Where do I Begin. Ive spent the last 22 years in the military, hunting and fishing and this gear is by far the best I ve used. Not only is their a gear cut above everything else out there but, their customer support is the best I ve ever dealt with. I recently had some damage to a sleeping bag that I had caused. I contacted the warranty department and spoke with McKenzie gates. She is amazing by the way. They one hundred percent took care of me in the best way possible. I can t say enough good things about this company, their gear and their customer support. Thank you for doing what you do.

They have great customer service. I emailed them with some questions regarding their packs and they answered them very quickly and were very helpful. Their packs or pretty expensive but they are made in the USA! I will be making a purchase with them very soon for a Yelowstone hiking trip and a upcoming Elk hunt!

I have purchased multiple packs and accessories from Kifaru. Their items are durable and practical. The designs, coupled with their ability to customize make the investment worthwhile. Customer service is proactive and prompt - when dealing with a wrong item sent, the right item was sent before I even realized the mixup. The only problem I ve ever had with one item was several pull ties came off because they weren t tied properly at production. I was able to fix this without further issue. A great company.

I use the Ma Deuce on backcountry hunts and it has been outstanding so I purchased the 22 Mag for my whitetail day hunts and can t wait to use it! Great American made products! Keep up the good work.

My customer service rep McKenzie Roberts was awesome helping me out with ALL the troubles I had trying to make an order on the website during the recent Black Friday sale. 1st it would not take my gift card, then the website would crash (again & again), by the time she worked out the gift card issue, it would not take the sale promo code. She worked through all these issues and finally rectified my order. Thank you.

Kifaru packs (Ma Deuce) are awesome. Functionality, quality materials and craftmanship are the best. Adjusting the pack to fit was simple resulting in comfort above expectations. Customer service was also very good.

Lost Park parka and pants are falsely advertised as incredibly water repellant in extreme conditions. I was completely soaked and shivering in 3 hours, 2 days later, they are still soaked. Kifaru shamefully won't stand by their inferior product and accept returns, only suggesting that I resell their cloths. Time to remove their patch from my backpack. 2 stars because they're made in USA and could be warm if you don't encounter rain.

Not only a solid American made product, but also great customer service! Their products may seem pricey but when you use and abuse your gear you ll find you get what you pay for.

Ordered a gun bearer and the delivery date was Oct. 27th. Perfect, plenty of time before my trip on Nov. 2nd. Here I am on Nov. 1st and my order is somewhere between Chicago and Montana. Response to response from the owner: The estimated delivery date was Oct. 27th. Don't give estimated delivery dates if you can't even come close. Don't use a shipper that sends a package from Wyoming to Montana via Chicago.

Reached out to customer service with zero expectations of getting questions answered rapidly due to the holiday. Needless to say Bonnie is AMAZING and answered my questions even though they were technically closed. Always happy with Kifaru s customer service.

The best hunting gear there is! Cheaper than Sitka and in a lot of cases cheaper than other premium hunting brands. I have the lost park parka and it s the warmest jacket I ve owned.

First off I love Kifaru (mostly) and have spent over 10k$ on their products. I reached out about an issue with a bag and never got a response.. over a year later reached out again and finally got a response to the tune of "too bad, live with it" and again no follow up response at all. Truly disappointing..

I have been in the market for a Kifaru pack for a couple years now. I was thrilled to see the company has moved to Riverton, Wyoming as I pass through there twice a month. I was shocked to see the negative reviews on this sight. My experience was as follows. Easy to find. Parking lot is huge. I was greeted as I came into the showroom Bonnie and Amy helped me with all my questions and got me fitted. I can say they were very professional and respectful and knowledgeable. Dan assembled my pack and Kenneth helped assemble and answered my questions. I went with a 22magnum pack the tactical frame and the Sherman pocket. This has been the best experience for buying outdoor gear I have ever had. Would highly recommend Kifaru international.

I placed an order on 7-21-2022 and was charged for Route Shipping Protection which I couldn t opt out of. I reached out 8-15-22 asking about my order. It was expected to ship in a couple of weeks. Finally nearly 2 months after I ordered it arrived and for my patience I won a sticker in their random drawing. I m so lucky, WOW, a sticker. I sure hope the product is better than the service.

Waited on a tshirt order for a month. One of the shirts was out of stock. They never bothered to contact. I had to call in to find out that my order was just sitting in limbo.

Terrible customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong straps for my bag and they did nothing to help me. They are in perfect condition and never been used. There products are not cheap and now I m left with useless straps and have to spend more money to get the correct ones.

Kifaru gear is second to none. Best customer service I have ever encountered. Aron himself has helped me in the past multiple times. I don't even live in the same country. No pack system on the planet carries loads over 60lbs as well, and it's modularity is phenomenal. I've been a customer for 7 years and have lost count on how many orders I've made. No piece of their gear has ever failed me. I've had offers to replace gear that has been damaged when I have submitted info to possibly improve things, but I repaired myself as they are to generous. These guys are amazing.

I can t say enough about this company and the customer support. I had pleasure in meeting the owner in Wyoming at a Wyoming Bow Hunter Association event. After emailing customer service bout some things that broke on my pack . I had a email returned next day and they had new parts sent out in couple days!!!! Don t believe the negative reviews, this company and gear is the real deal!!
