They lied about an estimate they provided to one of my guests, claiming that the tire exploded due to a steam valve. It's astonishing to witness such dishonesty from a repair shop over a small sum of money, especially when it's evident that the guest drove on the tire while it was flat, causing its destruction.

It was a really great service. The customer service was excellent. They helped me and my boyfriend out when we needed it the most. Definitely a 5 star rating. If there were more stars I'd definitely give them more. Highly recommend going to them when needed.

We live out of state and were headed back to Worland to attend a funeral for a family member. After hours we had a flat tire on Togwotee Pass. Martin and Brett took care of us, after hours, on a stormy night. Their customer service and help was phenomenal and without it we would have been stranded. We have bought tires for our vehicles for the last 20 years at various dealerships and across multiple states. After this experience, I can honestly say there is nowhere else I would rather go to purchase tires than RTO.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are spot on they are straight shooters and tell you what you need . I will know be taking my wife s Camry and my dodge only to them .

Denny saved me from having a major wreck. I got a flat on a brand new tire installed elsewhere on my horse trailer. Denny knew exactly what the issue was quickly- the valve stem was installed wrong- and told me to bring the other tires in to be checked. I had all the valve stems installed wrong and could have blown multiple tires hauling over the pass. Thank you Denny for keeping me and the horses safe.

My boyfriend and I brought a tire and a rim here and asked if they could put the tire on the rim, they told us yes and that they would call us when they were done. we sat there for 2 hours in the heat waiting for a call. They never called so my boyfriend called and asked how much longer, she told him she would check and give him a call back which she never did. he went inside and they told him that they couldn t do it and he had to go find his tires in a big pile of old tires. terrible service.

RTO has been outstanding to work with. I ve taken my truck there for a long time and they ve taken great care of it. Recently I had my catalytic converter stolen on my truck in Denver and issues to follow, which lead me to a new vehicle that had its own unknown issues. Martin and Brent have helped me a ton figuring out what to do. Small town service with big city knowledge. Thanks RTO

My go to place for repairs. Showed up on a Monday morning with a slow leak in a tire and was on the road in 45 minutes, fixed as good as new.

We had an iffy tire on our RV and we were scheduled to travel for at least another 6 months, so we looked around for someone with good reviews. We needed someone who could safely lift an Airstream, too. We found Riverton Tire and Oil, with a 5 star rating and glowing testimonials. Denver Nettles knows his stuff. We were so impressed, we had him replace all four tires. He had us in and out in under an hour. Personable, knowledgeable, highly recommended.

Denver took the time to not only track down a key for my rim, but took the time to explain the reason why the special key was needed, and the work-arounds in case a key couldn't be found. I appreciated his knowledge and time!

My wife and I were on our honeymoon in the Teton mountains when my front breaks went out. I was going to try to make it back home (Illinois) with blown out front breaks. Decided to stop at Riverton Tire and Oil to see if they could give my car a look at to see if it is safe to drive home. Long story short, they told me they were booked out a week but still squeezed me in right away. As soon as I showed up to the shop they took my car in to look at it. They ended up fixing it right away (only an hour wait!!) and gave me an incredible deal!!! I believe Martin is the service manager and he was extremely nice and gracious to me and my wife. He and the workers there probably have no clue how much they made our day that day. He has never met me and I've never met him before but he was more than willing to help me out. We were able to make more stops on the way home to enjoy our honeymoon more. Thank you so much to Riverton Tire and Oil and would 100% recommend to everyone!! THANK YOU!!

Wonderful people with knowledgeable service! I went in with significant issues with the tires on my three car trailer and the team here went over and beyond being honest and giving me great choices on tires. The work done was awesome and the knowledge that they put into a mere tire swap totally changed the way my trailer handle for the better. I swear by these guys, they know their tires for sure.

Took my truck to get fixed and it cost me $227. The problem wasn t fixed and they wanna charge me an extra $500 or more to fix it. My fianc� also took her car to get fixed and it cost around the same and the problem is still occurring and wanna charge her more to fix it. I don t recommend this place to fix your vehicle.

These guys were super great and very knowledgable. I pulled in there on the spot and they looked at my truck. They didn't charge me anything and explained the issue. I had to send my truck back to the previous mechanic for something under warranty. I would reccomend these guys to anyone. Nice work and nice people.

These guys were amazing. So fast and friendly. Got a great price on 4 trailer tires plus rims. They practically started work before my wheels stopped and were done just as fast. Thank you.

My daughter took her vehicle there to find out if something was going on with the fuel line.they said it was a bad fuel pump and they could fix it for around 900 bucks! She took it to get serviced and a second opinion and it was fine no problems found! Not sure that we will go back to RTO.

RTO has always been extremely good to me.Great about taking care of my concerns, never pushing products or services unless they truly are needed. Honest, always get me in their schedule, quickly get my truck done and a great price for the regular services (oil changes, alingment, rotation).

RTO is where we go for all our vehicle needs. My husband & son say they're the best around. Great service from the phone call to schedule, to vehicle taken in on time, comfortable area to wait. All personnel were professional & on task. Helpful in every way

Have to give a shout out to RTO. We own a Class A motorcoach and we blew a tire. They did an excellent job of finding one for us and installing it. Great bunch of people there. Would not hesitate to work with them again.

Well I didn't stop in for business that day but I have done business with them many times. Martin is a very knowledgeable mechanic turned Service Writer. Denny and Burt know their stuff when it comes to tires. All friendly individuals.

RTO Tire Factory really goes above and beyond to make sure you get affordable, quality service. I went in for a heating issue with my car, and they fixed a problem with the door free of charge while it was there. Great staff as well!

I was passing through Riverton and started having truck issues. Every auto repair shop was 2 weeks out for repair. The crew at Riverton Tire and Oil came to the rescue and fixed our truck on their off time to get our truck back on the road.

We were traveling cross country and got a horrible flat tire. RTO was recommended by a local and the experience was great. Bert and everyone was honest and just a pleasure to work with. Real professional, would highly recommend! Thank you guys!

Driving back to South Dakota from the Teton's and the transmission overheating. Stopped in and DeeJay helped us with the issue. Solved it quickly and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Got us on our way home quickly and I couldn't say more about how well he took care of us!
