Sam was the salesman that I bought our 2021 ford expedition from . He was so informative and very nice to work with . Very knowledgeable. Very nice and pleasant . He made sure I bought a vehicle that met my needs and wants . Fremont cord in RIVERTON is awesome! This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from them .

Came to this Ford dealership in the morning to get an oil change. It says on the service door "Quick lane" and it's anything but that. I made an appointment for 2:00 pm. I got there 10 minutes early but the little man with a scruffy black beard said they're running behind. I said I could wait a little while but he said the earliest he could fit me in was 2 hours later at 4:00 pm. Why make appointments that they can't keep?? I tried to call them later to speak to a supervisor and they kept hanging up on me. I am not a resident here and am traveling the western states. I would NOT recommend this dealership to travelers or anyone else for that matter.

Had a great experience, Robert the salesman was outgoing and upfront on everything. The Tremor I ordered took almost a year from order to delivery date, there was great communication the whole time from him on this that made the process great. Will be getting next vehicle from Fremont in Riverton.

I always purchase my tires from the parts manager Mindi Romero, her prices can't be beat. The staff in the quick lane are professional and proficient.
