing on a different brand of tires it still took another hour before getting it into the shop. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Find a local shop pay a little more for the tire and not wait 5 hours.

They changed the tires on my car and broke the air pressure sensor. Refused to fix it unless I paid extra. Just go somewhere else. The whole store is useless.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Door was broke, called 2 times phone wasn't answered. Called main number and was told they would be right with me. Wasted 45 for NO oil change and no human interaction.
