The crew there today did a very poor job. Poured oil all over the engine below the oil cap and front of the engine compartment. They worked on 3 other cars while I waited in the lobby. I finally got the attention of one of the workers and he was not friendly at all. Did not tell me about the engine oil, trans fluid or anything. Rude. I drove up to the Smiths store and smoke started pouring out from the engine compartment on the driver's side. I opened up the hood and could see where all the oil was spilled. Poured a bottle of water on oiled areas. Call the shop and no answer, call and left a message that had some profanity about the person that put oil on the engine block on the driver's side. It is hot and I am spending good money for this service that should be done right. I went back to the shop and the person that was rude earlier was talking to another person about their car with the hood open. They drove away shaking their heads. I told him what happened and he asked if I left the message and I said yes. I said when heavy smoke is pouring out of your car and you can see the oil burning on the block. One can get upset. I said I pay you good money to do a good job. He said I get government money because I'm a native American. Damn, very racist! I called the Lander shop and the worker in Lander I talked with was upset and was very professional about handling this matter. Thank you sir for doing your job and being a decent person. I was told the owner will be informed. I give no stars!

My boyfriend and I were traveling through to go to Thermopolis and we had stopped in to get our oil changed. Everything was fine until we had gotten 5-10 minutes past Shoshoni that we heard gravel-like noises what seemed to be hitting underneath the truck, our dashboard said our battery voltage was low so when looking under the hood, our serpentine belt had broke so we turned around to go back into Riverton. Then not only were we overheating but our ABS system had came on as well, we pulled over and my boyfriend looked underneath the truck itself and found a 3-way claw lodged in, unsure of the location or what it was lodged into, and called them and they said, yup we are missing one . They did pay for our tow and the damage repairs, but they were negligent. Would not recommend, I ve been to plenty of oil shops and never had that happen or ever heard of it happening to anyone I know. Definitely will recommend Marks Auto Shop for repairs though!

They were quick and efficient. Getting the oil done in a very good time! They also changed my transmission fluid. Which added to the time but it was still quick and very well done! Would come here again, without a doubt.

Staff is incredibly rude and do not want customers. They close bays to let their friends cut the line and tell the customer 'if you don't like it, 'f' off!'. Definitely never coming back.

Always used this place for fast oil changes- changed staff not like the other ones not going back- broke my oil pressure sensor & made excuses to us! The old staff would of help us out not this like this new staff!

Pull in talked to counter staff. Had one car in being finished said I was next. The car in finished and another car pulled strait in. I asked the clerk what was going on I was next. He just said yes you should have then went and serviced the other vehicle out of line. So they were not interested in my business so I left and got in to plains tire with no problems.

Actually had my oil filter pop off while driving down the highway a couple weeks after getting an oil change. I called and they sent someone out and fixed the issue. Great customer service

My daughter took her Hyundai car in not once but twice there service is horableThe broke the seal on oil filter 2 times my daughters car poured oil all over as she was driving her car ! They need to train the employees so this dosent happen and the owner says the costumer is never right what a joke please he careful taking your car in here !

Please do not use this business. I have had a terrible experience this past week going in for a simple oil change and coming out the next day with fluid leaking on my otherwise clean and new garage floor. Turns out it is a transmission fluid leak, and through google research I have learned it's quit common to accidentally crack the transmission plug instead of oil plug. The owner and manager are claiming no responsibility. They have accused my husband and I of lying. The owner admittedly says that in his business, the customer is not right. He says he can guarantee the transmission was not touched although he was not in the store witnessing the oil change at time of service. He did admit during our first phone call that there was a 99% chance that my fluid leak had something to do with service at his store, but has since changed his tune based on the word of one employee. He has told me if I want the issue resolved, I will have to take him to court.I am not one to take to the internet in a negative light, but I beg you not to use this business. It has been a nightmare. He also owns Papa Murphy's in Riverton and Expressway Lube in Lander. I have all of this documented through text message and picture. Buyer Beware!!!!
