Had them come out to my place, to repair my gas burning stove. Gave the model and serial number before they left town. Told him what the stove was doing. They assured me they knew what was wrong with it. They didn't even check to see if they had the right part. Drove 26 mi out to my place. Didn't have the right part. Come to find out it wasn't even available. They still charged me $140 very inept company!!!Service: Oven repair

We discovered that instead of replacing a hose inside of our commercial washing machine, they placed a bucket inside the housing of the washer where we couldn't see it. 2 years later, it has completely rusted out the inside and now we need a new washing machine. Very glad we got a second opinion because T&T still wanted to charge us $1500 to put in a $200 capacitor and two $150 relays. Relays were perfectly fine. Capacitor was shot like they said, but there's no point in trying to replace a capacitor on a lost cause of a machine that's hopelessly rusted out and needs a whole new motor anyway. Unless you're a crooked business looking to take advantage of course. We trusted them for years. Now we have someone come from Casper to help with our appliances.Service: Washing machine repair

The customer service in store was good and friendly. We've purchased used items that lasted reasonably well. When we did need a repair, (not their fault I might add) they were prompt and the gentleman who came was quick and competent in resolving our need.

If it were possible to give these people a zero star that's what they would get. The technicians can't properly diagnose what's wrong with your equipment, and the manager is even worse. What a crooked, disrespectful, lying thief. These people said my pump was out on my washing machine. I bought a new one and installed it and my machine still didn't work. Then they came back and told me it was the mother board. First they ordered the wrong mother board then when finally getting the right one they installed it and my washing machine still doesn't work. Tried to get my money back for buying parts that didn't fix my machine and the manager called me a liar and said it wasn't their fault that my machine still didn't work. Been without a washing machine for six weeks because of the clowns and it's not their fault... yeah right... I would absolutely encourage anyone looking for an appliance repair shop to STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

More staff is need and the employees that are there should be circulating around the casino, instead of patrons having to look for one. And if you do find one and they are not from the department you need they act as if it is and I convince to help you or get the proper employee for you.

I have a dishwasher that quit working. Since I've hated it since it was installed, I'm reluctant to spend much to fix it. Roger at T & T Appliance was willing to help troubleshoot over the phone, even though he knew I didn't want a service call. I appreciate someone who will take the time to help when there is no direct benefit to them.

2 other repatmen couldn't repair my convection-microwave but T & T found a loose wire in the door. It's as good as new and did not require a $300 control panel....

Scared to go in the crawl space and turn the water off. Dirty handprints all over the new fridge and broken plastic covers. Didn t install the bottom plastic cover. Styrofoam packing left on the kitchen floor.Service: Refrigerator repairService: Refrigerator repair
