This is a terrible place to do business. I paid to have a bus checked out before I purchased it and was told everything was good with it. It had no leaks and good brakes. I purchased the bus and told the owner of the shop I wanted all the fluids changed and everything checked. If anything was leaking or needed to be fixed to get it fixed. I also had him install a trailer hitch. Went to pick up the bus and within 5 minutes of driving out of town had a buzzer going off. Turn around took the bus back. He changed a couple sensors couldn't fix it so he pulled the buzzer out. This buzzer is also part of the air brake low air alert system. He charged $2,500 for everything. We drive across country and kept smelling burning oil in the U-Haul following the bus. Also, coming down the mountains in Wyoming without the transmision retarder on the bus would not slow down or stop. The brakes were terrible and not working properly.Finally, get the bus home after the 3600 mile trip and I'm able to inspect it properly myself. I am a mechanic and do moblie fleet repiar. The brakes on the bus are completely shot and have been for while. The drums are cracked and rippled like crazy. They are hardly working. The shocks are 22 years old and completely shot. There are oil and fluid leaks everywhere. This has been for a long time based on the caked on buildup. I guess I should have actually pretriped the bus before I left instead of taking, what I thought was a trustworthy, machinics word for it. This guy lied and cheated me out of a whole lot of money. He didn't change all the fluids. He didn't check for leaks. I don't think he did anything but change the oil and put a tow hitch on for $2,000. I had the bus taken to him because he's a blue Bird School Bus warranty service center and he works on all the local school busses carrying kids everyday. Figured that would be a safe bet. We couldn't have broke down in a better place. We thought it would be very difficult, it not impossible, to find someone that could help us get our motor coach back on the road after the check engine / diesel exhaust fluid warning lights came on and our engine de-rated to the point we could barely accelerate. Randy and Dirk were able to diagnose a very odd problem, had the part, and got us back on the road the same day. We would highly recommend them if you are anywhere near Riverton, WY. We can't thank them enough for what they did and they are truly great folks.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Randy and Dirk saved us when we had a stop engine code on our motorcoach due to a faulty DEF header. If we couldn t get the part immediately, they offered to lock our coach up, safe and secure, on their lot until one could be found. But the part came, Dirk drove down to the RV park where we were staying and cleared the fault codes so we could drive the coach back to their shop to replace the header. He followed us up just in case the stop engine fault happened again (it didn t). They replaced the part, and had us back on the road that afternoon. All the while, the whole gang had a calm, friendly, affable and reassuring manner. If you re ever stuck in Lander or Riverton, Wyoming. They will be there for you.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We were stranded in Riverton while passing through with a driveline issue on our RV and they got us in right away on Monday even though they had a full schedule. All the other shops were booked 2 weeks out and wouldn't help us out. They were incredibly friendly and had us back on the road the next day. We were charged a fair price with great service. I highly recommend this shop.

Had a appointment first thing in the morning to get my truck fixed. Took them over an hour to get it in. With one other truck in there and three mechanic. You would think if someone had a appointment they would get you right away. Nope. But the staff were freindly and informative.
