Debbie Keltz is an amazing sales person, not like the piranhas at other dealerships where they're on the attack the second you walk towards the building. It was a very pleasant transaction without all the bull. In fact, we drove 3 1/2 hours from Montana just to do business with them. Ryan Newbold, the finance manager, is also amazing and made the closing so easy! We left with our new Bronco Raptor feeling like we made two new friends!You can't go wrong with these two!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was done in a timely manner. The option of having my vehicle picked up and dropped of was very helpful with my busy schedule. Also the detail department did an exceptional job with my free car wash. Highly recommend!!!!

Hit a deer late Friday night. Got a tow and by 10am the next morning they were able to come up with a fix to get me rolling again. I was 17 hours from home and on day two of a 10 day trip and they saved trip for us. Amazing service.

Sam Lagarda was great to work he went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. He made buying a vehicle the best experience I have ever had. I would recommend Sam to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle he was awesome. He explained things in detail and made the purchase of my new Ford Edge very simple. Ryan in the financial department was also great to work with. Thanks for making my buying experience so great!! Sam and Ryan were excellent to work with. They went out of their way to get us the best deal possible. They explained everything and went through the vehicle with us. They explained the paperwork with and made sure that we understood. I went back to the dealership to ask questions about the cars entertainment and navigation system a couple days later. Sam said that we can stop by anytime if we don t understand something. I give Ryan and Sam a huge thumbs up. Fremont Motors in Riverton has 2 of the best employees in the Fremont Motors company. I will for sure buy more vehicles from Fremont Motors in Riverton. Everyone I deal with on the phone and in person was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon arriving and felt like the report they gave me after the servicing was thorough. They took the time to look up my Subaru warranty even though they are not a Subaru dealer. The complimentary car wash is definitely a plus. Thanks

The team over at Fremont are very knowledgeable and are there to make sure you do not purchase unnecessary services. The team went above and beyond to service my Maverick noting details that made me feel their team actually did a good inspection. My vehicle is one of my work tools and requires a great pit crew to ensure I make it to my next job, I will be going back for sure.

Increased the price of oil change by approximately $40, then only told me after the oil change. Waiting for many months for a refund for tire warranty. I'm done here. You got all the money you can out of me. Nice people, bad service. Update: Jeremy from Ford reached out to address the situation. Thank you. Bump up from 1 star.

This place, oh my, by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Not only did they help get me into a vehicle that was quality. They worked with me on my 2wd trade in before winter set in. I can not thank these folks enough for the service they provided my family. They helped me feel at home and not pressured to move forward until I was fully prepared I was making the right decision. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making this experience as pleasant as it was. You have absolutely earned a lifetime customer.

Took my ford explorer to get an O2 sensor replaced and they were going to charge me $160 to get it replaced. They called me 30 minutes later to tell me that they couldn t get it out and the only way to take it out was by breaking the Cadillac converter and that it still wasn t a guarantee it was going to work and wanted to charge me more money. I picked up my vehicle and took it to RTO Hilltop who charged me way less and didn t have to break or cut anything off to replace it. I would not recommend Fremont Ford in Riverton to fix your vehicles.

My first oil change on our 2018 f150 3.5 eco boost that we purchased from Fremont Ford in Oct 2023. Service was excellent , done in a timely manner, and I was kept apprised of the process.

Highly recommend for service!! Lance was awesome, took my vehicle in on time, returned it quickly, and clean. Went over everything they did. We drive 2hrs one way from Casper to Riverton to have our vehicles serviced. We will continue too given the level of service we receive! Thank you Lance!
